1. A method of simultaneously shaping, cutting and stamping a dough sheet into a plurality of uniformly stamped dough pieces, said method comprising:
conveying a dough sheet, having opposing first and second surfaces, along a dough travel path;
rotating a drum provided in the dough travel path such that a plurality of cutter molds, provided with peripheral cutting edge portions and pattern imprinters in internal cavities thereof, receive dough in the internal cavities of the cutter molds while the cutting edge portions engage the dough, severing the dough sheet into a plurality of dough pieces, with the pattern imprinters simultaneously penetrating at least partially through the dough to imprint a pattern on each of said dough pieces; and
causing the dough pieces to be released from the internal cavities.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the pattern imprinters include a center portion which substantially, fully penetrates through the dough sheet.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the pattern imprinters imprint star configurations on said dough pieces.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the pattern imprinters include a plurality of fins extending radially from said center portion, each of said plurality of fins only partially penetrating said dough sheet.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein causing the dough pieces to be released from the internal cavities includes forcibly ejecting the dough pieces from the internal cavities.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein causing the dough pieces to be released from the internal cavities includes injecting air into the internal cavities to forcibly eject the dough pieces.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein injecting air into the internal cavities includes introducing pressurized air into the drum and transferring the pressurized air into the internal cavities.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising, simultaneously with forming the dough pieces, forming intermediate dough pieces between the dough pieces, with the intermediate dough pieces completely separating the dough pieces from one another.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein cutting the dough pieces includes pinching the first and second surfaces of the dough sheet together without breaking the dough sheet.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein severing the dough sheet into a dough piece by each cutter mold includes causing a concave-shaped front end portion of the cutter mold to initially engage the dough sheet, followed by convex-shaped opposing side wall portions of the cutter mold, and then a concave-shaped rear end portion of the cutter mold during rotation of the drum.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the dough is severed by the cutting edge portions, with each cutting edge portion having front and rear portions having curvatures which are identical to each other and concave in shape, while opposing side portions of each cutting edge portion have curvatures which are identical to each other, different from the curvatures of the front and rear portions, and convex in shape.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein severing the dough sheet with the plurality of cutter molds forms the plurality of dough pieces with rounded edges.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein rotating the drum includes rotating a sleeve which is secured to the drum and supports the plurality of cutter molds.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein a convex bottom of the sleeve establishes the internal cavity of each of the cutter molds.

1. A method of recovery of residual whiskey from a wooden barrel comprising the steps of
emptying the whiskey from the barrel,
adding 20 to 24 gallons of rinse water to the barrel, and
holding the rinse water in the barrel for a holding period of at least 20 days without rolling or swishing the barrel to recover whiskey absorbed into the wood of the barrel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the barrel is an oak barrel.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the rinse water is filtered by reverse osmosis.
4. The method of claim 1 comprising the further steps of emptying the whiskey into a bulk storage container and emptying the rinse water containing whiskey absorbed from the wood of the wooden barrel into the bulk storage container.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the holding period is 21 to 36 days.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the holding period is 21 days.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the holding period is 36 days.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the amount of rinse water is 20 gal.
9. The method of claim 5, wherein the amount of rinse water is 20 gal.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the amount of rinse water is 24 gal.
11. The method of claim 5, wherein the amount of rinse water is 24 gal.
12. The method of claim 2, wherein the amount of rinse water is 24 gal. and the holding period is 21 days.
