1. A method comprising:
selecting a database on a system, the database containing data information for a web application;
selecting a style format on the system, the style format being applied to the web application;
selecting a validation rule for the web application;
selecting a business rule for the web application;
dynamically rendering the web application from the database to a web browser, the web application incorporating the selected database and the selected style format instantaneously upon being dynamically rendered;
dynamically editing the web application; and
designing a web page, designing the web page comprising:
selecting a page type from a plurality of pre-designed page types or registering a new page type using the system;
answering a pre-defined list of questions, the questions being associated with a plurality of properties for the web page; and
adding a name for the web page to a menu, the name being linked to the web page;
the plurality of properties comprising:
a source for the data information being associated with the web page;
an amount for the data information being displayed on the web page;
whether to permit adding a record to a table being associated with the web page;
a manner for adding the record to the table;
whether to permit editing the record in the table;
the manner for editing the record;
whether to permit deleting the record in the table;
the menu to associate with the web page;
whether the web page supports a persistent insert, the persistent insert comprises adding the record continuously;
whether the web page remains in a same location after the adding of the record;
whether to permit downloading of the record from the web page;
whether to bypass an edit mode for editing the records;
whether to filter the data information being associated with a horizontal view and a vertical view;
whether to filter the data information being displayed during run-time;
whether to limit a quantity of the records being displayed on the web page;
whether to make the validation rules optional;
whether to permit filtering of the data information by an end user;
whether to provide the end user with a quantity count of the records;
whether to sort the data information alphabetically;
a refresh rate being associated with the web page;
whether to include static data information with the web page;
whether to add records in an individual manner or in a multiple records manner; and
whether to permit uploading of the record from the web page.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein dynamically rendering comprises an absence of code.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the web application comprises a web page, the web page being interactive and customizable.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting the page type comprises logic, the logic being applied to the web page.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting the database comprises:
selecting from a plurality of databases located on the system, the database being imported from an external source; or
importing a new database from the external source.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting the style format comprises:
selecting from a plurality of style formats located on the system; or
registering a new style format using the system.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting the validation rule comprises
selecting from a plurality of validation rules located on the system; or
registering a new validation rule using the system.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting the business rule comprises:
selecting from a plurality of business rules located on the system; or
registering a new business rule using the system.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein rendering the web application further comprises applying the validation rule to the web application.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein rendering the web application further comprises applying the business rule to the web application.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein dynamically editing further comprising:
modifying the data information in the web application in real-time;
displaying a change to the data information in the web application as soon as the change occurs; and
editing a logical structure of the data information in the web application in real-time.
12. A computer program product residing on a computer-readable medium, the computer program product comprising computer-executable instructions for causing a data processing apparatus, in a network of interconnected computers to:
select a database on a system, the database containing data information for a web application;
select a style format on the system, the style format being applied to the web application;
select a validation rule for the web application;
select a business rule for the web application;
dynamically render the web application from the database to a web browser, the web application incorporating the selected database and the selected style format instantaneously upon being dynamically rendered;
dynamically edit the web application; and
design a web page, designing the web page comprising:
selecting a page type from a plurality of pre-designed page types or registering a new page type using the system;
answering a pre-defined list of questions the questions being associated with a plurality of properties for the web page; and
adding a name for the web page to a menu, the name being linked to the web page,
the plurality of properties comprising:
a source for the data information being associated with the web page;
an amount for the data information being displayed on the web page;
whether to permit adding a record to a table being associated with the web page;
a manner for adding the record to the table;

the manner for editing the record;

a system providing:
(i) means for selecting a database, the database containing data information for a web application;
(ii) means for selecting a style format on the system, the style format being applied to the web application;
(iii) means for selecting a validation rule for the web application;
(iv) means for selecting a business rule for the web application; and
(v) means for dynamically editing the web application;
a web browser through which the web application is being dynamically rendered from the database, the web application incorporating the selected database and the selected style format instantaneously upon being dynamically rendered; and
means for designing a web page, the means for designing the web page comprising:
means for selecting a page type from a plurality of pre-designed page types or means for registering a new page type using the system;
means for answering a pre-defined list of questions, the questions being associated with a plurality of properties for the web page; and
means for adding a name for the web page to a menu the name being linked to the web page,

1. A method of disabling a motor vehicle in response to payments not being timely made, comprising the steps of:
a. determining a payment due deadline;
b. forwarding a signal to the vehicle by way of a two-way communication system which initiates an audible or visible warning within the vehicle;
c. upon the payment due deadline passing, sending an additional signal to the vehicle in order to disable the vehicle;
d. providing a return signal to confirm that the first signal was received and the vehicle disabled;
e. providing a keypad for entry of an emergency code which would enable the motor vehicle for a predetermined period of time whenever the vehicle is disabled.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined period of time for which the emergency code enables a motor vehicle is twenty-four hours or less.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein a vehicle location device is initiated once the vehicle is disabled.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the two-way communication system is a pager system.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the two-way communication system is a cellular telephone system.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the two way communication system is comprised of a satellite communication system.
7. A system for disabling a motor vehicle which comprises:
a two communication system linked between a first provider of a signal and a motor vehicle,
a means for determining a payment due deadline,
means for forwarding a signal from the first provider to the motor vehicle when the payment due deadline is passed in order to disable the vehicle,
means for returning a signal to the provider from the motor vehicle indicating that the disabling signal was received and the vehicle disabled, and
a keypad connected to a control module which allows one to input a code which would initiate enablement of the motor vehicle by the control module for a predetermined period of time.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the predetermined period of time for which the emergency code enables a motor vehicle is 24 hours or less.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the two-way communication system is comprised of a cellular telephone link, a pager system, or a satellite communication system.
10. The system of claim 7, further comprising a vehicle location device.
11. A method for disabling a motor vehicle in response to payments not being timely made, comprising the steps of:
determining whether a payment due deadline has passed,
sending a signal from a provider of the signal to a motor vehicle for disabling the vehicle,
returning a signal from the motor vehicle to the provider of the first signal indicating that the first signal was received and that the vehicle was disabled, and
providing a keypad for entering an emergency code which would initiate enablement of the motor vehicle for a predetermined period of time when the vehicle is disabled.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein a location providing device provides a signal as to the location of the motor vehicle when the motor vehicle is disabled.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein the predetermined period of time for which the emergency code enables the motor vehicle is twenty-four hours or less.
14. The method of claim 11, wherein the disablement of the vehicle involves disabling a system which supports causing ignition in an engine of the vehicle, which system includes only components not dedicated to directly causing a spark to initiate combustion.
15. The method of claim 11, wherein a two-way communication system is comprised of a cellular telephone system, a pager system or a satellite communication system.
