1. A NAND flash memory device comprising:
a memory cell array having a plurality of memory cells, each memory cell being connected to a word line and a bit line;
a word line voltage supply circuit for supplying a word line voltage to the word line;
a page buffer for supplying a bit line voltage to the bit line to program a selected memory cell or read data from the selected memory cell; and
a page buffer controller for supplying to the page buffer control signals for controlling the page buffer,
wherein during a LSB program operation, the page buffer supplies the bit line with a first bit line voltage for programming or a second bit line voltage for program inhibit in response to LSB data and the control signals;
wherein during a MSB program operation, the page buffer supplies the bit line with the second bit line voltage for program inhibit or the first and a third bit line voltage for programming in response to MSB data and the control signals; and
wherein the third bit line voltage is between the first bit line voltage and the second bit line voltage.
2. The NAND flash memory device of claim 1, wherein the first bit line voltage is a ground voltage, and the second bit line voltage is a power supply voltage.
3. The NAND flash memory device of claim 1, wherein the page buffer reads programmed LSB data from the selected memory cell prior to the MSB program operation, and then supplies one of the first to third bit line voltages to the bit line according to the read LSB data and the MSB data.
4. The NAND flash memory device of claim 3, wherein the page buffer comprises:
a precharge circuit for precharging the bit line prior to the respective LSB and MSB program operations;
a first latch circuit for latching the LSB data and MSB data to be respectively programmed to the selected memory cell;
a second latch circuit for latching the programmed LSB data being read from the selected memory cell; and
a bit line voltage supply circuit for supplying one of the first to third bit line voltages to the bit line according to data latched in the first and second latch circuits during the LSB and MSB program operations.
5. The NAND flash memory device of claim 4, wherein the page buffer further comprises a third latch circuit for receiving the LSB data and the MSB data from the external prior to the LSB and MSB program operations, and then dumping the received LSB and MSB data to the first latch circuit in response to the control signals.
6. The NAND flash memory device of claim 4, wherein the second latch circuit comprises:
a second latch for latching the programmed LSB data being read from the selected memory cell; and
a second reset circuit for resetting the second latch in response to the control signals.
7. The NAND flash memory device of claim 6, wherein the first latch circuit comprises:
a first latch for latching the LSB data and the MSB data to be programmed to the selected memory cell; and
a first reset circuit for resetting the first latch in response to the data of the second latch and the control signals.
8. The NAND flash memory device of claim 7, wherein the third latch circuit comprises:
a third latch for latching the received LSB data and the MSB data;
a third reset circuit for resetting the third latch in response to the control signals; and
a dump circuit for dumping the received LSB data and the MSB data in response to the control signals.
9. The NAND flash memory device of claim 4, wherein the bit line voltage supply circuit comprises:
a first voltage supply circuit for supplying the first bit line voltage in response to data latched in the first and second latch circuits;
a second voltage supply circuit for supplying the second bit line voltage in response to data latched to the first latch circuit; and
a third voltage supply circuit for supplying the third bit line voltage in response to the data latched to the first and second latch circuits.
10. The NAND flash memory device of claim 9, wherein the NAND flash memory device further comprises a voltage generator for generating the third bit line voltage.

What is claimed is:

1. An assembly having edible components associated therewith, comprising:
a) a garment to be worn by a user, such garment having at least one structural supporting element that is at least partially detachably interconnectable with another garment component;
b) a plurality of apertured candies having an aperture sized so as to be threadable on said at least one structural supporting element.
2. The assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein said garment further comprises at least one pocket able to accommodate consumable candy items.
3. The assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein said candy components have a shape selected from the group consisting of hearts, diamonds, shamrocks, candy canes, pumpkins, ghosts, butterflies and cherries.
4. The assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein the garment is selected from the group of panties, underwear, and swim wear.
5. A garment for a person comprising:
at least one non-edible strap;
at least one edible item interconnected to said strap; and
wherein said garment can be worn by the person.
6. The garment as claimed in claim 5, wherein said at least one edible item comprises an aperture, wherein said strap passes through said aperture.
7. The garment as claimed in claim 6, wherein said at least one non-edible strap has a width, and wherein said width is greater than or equal a diameter of said aperture.
8. The garment as claimed in claim 7, wherein a friction force between an outside surface of said strap and an inside surface of said aperture is equal to or greater than a force generated by the weight of said edible item.
9. The garment as claimed in claim 8, wherein said strap comprises a material selected from the group consisting of velvet, silk and satin.
10. The garment as claimed in claim 6, wherein said edible item comprises a candy.
11. The garment as claimed in claim 10, wherein said candy includes a wrapper having a wrapper aperture that is axially aligned with the aperture in said candy, said wrapper lining an outside surface of said candy and an inside surface of said aperture.
12. The garment as claimed in claim 5, wherein said at least one non-edible strap includes a free end adapted for receiving at least a second edible item.
13. The garment as claimed in claim 5, wherein said strap is washable or dry-cleanable and reusable.
14. A garment for covering a portion of a person’s body, the garment comprising:
a front panel;
a rear panel interconnected to said front panel by a crotch portion;
at least one strap interconnectable to said front panel and said rear panel, said strap adapted for passing through an aperture of a candy, said strap consisting essentially of:
a material having a length greater than or equal to a width of the candy, said material having a width that is greater than or equal to a diameter of said aperture of said candy, said material having an outside surface that contacts an inside surface of said aperture, said outside surface of said material developing a frictional force with said inside surface of said candy that is equal to or greater than a weight of said candy, said strap having a loop at an end portion, said loop wrapping around at least a portion of said candy;

and wherein upon removing said candy from said strap, said front panel, said rear panel, said crotch portion, and said strap are non-edible and washable.
15. A garment for covering a portion of a person’s body, the garment comprising:
a front panel including a right front strap and a left front strap;
a rear panel interconnected to said front panel by a crotch portion, said rear panel including a right rear strap interconnectable to said right front strap, and a left rear strap interconnectable to said left front strap;
and at least one edible item having an aperture sized to slidably receive one of said right front strap, said left front strap, said right rear strap and said left rear strap, and wherein said at least one edible item is located on one of said right front strap, said left front strap, said right rear strap and said left rear strap.
16. The garment as claimed in claim 15, wherein an end portion of at least one of said right front strap, said left front strap, said right rear strap and said left rear strap includes a first retention fitting.
17. The garment as claimed in claim 16, wherein said first retention fitting comprises a substantially conical tip portion and a flared portion made of a resilient material, and wherein said flared portion has an undeformed width that is greater than a diameter of said aperture, wherein the flared portion is deformable to receive the edible item when the edible item is pushed over the flared portion of the retention fitting.
18. The garment as claimed in claim 17, wherein an end portion of another of said right front strap, said left front strap, said right rear strap and said left rear strap includes a second retention fitting, said second retention fitting including means for detachably attaching to said first retention fitting.
19. The garment as claimed in claim 18, wherein said means for detachably attaching includes a connector.
20. A bra comprising:
a first cup;
a second cup interconnected to said first cup by a strap; and
a edible item threaded onto said strap.
21. The bra as claimed in claim 20, wherein said strap includes at least a first end that is selectively detachable from one of said first or second cups.
22. The bra as claimed in claim 21, wherein said first end is sized to pass through an aperture in said edible item.
23. A fob comprising:
at least one non-edible strap;
at least one edible item interconnected to said strap by passing said strap through an aperture in said at least one edible item;
wherein said strap further comprises a material having a width that is greater than or equal to a diameter of said aperture of said edible item, said material having an outside surface that at least partially contacts an inside surface of said aperture, said outside surface of said material developing a frictional force with said inside surface of said edible item that is equal to or greater than a weight of said edible item.
24. The fob as claimed in claim 23, wherein said strap further comprises a loop at an end portion of said strap, said loop wrapping around at least a portion of said edible item.
25. The fob as claimed in claim 23, further comprising means for attaching said strap to an article.
26. The fob as claimed in claim 25, wherein said means for attaching comprises a hook and loop connector.
