1. A method of performing a wafer dicing process, comprising:
supporting a scribed semiconductor wafer from a first side; and
applying a uniform pressure across the wafer to a second side of the semiconductor wafer by dispersing pressure from a pressurization device so that scribes of the semiconductor wafer operate as division starting points, wherein the pressurization device comprises an elastic diaphragm installed on a frame having an opening exposing a surface of the elastic diaphragm.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
scribing the wafer with a laser to form weakened regions within the wafer between semiconductor device regions formed in the wafer.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
taping the first side of the wafer, wherein the first side includes active semiconductor devices.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
grinding the second side of the wafer to reduce the overall thickness of the wafer, wherein the second side contains no active semiconductor devices.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
applying pressure at least equal to a threshold dicing pressure to the wafer, wherein pressure is applied to the second side of the wafer with the elastic diaphragm and the wafer is supported on its first side by an elastic layer.

1. A hair styling composition comprising at least two latex acrylate polymers and at least one component chosen from coalescing agents and plasticizers, wherein at least one latex acrylate polymer is a film-forming polymer,
wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are chosen from:
(a) polymer A, having a Young’s modulus ranging from about 0.1 MPa to about 10 MPa, and a strain, under stress at 0.5 MPa, of at least about 1%;
(b) polymer B, having a Young’s modulus ranging from about 10 MPa to about 6 GPa, and a strain, under stress at 0.5 MPa, of less than about 5%; and
(c) polymer C, chosen from non-film-forming latex acrylate polymers;
wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in a combined amount ranging from about 0.1% to about 30% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition; and
wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in the composition in a weight ratio ranging from about 10:1 to about 1:10.
2. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are, independently or together, dispersed particles in an aqueous dispersion medium.
3. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in a combined amount ranging from about 0.5% to about 10% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
4. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in a combined amount ranging from about 1% to about 5% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
5. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in a combined amount ranging from about 1% to about 3% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
6. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein each of the at least two latex acrylate polymers is present in individual amounts ranging from about 0.05% to about 10% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
7. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein each of the at least two latex acrylate polymers is present in individual amounts ranging from about 1% to about 15% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
8. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B ranges from about 1:5 to about 5:1.
9. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B ranges from about 1:3 to about 3:1.
10. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B ranges from about 1:2 to about 2:1.
11. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B is about 1:1.
12. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B ranges from about 1:10 to about 1:1.
13. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B ranges from about 3:1 to about 10:1.
14. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymer A to polymer B ranges from about 5:1 to about 10:1.
15. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one component chosen from coalescing agents and plasticizers is present in a total amount ranging from about 0.1% to about 20% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
16. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one component chosen from coalescing agents and plasticizers is present in a total amount ranging from about 0.1% to about 1% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
17. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one component chosen from coalescing agents and plasticizers is chosen from glycol ethers, glycol esters, sucrose esters, propylene glycol ethers and propylene glycol esters.
18. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one component chosen from coalescing agents and plasticizers is chosen from propylene glycol dibenzoate, dipropylene glycol dibenzoate, and propylene glycol butyl ether.
19. The hair styling composition of claim 1, further comprising at least one solvent.
20. The hair styling composition of claim 1, wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are chosen from:
(a) polymer A, having a Young’s modulus ranging from about 0.1 MPa to about 10 MPa, and a strain, under stress at 0.5 MPa, of at least about 1%; and
(b) polymer B, having a Young’s modulus ranging from about 10 MPa to about 6 GPa, and a strain, under stress at 0.5 MPa, of less than about 5%.
21. A method of styling the hair, said method comprising applying a composition comprising at least two latex acrylate polymers and at least one component chosen from coalescing agents and plasticizers to the hair,
wherein at least one latex acrylate polymer is a film-forming polymer,
wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are chosen from:
(a) polymer A, having a Young’s modulus ranging from about 0.1 MPa to about 10 MPa, and a strain, under stress at 0.5 MPa, of at least about 1%;
(b) polymer B, having a Young’s modulus ranging from about 10 MPa to about 6 GPa, and a strain, under stress at 0.5 MPa, of less than about 5%; and
(c) polymer C, chosen from non-film-forming latex acrylate polymers;
wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in a combined amount ranging from about 0.1% to about 30% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition; and
wherein the at least two latex acrylate polymers are present in the composition in a weight ratio ranging from about 10:1 to about 1:10.
22. The method according to claim 21, further comprising a step of treating the hair with heat at a temperature ranging from about 25\xb0 C. to about 250\xb0 C. before, during, or after the application of said composition.
