1. An envelope tracking power supply circuit for generating an output voltage according to an envelope of a high frequency signal, the envelope tracking power supply circuit comprising:
a voltage follower circuit section for receiving an envelope signal corresponding to the envelope and outputting a voltage according to the envelope signal;
first and second parallel resistors connected in parallel between the output of the voltage follower circuit and an output terminal of the output voltage;
first and second hysteresis comparator sections for detecting respective voltage drops in the first and second parallel resistors and generating voltages according to the voltage drops; and
first and second switching converter sections for performing switching according to the respective voltages outputted from the first and second hysteresis comparator sections and outputting a voltage to the output terminal.
2. An envelope tracking power supply circuit according to claim 1, wherein the first and second switching converter sections have first and second switches adapted to turn onoff according to the voltages outputted from the first and second hysteresis comparator sections and first and second inductors for receiving currents flowing through the first and second switches, respectively; and
wherein the first inductor has an inductance smaller than that of the second inductor.
3. An envelope tracking power supply circuit according to claim 2, wherein the first hysteresis comparator section has a hysteresis width greater than that of the second hysteresis comparator section.
4. A high-frequency amplifier comprising:
the envelope tracking power supply circuit according to claim 1; and
an amplifier for receiving the output voltage supplied from the output terminal of the envelope tracking power supply circuit and amplifying the high frequency signal.
5. An envelope tracking power supply circuit for generating an output voltage according to an envelope of a high frequency signal, the envelope tracking power supply circuit comprising:
a voltage follower circuit section for receiving an envelope signal corresponding to the envelope and outputting a voltage according to the envelope signal;
at least one resistor connected between the output of the voltage follower circuit and an output terminal of the output voltage;
first and second hysteresis comparator sections for detecting voltage drop in the resistor and generating voltages according to the voltage drop; and
first and second switching converter sections for performing switching according to the respective voltages outputted from the first and second hysteresis comparator sections and outputting a voltage to the output terminal.

1. A method of identifying methods of quiescing a storage object, the method comprising:
using a computer to perform:
receiving data identifying the storage object,
generating a freeze list including one or more freeze methods appropriate for quiescing the storage object, wherein the generating includes creating a hierarchy of logical storage objects below the identified storage object,
associating one or more quiesce characteristics with each logical storage object of the logical storage objects below the identified storage object, and
generating one or more freeze vectors as a function of the one or more quiesce characteristics associated with said each logical storage object of the logical storage objects below the identified storage object, wherein the one or more freeze vectors include quiesce attributes and split attributes for an identified logical storage object that are conditional upon quiesce attributes and split attributes of said each logical storage object below the identified storage object, and wherein the generating the freeze list further includes assigning a measure of quiesce strength to each freeze method.
2. The method of claim 1 wherein the split attributes for the identified logical storage object include an indication of whether the identified logical storage object can be frozen using a mirror.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein the split attributes for the identified logical storage object include an indication of whether the identified logical storage object can be frozen using a snapshot.
4. A computer-readable storage media storing program instructions that are executed by a computing device, cause the computing device to perform a method comprising:
receiving data identifying a storage object,
generating a freeze list including one or more freeze methods appropriate for quiescing the storage object, wherein the generating includes creating a hierarchy of logical storage objects below the identified storage object,
associating one or more quiesce characteristics with each logical storage object of the logical storage objects below the identified storage object, and
generating one or more freeze vectors as a function of the one or more quiesce characteristics associated with said each logical storage object of the logical storage objects below the identified storage object, wherein the one or more freeze vectors include quiesce attributes and split attributes for an identified logical storage object that are conditional upon quiesce attributes and split attributes of said each logical storage object below the identified storage object, and wherein the generating the freeze list further includes assigning a measure of quiesce strength to each freeze method.
5. The computer-readable storage media of claim 4 wherein the split attributes for the identified logical storage object include an indication of whether the identified logical storage object can be frozen using a mirror.
6. The computer-readable storage media of claim 4 wherein the split attributes for the identified logical storage object include an indication of whether the identified logical storage object can be frozen using a snapshot.
7. A system for identifying methods of quiescing a storage object, the system comprising:
a computing device including a processor; and
a storage media storing program instructions that, if executed by the computing device, cause the computing device to perform a method comprising:
receiving data identifying the storage object,
generating a freeze list including one or more freeze methods appropriate for quiescing the storage object, wherein the generating includes creating a hierarchy of logical storage objects below the identified storage object,
associating one or more quiesce characteristics with each logical storage object of the logical storage objects below the identified storage object, and
generating one or more freeze vectors as a function of the one or more quiesce characteristics associated with said each logical storage object of the logical storage objects below the identified storage object, wherein the one or more freeze vectors include quiesce attributes and split attributes for an identified logical storage object that are conditional upon quiesce attributes and split attributes of said each logical storage object below the identified storage object, and wherein the generating the freeze list further includes assigning a measure of quiesce strength to each freeze method.
8. The system of claim 7 wherein the split attributes for the identified logical storage object include an indication of whether the identified logical storage object can be frozen using a mirror.
9. The system of claim 7 wherein the split attributes for the identified logical storage object include an indication of whether the identified logical storage object can be frozen using a snapshot.
