1. A fuel composition comprising a water-in-oil emulsion comprises:
(a) bio-diesel;
(b) water; and
(c) at least one, type of polymeric surfactant.
2. The fuel composition according to claim 1, the polymeric surfactant comprises a chemical structure of:
R\u2032\u2014O\u2014(CH2CH2\u2014O\u2014)n\u2014R\u2032
wherein R\u2032 is an alkyl radical containing hydroxyl group and x is a positive integer ranges from 14 to 50.
3. The fuel composition according to claim 1, wherein the bio-diesel has a concentration of 70% to 98% by total weight of the composition.
4. The fuel composition according to claim 1, wherein the water has a concentration 2% to 30% by total weight of the composition.
5. The fuel composition according to claim 1, wherein the polymeric surfactant has a concentration of 0.1% to 5% by total weight of the composition.
6. The fuel composition according to claim 1, wherein the polymeric surfactant is polyethylene glycol esters.
7. The fuel composition according to claim 1, wherein the polymeric surfactant is PEG1500 dihydroxystearate.
8. The fuel composition according to claim 1, further comprising additive selected from the group consisting of corrosion inhibitors, antifreeze agent, ash modifiers, soot releasing agents or any combination derives thereof.
9. The fuel composition according to claim 2, wherein the bio-diesel has a concentration of 70% to 98% by total weight of the composition.
10. The fuel composition according to claim 2, wherein the water has a concentration 2% to 30% by total weight of the composition.
11. The fuel composition according to claim 2, wherein the polymeric surfactant has a concentration of 0.1% to 5% by total weight of the composition.
12. The fuel composition according to claim 5, wherein the polymeric surfactant is PEG1500 dihydroxystearate.
13. The fuel composition according to claim 2, further comprising additive selected from the group consisting of corrosion inhibitors, antifreeze agent, ash modifiers, soot releasing agents or any combination derives thereof.

1. A glass plate, comprising:
a transparent glass-based element; and
a high polymer plastic membrane configured to frame at least one part of the peripheral side of the transparent glass-based element.
2. The glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the transparent glass-based element is a multi-layer transparent glass-based element.
3. The glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the transparent glass-based element is a touch panel glass or a cover glass.
4. The glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the high polymer plastic membrane is framed on at least one part through an injection molding process, a dispensing process, a spray-printing process, or a roller coating process.
5. The glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the material of the high polymer plastic membrane is a type of liquid adhesive to be cured.
6. The glass plate according to claim 5, wherein the liquid adhesive is selected from a group of materials consisting of free radical epoxy resin, acryl resin, two-pack epoxy resin, dual cationic epoxy resin, epoxy acryl resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin, polyimide, and melamine-formaldehyde resin.
7. The glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the high polymer plastic membrane comprises large multiples of units of organic molecules of low molecular weight.
8. The glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the high polymer plastic membrane is configured to frame all four peripheral sides of the transparent glass-based element.
9. A glass plate, comprising:
a transparent glass-based element; and
a high polymer plastic membrane configured to frame at least one part of the peripheral side of the transparent glass-based element for performing a capillary action, in a liquid state, on at least one part, and for being combined with the transparent glass-based element after being solidified.
10. A method for manufacturing a glass plate, comprising the steps of:
providing a transparent glass-based element;
framing a high polymer plastic membrane on at least one part of the peripheral side of the transparent glass-based element;
letting the high polymer plastic membrane perform, in a liquid state, a capillary action on at least one part; and
solidifying the high polymer plastic membrane to combine with the transparent glass-based element.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the transparent glass-based element is a touch panel glass or a cover glass.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein the framing step comprising injection molding process, a dispensing process, a spray-printing process, or a roller coating process.
13. The method according to claim 10, wherein the high polymer plastic membrane comprises large multiples of units of organic molecules of low molecular weight.
14. The method according to claim 10, wherein the high polymer plastic membrane is a type of liquid adhesive to be cured.
15. The method according to claim 14, wherein the liquid adhesive is selected from a group of materials consisting of free radical epoxy resin, acryl resin, two-pack epoxy resin, dual cationic epoxy resin, epoxy acryl resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin, polyimide, and melamine-formaldehyde resin.
16. A display device, comprising:
a display module; and
a glass plate according to claim 1, disposed on an upper surface of the display module, wherein the transparent glass-based element is a cover glass.
17. A touch sensitive display, comprising:
a display module; and
a glass plate according to claim 1, disposed on an upper surface of the display module, wherein the transparent glass-based element is a touch panel glass.
18. The touch sensitive display according to claim 17, further comprising a cover glass, disposed on an upper surface of the glass plate.
19. The touch sensitive display according to claim 18, wherein the cover glass is further framed with another one of the high polymer plastic membranes on at least one part of the peripheral side of the cover glass.
20. The touch sensitive display according to claim 17, wherein the touch panel glass is a supporting and protecting glass of the touch sensitive display.
