1. A wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus comprising:
a liquid reservoir which reserves absorption liquid containing absorbent, wherein sulfite is contained in said absorption liquid;
a desulfurizing system which removes sulphur dioxide from combustion exhaust gas and forms sulfite; and
an air supplying and circulating system which has a reduction section, and which supplies air to said liquid reservoir using a negative pressure generated due to said reduction section to oxidize said sulfite.
2. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said air supplying and circulating system comprises:
a nozzle, wherein a discharge port of said nozzle is opened in said absorption liquid of said liquid reservoir;
a first pump which circulatively supplies said absorption liquid in said liquid reservoir to said nozzle;
a pipe which connects said nozzle and a side of said discharging port of said first pump;
said reduction section arranged between said pipe and said nozzle, wherein said reduction section has a reduction section hole which has an effective cross section narrower than an effective cross section of said pipe; and
an air suction pipe arranged on a downstream side from said reduction section and connected with said nozzle,
wherein said air is sucked through said air suction pipe, flow in said nozzle with said absorption liquid, and is spouted into said absorption liquid of said liquid reservoir to oxidize said nitrite.
3. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a distance between a center line of said reduction section in a direction orthogonal to a direction of a flow path in said nozzle and a center line of said air suction pipe is shorter than twice of an effective diameter of an absorption liquid spouting stream path in said nozzle.
4. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said effective diameter of said reduction section hole is set to a range of 0.5 to 0.8 times of said effective diameter of said absorption liquid spouting stream path.
5. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 4, wherein said internal circumference surface of said reduction section hole has smoothly increased diameter in a direction of a downstream side.
6. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 5, wherein an opening peripheral portion of said reduction section hole on the upstream side sharply sticks out into a direction of the upstream side.
7. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 6, wherein said nozzle has an extension pipe,
said extension pipe extends from outside of said liquid reservoir into said absorption liquid in said liquid reservoir.
8. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 7, wherein a central axis of a flow path formed in said nozzle is inclined with respect to a liquid surface in said liquid reservoir.
9. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 8, wherein said air suction pipe is connected with said nozzle in an one end and is opened into atmosphere in the other end.
10. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 9, wherein said air suction pipe has an upper portion and a lower portion,
said lower portion is fixed on said nozzle and said upper portion is supported by said lower portion movably in upper and lower directions.
11. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to claim 10, wherein when said pump stops, the opening of said air suction pipe opened to the atmosphere is set to a position higher than the liquid surface of said absorption liquid in said liquid reservoir.
12. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 11, wherein said nozzle comprises:
a lower pipe provided on a downstream side from said reduction section; and
an extension pipe connected with said lower pipe on a downstream side,
wherein said extension pipe is fixed to said liquid reservoir and said lower pipe is connected with said extension pipe detachably.
13. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 12, wherein said desulfurizing system comprises:
an absorption tower in which said combustion exhaust gas containing said sulphur dioxide is introduced;
a spray pipe provided in a lower portion of said absorption tower;
a second pump which supplies said absorption liquid from said liquid reservoir to said spray pipe such that said absorption liquid is sprayed from said spray pipe into said absorption tower.
14. A wet type exhaust gas desulfurization method comprising the steps of:
sucking liquid in a liquid reservoir containing chemical substance as an oxidation object and forming a flow of said liquid;
reducing said flow of said liquid in diameter;
introducing air into a negative pressure region generated due to the reduction to generate a mixture stream of air and liquid; and
spouting said mixture stream into said liquid reservoir.
15. The wet type exhaust gas desulfurization method according to claim 14, wherein a spouting direction of turns down with respect to a liquid surface of said liquid reservoir.

1. A method, associated with providing voicemail account information to a mobile device, comprising:
determining, by a tangible device using a computer processor, whether a voicemail account has been initialized for a subscriber; and
creating, by the tangible device, in response to a determination that the voicemail account has not been initialized for the subscriber, a default service request having a default instruction to format a default message comprising a default voicemail password and a default pilot number for delivery to the mobile device.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising formatting, if the default service request is received, the default service request as the default message and sending the default message for delivery to the mobile device
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising storing, if the default message is received, the default message and forwarding the default message to the mobile device.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
retrieving, in response to a determination that the voicemail account has been initialized for the subscriber, a second voicemail password and a second pilot number; and
creating, in response to the second voicemail password and the second pilot number being retrieved, a second service request having a second instruction to format a second message comprising the second voicemail password and the second pilot number for delivery to the mobile device.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising formatting, if the second service request is received, the second service request as the second message and sending the second message for delivery to the mobile device.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising storing, if the second message is received, the second message and forwarding the second message to the mobile device.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting that the voicemail account has been moved from a first voicemail system to a second voicemail system; and
determining, in response to detecting that the voicemail account has been moved from the first voicemail system to the second voicemail system, whether the voicemail account has been initialized.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting that the voicemail account has been moved within a voicemail system; and
determining, in response to detecting that the voicemail account has been moved within the voicemail system, whether the voicemail account has been initialized.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving, from the mobile device, a request for the voicemail password; and
determining, in response to receiving the request, whether the voicemail account has been initialized.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising determining whether the voicemail account has been initialized for the subscriber in response to a voicemail system update that causes one item, selected from a group consisting of the second pilot number and the second voicemail password associated with the voicemail account, to be changed.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the mobile device is a first mobile device; and
the method further comprises:
detecting that initialization of the voice mail account has been requested by a new mobile device previously unassociated with the voicemail account;
determining whether the voicemail account has been initialized in connection with the new mobile device.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising performing, in response to determining that the voicemail account has been initialized for the new mobile device, operations comprising:
retrieving the second voicemail password and the second pilot number from the voicemail system; and
creating the second service request including the second instruction to format the first message comprising the second voicemail password and the second pilot number for delivery to the new mobile device.
13. The method of claim 11, further comprising performing, in response to determining that the voicemail account has not been initialized for the new mobile device, operations including creating the second service request having the default instruction to format the default message comprising the default voicemail password and the default pilot number for delivery to the new mobile device.
14. A system, comprising:
a processor; and
a computer-readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations, associated with providing voicemail account information to a mobile device, comprising:
determining whether a voicemail account has been initialized for a subscriber; and
creating in response to a determination that the voicemail account has not been initialized for the subscriber, a default service request having a default instruction to format a default message comprising a default voicemail password and a default pilot number for delivery to the mobile device.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the operations further comprise formatting, if the default service request is received, the default service request as the default message and sending the default message for delivery to the mobile device
16. The system of claim 14, wherein the operations further comprise, further comprising:
detecting that the voicemail account has been moved from a first voicemail system to a second voicemail system; and
determining, in response to detecting that the voicemail account has been moved from the first voicemail system to the second voicemail system, whether the voicemail account has been initialized.
17. The system of claim 14, wherein the operations further comprise:
detecting that the voicemail account has been moved within a voicemail system; and
determining, in response to detecting that the voicemail account has been moved within the voicemail system, whether the voicemail account has been initialized.
18. The system of claim 14, wherein:
the mobile device is a first mobile device; and
the operations further comprise:
detecting that initialization of the voice mail account has been requested by a new mobile device previously unassociated with the voicemail account; and
determining whether the voicemail account has been initialized in connection with the new mobile device.
19. The system of claim 18, wherein the operations further comprise:
in response to determining that the voicemail account has been initialized for the new mobile device:
retrieving the second voicemail password and the second pilot number from the voicemail system; and
creating the second service request including the second instruction to format the first message comprising the second voicemail password and the second pilot number for delivery to the new mobile device; and
creating, in response to determining that the voicemail account has not been initialized for the new mobile device, the second service request having the default instruction to format the default message comprising the default voicemail password and the default pilot number for delivery to the new mobile device.
20. A tangible computer-readable storage device comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations, associated with providing voicemail account information to a mobile device, comprising:
determining whether a voicemail account has been initialized for a subscriber; and
creating in response to a determination that the voicemail account has not been initialized for the subscriber, a default service request having a default instruction to format a default message comprising a default voicemail password and a default pilot number for delivery to the mobile device.
