1. A method for treating a disease caused by andor associated with a dysregulated protein kinase activity which comprises administering to a mammal in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of formula (I)

R is selected from the group consisting of \u2014Ra, \u2014CORa, \u2014CONRaRb, \u2014SO2Ra and \u2014COORa, and
R1 is a group \u2014NRcRd or \u2014ORc ,
wherein Ra, Rb,Rc and Rd, the same or different, are each independently hydrogen or a group optionally further substituted, selected from straight or branched C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl or C2-C6 alkynyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl or cycloalkyl C1-C6 alkyl, heterocyclyl or heterocyclyl C1-C6 alkyl, aryl or aryl C1-C6 alkyl, heteroaryl or heteroaryl C1-C6 alkyl or, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, either Ra and Rb as well as Rc and Rd may form an optionally substituted 3 to 7 membered heterocyclyl or heteroaryl, optionally containing one additional heteroatom or heteroatomic group selected from S, O, N or NH, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the disease is selected from the group consisting of ovarian cancer and breast cancer.
2. An in vitro method for inhibiting protein kinase activity which comprises contacting the kinase with an effective amount of a compound of formula (I)

R is selected from the group consisting of \u2014Ra, \u2014COR, \u2014CONRaRb, \u2014SO2Ra and \u2014COORa, and
R1 is a group \u2014NRcRd or \u2014ORc,
wherein Ra,Rb, Rc and Rd, the same or different, are each independently hydrogen or a group optionally further substituted, selected from straight or branched C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6, alkenyl or C2-C6 alkynyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl or cycloalkyl C1-C6 alkyl, heterocyclyl or heterocyclyl C1-C6 alkyl, aryl or aryl C1-C6 alkyl, heteroaryl or heteroaryl C1C6 alkyl or, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, either Ra and Rb as well as Rc and Rd may form an optionally substituted 3 to 7 membered heterocyclyl or heteroaryl, optionally containing one additional heteroatom or heteroatomic group selected from S, O, N or NH, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the kinase is selected from the group consisting of LCK, EGFR1, JAK2, ROS1, FGFR1, ALK, ABL, AUR1, AUR2, CDK2CYCA, IGFR1, IR, KIT, MET, NEK6, TRKA, and VEGFR3.

The invention claimed is:

1. A facilities connection locator for use with a support apparatus for supporting manufacturing equipment, comprising:
a fluid tight bucket having:
a bottom surface;
a plurality of side walls extending upwardly from the bottom surface;
a mounting mechanism adapted to mount the fluid tight bucket to a support apparatus for supporting manufacturing equipment so that the fluid tight bucket has a fixed position relative to the support apparatus in an x-axis, a y-axis and a z-axis; and
at least one fluid connection port formed in the fluid tight bucket.
2. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 wherein the fluid tight bucket further comprises a vacuum connection port and a fluid tight riser that surrounds the vacuum connection port.
3. The facilities connection locator of claim 2 further comprising a vacuum line connection extending through the vacuum connection port and having a top surface and a locating flange located a predetermined distance from the top surface, the locating flange being coupled to the fluid tight riser so as to fix the height of the vacuum line connection’s top surface at a predetermined height relative to the top of the fluid tight riser.
4. The facilities connection locator of claim 3 further comprising a facilities connection locator plate surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
5. The facilities connection locator of claim 4 further comprising a fluid line connection having fluid line extending through the fluid connection port and having a planar surface extending from the fluid line horizontally along an interior side of the bucket’s bottom surface, and o-ring positioned between the planar surface and the interior side of the bucket’s bottom surface, and a nut threadedly coupled to the fluid line so as to hold the o-ring firmly against the bucket’s bottom surface, creating a fluid tight seal therebetween.
6. The facilities connection locator of claim 2 further comprising an facilities connection locator surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
7. The facilities connection locator of claim 6 further comprising a fluid line connection having fluid line extending through the fluid connection port and having a planar surface extending from the fluid line horizontally along an interior side of the bucket’s bottom surface, and o-ring positioned between the planar surface and the interior side of the bucket’s bottom surface, and a nut threadedly coupled to the fluid line along an exterior side of the bucket’s bottom surface.
8. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising an facilities connection locator surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
9. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising a fluid line connection having fluid line extending through the fluid connection port and having a planar surface extending from the fluid line horizontally along an interior side of the bucket’s bottom surface, and o-ring positioned between the planar surface and the interior side of the bucket’s bottom surface, and a nut threadedly coupled to the fluid line along an exterior side of the bucket’s bottom surface.
10. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 wherein the fluid tight bucket further comprises a fluid tight riser surrounding the at least one fluid connection port.
11. The facilities connection locator of claim 10 wherein the fluid tight bucket further comprises a vacuum connection port and a fluid tight riser that surrounds the fluid connection port.
12. The facilities connection locator of claim 11 further comprising an facilities connection locator surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
13. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising a vacuum connection port and a vacuum line connection extending through the vacuum connection port to a predetermined height thereabove, and welded to the fluid tight bucket.
14. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising a fluid line connection extending through the at least one fluid connection port to a predetermined height thereabove, and welded to the fluid tight bucket.
15. The facilities connection locator of claim 14 further comprising a vacuum connection port and a vacuum line connection extending through the vacuum connection port to a predetermined height thereabove, and welded to the fluid tight bucket.
16. The facilities connection locator of claim 13 further comprising an facilities connection locator surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
17. The facilities connection locator of claim 14 further comprising an facilities connection locator surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
18. The facilities connection locator of claim 15 further comprising an facilities connection locator surrounded by a fluid tight riser, and having removable panels through which facilities lines may extend.
19. Support apparatus for manufacturing equipment having a bottom outline and a plurality of load-bearing mounting feet disposed along the equipment’s bottom outline comprising:
a plurality of support legs including at least one support leg aligned to each one of the plurality of load-bearing mounting feet;
a frame disposed on the plurality of support legs, the frame having a frame outline which substantially duplicates the bottom outline of the manufacturing equipment; and
a facilities connection locator coupled to the support apparatus comprising:
a fluid tight bucket having:
a bottom surface;
a plurality of side walls extending upwardly from the bottom surface;
at least one fluid connection port formed in the fluid tight bucket; and
a mounting mechanism mounting the fluid tight bucket to the support apparatus so that the fluid tight bucket has a fixed position relative to the support apparatus in an x-axis direction, a y-axis direction and a z-axis direction.
20. Support apparatus for manufacturing equipment having a bottom outline and a plurality of load-bearing mounting feet disposed along the equipment’s bottom outline comprising:
a plurality of support legs including at least one support leg aligned to each one of the plurality of load-bearing mounting feet;
a frame disposed on the plurality of support legs, the frame having a frame outline which substantially duplicates the bottom outline of the manufacturing equipment; and
a plate at least partially occupying an interior region of the frame outline and having a plurality of openings adapted to reduce airflow between a region below the plate and a region above the board.
21. A facilities connection locator for use with a support apparatus for supporting manufacturing equipment, comprising:
a fluid tight bucket having:
a bottom surface;
a plurality of side walls extending upwardly from the bottom surface;
a mounting mechanism adapted to mount the fluid tight bucket to a support apparatus for supporting manufacturing equipment so that the fluid tight bucket has a fixed position relative to the support apparatus in an x-axis, a y-axis and a z-axis;
at least one fluid connection port formed in the fluid tight bucket;
a vacuum connection port;
a fluid tight riser that surrounds the vacuum connection port, the fluid tight riser having a plurality of openings formed therein;
a fluid line extending through the vacuum connection port and fixedly coupled to the fluid tight riser, comprising:
a top surface; and
a locating flange positioned a fixed distance below the top surface, and adapted to be fixed in place relative to the fluid tight riser via a plurality of elements extending through the plurality of openings; and
a plurality of elements that extend through the plurality of openings, to contact the locating flange and thereby fix the fluid line in place relative to the fluid tight riser.
22. A method of pre-facilitating manufacturing equipment installation, comprising:
providing a manufacturing equipment support having a top surface;
providing a facilities connection locator comprising a fluid tight bucket having a mounting mechanism for coupling the fluid tight bucket to the top surface of the support, and having
(1) a mechanism for mounting a fluid line connection to the fluid tight bucket such that a top of the fluid line connection extends to a predetermined height relative to the top surface of the support; and
(2) a mechanism for mounting a vacuum line connection to the fluid tight bucket such that a top of the vacuum line connection extends to a predetermined height relative to the top surface of the support; and

coupling a facilities connection locator to the top surface of the support.
23. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising a fluid level detector adapted to detect when a fluid level within the fluid tight bucket reaches a predetermined level.
24. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising a fluid drain.
25. The facilities connection locator of claim 1 further comprising a pump coupled to the fluid tight bucket so as to pump fluid therefrom.
