1. A screen assembly comprising a screen mounted in a surrounding frame assembly, the frame assembly having a channel with an end wall and opposed side walls, a marginal edge section of the screen adjacent a peripheral edge of the screen being secured in the channel, the frame assembly having first and second channel insert strips adapted to be inserted into the channel in turn one before and one after the screen resulting in the marginal edge section of the screen being sandwiched between the strips, the first strip being located in the channel against one of the side walls, the first strip and the said one of the side walls having co-operating locating means, the first strip having a terminal edge section located adjacent the end wall of the channel between the end wall and the edge of the screen, the second strip being located in the channel after the edge of the screen is located in position adjacent the first strip, the second strip being a locking strip forced into the channel and directly engaging the screen, the relative dimensions of the channel, the strips and the screen being so selected such that as the locking strip is forced into its operative position in the channel the marginal edge section of the screen is secured in the channel between the strips.
2. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal edge section of the first strip extends across the end wall of the channel as a flange and the edge of the screen abuts the flange.
3. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the second strip is driven into the channel and retained by co-operating teeth on the second strip and an adjacent side wall of the channel.
4. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the second strip has a terminal edge that locates adjacent the edge of the screen when the second strip is in operative position.
5. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the second strip has a terminal edge that locates adjacent the edge of the screen when the second strip is in operative position, the terminal edge section of the first strip, the terminal edge of the second strip and the edge of the screen are all located together in the bottom of the channel so that the strips and screen together fill the channel.
6. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the marginal edge section of the screen is sandwiched between the strips, the first strip being the first component located in the channel and having a terminal end section adapted to wrap around the edge of the screen, the second strip being located in the channel after the edge of the screen is located in the terminal end section of the first strip in the channel.
7. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the channel includes channel wall projections andor recesses that aid retention of the strips in the channel.
8. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein a wall of the channel beside the locking strip has locking strip non-return projections.
9. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein at least one of said strips is deformable.
10. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein at least one of said strips include a deformable screen contact region so that as the locking strip is pushed into position the deformable region is deformed so as to enter into screen openings in the screen and thereby apply tension to the screen.
11. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the first strip is at least deformable in part and the locking strip is rigid.
12. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein each strip includes a screen contact region and the screen contact region of at least one of the strips include longitudinally extending projections.
13. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal end section of the first strip comprises a flange.
14. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the locking strip is pushed into position adjacent the return flange so that the marginal edge section of the screen is substantially surrounded by the assembled strips and spaced thereby from the walls of the channel.
15. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the screen is rigid and the first strip is made from a slightly soft PVC to allow a slight compression and the locking strip is made from a rigid PVC.
16. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the locking strip has a screen contact side and the locking strip is a co-extrusion being softer on the screen contact side and rigid on its opposite side.
17. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein each strip has longitudinally extending teeth, the number and size of teeth being variable depending on the desired strength of the assembly.
18. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal edge section of the first strip extends across the end wall of the channel as a flange and the edge of the screen abuts the flange and the second strip is driven into the channel and retained by co-operating teeth on the second strip and an adjacent side wall of the channel.
19. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the co-operating locating means comprises spaced longitudinally extending grooves and projections, the first strip being generally L-shaped in cross-section and being placeable in the channel with the projections in register with the grooves by a sideways movement of the first strip across the channel.
20. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the co-operating locating means comprises spaced longitudinally extending grooves in one channel wall and corresponding projections in an adjacent wall of the first strip, the second strip being generally L-shaped in cross-section and being placeable in the channel with the projections in register with the grooves by a sideways movement of the second strip across the channel.
21. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the first strip includes longitudinally extending screen engaging non-return ribs.
22. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the second strip includes longitudinally extending screen engaging non-return ribs.
23. A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the first and second strips include longitudinally extending screen engaging non-return ribs.

A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal edge section of the first strip extends across the end wall of the channel as a flange and the edge of the screen abuts the flange and the second strip is driven into the channel and retained by co-operating teeth on the second strip and an adjacent side wall of the channel the second strip having a terminal edge that locates adjacent the edge of the screen when the second strip is in operative position.

A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal edge section of the first strip extends across the end wall of the channel as a flange and the edge of the screen abuts the flange and the second strip is driven into the channel and retained by co-operating teeth on the second strip and an adjacent side wall of the channel, the second strip having a terminal edge that locates adjacent the edge of the screen when the second strip is in operative position, the terminal edge section of the first strip, the terminal edge of the second strip and the edge of the screen are all located together in the bottom of the channel so that the strips and screen together fill the channel.

A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal edge section of the first strip extends across the end wall of the channel as a flange and the edge of the screen abuts the flange and the second strip is driven into the channel and retained by co-operating teeth on the second strip and an adjacent side wall of the channel, the marginal edge section of the screen being sandwiched between the strips, the first strip being the first component located in the channel and having a terminal end section adapted to wrap around the edge of the screen, the second strip being located in the channel after the edge of the screen is located in the terminal end section of the first strip in the channel.

A screen assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal edge section of the first strip extends across the end wall of the channel as a flange and the edge of the screen abuts the flange and the second strip is driven into the channel and retained by co-operating teeth on the second strip and an adjacent side wall of the channel.

1. A shipping package for a biocontainer containing a fluid comprising:
a rigid outer container;
a flexible biocontainer within the outer container, said biocontainer comprising at least one of a tubing and a fitting;
an inflated dunnage over the biocontainer, said dunnage having at least an opening penetrated by said at least one of a tubing and fitting, said dunnage comprising a port through which said dunnage is inflated; and
a lid over the dunnage, wherein the inflated dunnage is sandwiched between the biocontainer and the lid, and wherein the dunnage exerts pressure on said biocontainer and on said lid as well as on at least a wall of the rigid outer container, wherein at least one of said outer container and lid comprises an opening for providing access to said port for inflating said dunnage.
2. The package as recited in claim 1, wherein said inflated dunnage engages said at least one of a tubing and a fitting for providing support to said at least one of a tubing and a fitting.
3. The package as recited in claim 1, wherein the lid comprises said opening for providing access to said port of said inflated dunnage.
4. The package as recited in claim 3, further comprising a cap for capping said opening on said lid.
5. The package as recited in claim 1, wherein the dunnage is formed from a film comprising at least one of a polyamide and polyethylene.
6. The package as recited in claim 1, wherein the inflatable dunnage comprises a plurality of chambers.
7. The package as recited in claim 1, wherein the dunnage is inflated with air.
8. A method for packing a biocontainer for shipping, said biocontainer having been placed within a rigid outer container, said biocontainer containing a fluid and comprising at least one of a tubing and a fitting, the method comprising:
placing an inflatable dunnage over said biocontainer containing fluid, said dunnage comprising an opening, wherein at least one of said at least one of a tubing and a fitting penetrates said opening;
placing a lid over said dunnage; and
inflating said dunnage to a desired level after placing said lid.
9. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein inflating said dunnage to said desired level comprises inflating said dunnage for exerting a force against said biocontainer, said rigid outer container, and said lid.
10. The method as recited in claim 9, wherein the dunnage comprises an inflating port, wherein said lid comprises an opening, and wherein said dunnage inflating port extends through said opening.
11. The method as recited in claim 10, further comprising capping said lid opening with a cap.
12. The method as recited in claim 10, further comprising partially inflating said dunnage prior to placing said lid.
13. The method as recited in claim 12, wherein partially inflating comprises partially inflating said dunnage until said partially inflated dunnage provides support to said at least one a tubing and a fitting.
14. The method as recited in claim 13, wherein inflating said dunnage for exerting a force comprises inflating said dunnage until said lid starts to bulge.
15. The method as recited in claim 14, wherein said dunnage is inflated to a pressure not greater than 2 psi.
16. The method as recited in claim 13, further comprising capping said lid opening with a cap after said inflating said dunnage.
17. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein said dunnage is inflated to a pressure not greater than 2 psi.
18. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the inflatable dunnage is formed from a film comprising at least one of a polyamide and polyethylene.
19. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein said inflated dunnage fills a void between said biocontainer and said lid.
20. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein said dunnage comprises a plurality of chambers.
21. An inflatable dunnage for use in transporting biocontainers comprising:
an inflatable body having an opening extending through said body for receiving at least one of a tubing and a fitting of a biocontainer;
a port for the inlet of air; and
a valve coupled to said port for controlling the inlet and outlet of air.
22. The dunnage as recited in claim 21, wherein the body is formed from a film comprising at least one of a polyamide and a polyethylene.
23. The dunnage as recited in claim 21, wherein the inflatable body comprises a plurality of chambers.
