1. A deposition head for depositing a material, the deposition head comprising:
one or more carrier gas inlets;
one or more atomizers;
an aerosol manifold structurally integrated with said one or more atomizers for receiving aerosol from said one or more atomizers;
one or more aerosol delivery conduits in fluid connection with said aerosol manifold;
a sheath gas inlet; and
one or more material deposition outlets;
wherein receiving ends of said one or more material deposition outlets are disposed within said aerosol manifold.
2. The deposition head of claim 1 further comprising a virtual impactor and an exhaust gas outlet, said virtual impactor disposed between at least one of said one or more atomizers and said aerosol manifold.
3. The deposition head of claim 1 further comprising a reservoir of material.
4. The deposition head of claim 3 further comprising a drain for transporting unused material from the aerosol manifold back into said reservoir.
5. The deposition head of claim 3 further comprising an external reservoir of material useful for a purpose selected from the group consisting of enabling a longer period of operation without refilling, maintaining the material at a desired temperature, maintaining the material at a desired viscosity, maintaining the material at a desired composition, and preventing agglomeration of particulates.
6. The deposition head of claim 1 further comprising a sheath gas manifold concentrically surrounding at least a middle portion of said one or more aerosol delivery conduits.
7. The deposition head of claim 1 further comprising a sheath gas chamber surrounding a portion of each aerosol delivery conduit comprising a conduit outlet.
8. The deposition head of claim 7 wherein said aerosol delivery conduit is sufficiently long so a sheath gas flow is substantially parallel to an aerosol flow before said flows combine at or near an outlet of said sheath gas chamber after said aerosol flow exits said conduit outlet.
9. The deposition head of claim 1 wherein said deposition head is replaceable.
10. The deposition head of claim 9 further comprising a material reservoir prefilled with material before installation.
11. The deposition head of claim 9 wherein said deposition head is disposable or refillable.
12. The deposition head of claim 1 wherein each of said one or more atomizers atomizes different materials.
13. The deposition head of claim 12 where the different materials do not mix andor react until just before or during deposition.
14. The deposition head of claim 12 wherein the ratio of materials to be deposited is controllable.
15. The deposition head of claim 12 wherein said atomizers are operated simultaneously or at least two of said atomizers are operated at different times.
16. An apparatus for three-dimensional material deposition, the apparatus comprising a deposition head and an atomizer, wherein said deposition head and atomizer travel together in three linear dimensions, and wherein said deposition head is tiltable but said atomizer is not tiltable; wherein said deposition head comprises a region for combining a sheath gas and an aerosol.
17. The materials deposition apparatus of claim 16 useful for depositing the material on the exterior, interior, andor underside of a structure.
18. The materials deposition apparatus of claim 16 configured so that said deposition head is extendible into a narrow passage.

1. A sports training device comprising:
an anchor member adapted for wear on including a restraint for coupling the anchor member to the torso of a trainee;
a resiliently bendable mount coupled to the anchor member and having a distal extending distally from the anchor member;
a first tension device coupled between the resiliently bendable mount and a trainee’s first appendage; and
the first tension device including an elongate first member having a proximal and distal end, the proximal end coupled directly to the distal end of the resiliently bendable mount and the distal end coupled to the trainee’s first appendage and wherein upon movement of the trainee’s first appendage applying tension to the first tension device, a distal end of the resiliently bendable mount and the distal end of the elongate first member move laterally movable through at least two axes relative to the anchor member, and the resiliently bendable mount is resistant to flexing and provides tension to the elongate first member.
2. The sports training device according to claim 1, wherein the movement about two axes is enabled by resilient bending of the resiliently bendable mount and resilient bending of the first member along its length upon movement of the trainee’s first appendage.
3. The sports training device according to claim 2, wherein the first member is inelastic relative to its longitudinal axis.
4. The sports training device according to claim 3, wherein the first member comprises a composite rod.
5. The sports training device according to claim 3, wherein the first tension device is adapted to provide selective adjustment of tension applied to the trainee’s first appendage.
6. The sports training device according to claim 5, wherein the selective adjustment of tension is provided by the first member by trainee’s selection of the first member from a plurality of composite rods of at least one of varying length and varying axial cross-section.
7. The sports training device according to claim 1, wherein the mount comprises an elongate rubber member, the rubber member defining an opening at an end for releasably receive a portion of the length of the proximal end of the first member.
8. The sports training device according to claim 7, wherein the rubber member is fixed to the anchor member at an intermediate point between its proximal and distal ends such that the proximal and distal ends are movable laterally relative to the anchor member.
9. The sports training device according to claim 8, wherein the mount further comprises a plug coupled to the proximal end of the rubber member, the plug defining an opening for receiving a portion of the length of the proximal end of the first member.
10. The sports training device according to claim 1, wherein the anchor member is adapted to provide selective adjustment of tension.
11. The sports training device according to claim 10, wherein the selective adjustment of tension is provided by the trainee’s selection of the mount from a plurality of mounts of varying degrees of resistance to bending.
12. The sports training device according to claim 3, further comprising a second tension device coupled at a first end to the anchor member and adapted at a second end to be coupled to a trainee’s second appendage.
13. The sports training device according to claim 12, wherein the second tension devices includes an elastic cord.
14. The sports training device according to claim 3, wherein the anchor member includes a releasable belt for securing the training device about a trainee’s torso, the releasable belt and anchor member adapted to stably position the proximal end of the first member adjacent the small of the back.
15. The sports training device according to claim 3, further comprising an appendage cuff adapted to couple the first member to at least one of a trainee’s forearm and trainee’s thigh.
16. The sports training device according to claim 3, further comprising an appendage cuff, and wherein the first tension device further includes a second member, the second member having a proximal and distal end, the proximal end of the second member coupled to the distal end of the first member and the distal end of the second member coupled to the appendage cuff.
17. The sports training device according to claim 16, wherein the second member is a rigid.
18. A sports training device comprising:
an anchor member adapted for wear on including a restraint for coupling the anchor member to the torso of a trainee;
a resiliently bendable mount coupled to the anchor member and having a distal end extending distally from the anchor member;
an elongate first member having a proximal and distal end, the proximal end coupled to the distal end of the resiliently bendable mount and the distal end coupled to an appendage of the trainee; and
an appendage cuff adapted to couple the distal end of the elongate first member to at least one of a trainee’s forearm and trainee’s thigh; and
wherein the elongate first member is resiliently bendable along its length, inelastic relative to its longitudinal axis, and freely movable relative to the anchor member upon movement of the trainee’s appendage, and the resiliently bendable mount is resistant to flexing and provides tension to the elongate first member.
19. The sports training device according to claim 18, further comprising a plurality of mounts having varying degrees of resistance to bending, and wherein the resiliently bendable mount is selected from the plurality of mounts.
