1. A method for inhibiting tumor cells, inhibiting tumor growth or treating a cancer in a mammal, which method comprises administering to the mammal a salt of 4-(2,6-dichloro-benzoylamino)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid piperidin-4-ylamide, said salt chosen from a methanesulphonate salt, an acetate salt and mixtures thereof, in an amount effective in inhibiting tumor cells, inhibiting tumor growth or treating a cancer.
2. A method according to claim 1, which method comprises administering to the mammal an acid addition salt of 4-(2,6-dichloro-benzoylamino)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid piperidin-4-ylamide which is a methanesulphonate salt.
3. A method according to claim 1, for inhibiting tumor cells or tumor growth.
4. A method according to claim 1, for treating a cancer.
5. A method according to claim 1, wherein the tumor or cancer is selected from a carcinoma of the bladder, breast, colon, kidney, epidermis, liver, lung, oesophagus, gall bladder, ovary, pancreas, stomach, cervix, thyroid, prostate, or skin; a hematopoietic tumour of lymphoid lineage; a hematopoietic tumour of myeloid lineage; thyroid follicular cancer; a tumour of mesenchymal origin; a tumour of the central or peripheral nervous system; melanoma; seminoma; teratocarcinoma; osteosarcoma; xeroderma pigmentosum; keratoctanthoma; thyroid follicular cancer; and Kaposi’s sarcoma.
6. A method as defined in claim 1, wherein the cancer is a leukaemia.
7. A method as defined in claim 1, wherein the tumor or cancer is selected from acute lymphocytic leukaemia, B-cell lymphoma, T-cell lymphoma, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, hairy cell lymphoma, and Burkett’s lymphoma.
8. A pharmaceutical composition comprising an acid addition salt according to claim 1, together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, adjuvants, excipients, diluents, fillers, buffers, stabilisers, preservatives, lubricants, and other therapeutic or prophylactic agents.
9. A combination comprising an acid addition salt of 4-(2,6-dichloro-benzoylamino)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid piperidin-4-ylamide, said salt chosen from a methanesulphonate salt, an acetate salt and mixtures thereof, and one or more other therapeutic agents.
10. A combination according to claim 9, wherein said acid addition salt of 4-(2,6-dich loro-benzoylamino)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid piperidin-4-ylamide is the methanesulphonate salt.
11. A combination according to claim 9 wherein the one or more other therapeutic agents are anticancer agents selected from:
topoisomerase inhibitors
alkylating agents
antimetabolites
DNA binders
microtubule inhibitors (tubulin targeting agents)
monoclonal antibodies and
signal transduction inhibitors.
12. A combination according to claim 9 wherein the one or more other therapeutic agents are selected from cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, irinotecan, fludarabine, 5FU, taxanes, and mitomycin C.
13. A method according to claim 1, comprising administering an acid addition salt of 4-(2,6-dichloro-benzoylamino)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid piperidin-4-ylamide and one or more other therapeutic agents, wherein the one or more other therapeutic agents are administered either simultaneously or sequentially.
14. A combination according to claim 9 wherein the acid addition salt of 4-(2,6-dichloro-benzoylamino)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid piperidin-4-ylamide, and one, two, three, four or more other therapeutic agents are formulated together in a dosage form containing two, three, four or more therapeutic agents.
15. A method according to claim 1 additionally comprising radiotherapy.
16. A method according to claim 13 wherein the one or more other therapeutic agents are anticancer agents selected from:
topoisomerase inhibitors
alkylating agents
antimetabolites
DNA binders
microtubule inhibitors (tubulin targeting agents)
monoclonal antibodies and
signal transduction inhibitors.

1. A rolling bearing assembly:
a radially inner race on one of a supporting or supported element;
a radially outer race on the other of the supporting or supported element; and
a plurality of spherical rolling elements arranged to roll on the radially inner race and the radially outer race, at least one of the radially inner race or the radially outer race is frusto-conical having a flat profile in cross-section.
2. The rolling bearing assembly of claim 1, wherein the supported element is a shaft, and the radially inner race is located on the shaft.
3. The rolling bearing assembly of claim 1, wherein the supporting element is a housing, and the radially outer race is located on the housing.
4. The rolling bearing assembly of claim 1, wherein a cage retains the plurality of spherical rolling elements.
5. The rolling bearing assembly of claim 1, wherein the radially inner race and the radially outer race are each frusto-conical having a flat profile in cross-section.
6. The rolling bearing assembly of claim 1, wherein an angle of the radially inner race is different than an angle of the radially outer race.
7. A rolling bearing arrangement:
a first bearing assembly including:
a first radially inner race on one of a supporting or supported element;
a first radially outer race on the other of the supporting or supported element; and
a first plurality of spherical rolling elements arranged to roll on the first radially inner race and the first radially outer race, at least one of the first radially inner race or the first radially outer race is frusto-conical having a flat profile in cross-section;
a second bearing assembly including:
a second radially inner race;
a second radially outer race; and
a second plurality of spherical rolling elements arranged to roll on the second radially inner race and the second radially outer race, at least one of the second radially inner race or the second radically outer race is formed on the supporting or supported element.
8. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the second radially inner race is defined on a radially inner bearing ring supported on the supported element.
9. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 8, wherein the radially inner bearing ring is biased by a spring.
10. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the second radially inner race is defined on the supported element.
11. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the second radially outer race is defined on the supporting element.
12. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the second radially outer race is defined on a radially outer bearing ring.
13. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the second radially inner race has a grooved profile.
14. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the second radially outer race has a grooved profile.
15. The rolling bearing arrangement of claim 7, wherein the first radially inner race and the first radially outer race are each frusto-conical having a flat profile in cross-section.
