44. A method of identifying a composition, a compound, or a procedure which can produce a skin response in a subject, comprising:
a) administering said composition or compound, or applying said procedure to the transgenic mice which express endogenous epidermal stem cell factor; and
b) analyzing the skin of said transgenic mice for response.

1. A fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition comprising
a fluorine-containing silicone polymer having a three-dimensional, cross-linked structure, prepared by addition polymerizing the following (A), (B) and (C) and containing 10 to 30 mass % of the fluorine atoms, relative to a total mass of (A) to (C),
(A) a vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane represented by the following formula (1):
wherein Rf is a perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a perfluoropolyether group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms; R1 is, independently of each other, a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms without any aliphatic unsaturated bond; R2 is, independently of each other, a vinyl group or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms without any aliphatic unsaturated bond; k is an integer of 0 to 10, provided that the organopolysiloxane has at least two, per molecule, vinyl groups bonded to silicon atoms; X is a divalent organic group, m is an integer of 0 to 200, and n is an integer of 0 to 100,
(B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane represented by the following formula (2):
wherein R3 is, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms without any aliphatic unsaturated bond; p is an integer of 0 to 10, provided that the organopolysiloxane has at least two, per molecule, hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms; q is an integer of 0 to 200; r is an integer of 0 to 100, provided that n in formula (1) and r in formula (2) are not simultaneously zero; and at least either one of the number of the vinyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in formula (1) or the number of the hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in formula (2) is at least three; and Rf, X, and R1 are as defined above, and
(C) an organopolysiloxane having a reactive group on one end alone and represented by the following formula (3),
wherein R4 is a hydrogen atom or a vinyl group, x is an integer of 0 to 100, and R1 is as defined above, and further comprising
(D) a low viscosity silicone oil with a dynamic viscosity of 50 mm2s or less at 25 degrees C.
2. The fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition according to claim 1, wherein the content of the low viscosity silicone oil (D) is 10 to 1000 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of a total of components (A) to (C).
3. The fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition is in a state of fine powder, paste or grease.
4. A process for preparing the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition described in claim 1, comprising a step of addition polymerizing components (A), (B) and (C) in the presence of the low viscosity silicone oil (D).
5. The process for preparing the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition according to claim 4, further comprising a step of adding the low viscosity silicone oil (D) after the addition polymerizing components (A), (B) and (C) in the presence of the low viscosity silicone oil (D).
6. The process for preparing the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition according to claim 4, further comprising a step of processing the polymerization mixture by a shearing force after addition polymerizing the step.
7. The fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition according to claim 2, wherein the composition is in a state of fine powder, paste or grease.
8. A process for preparing the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition described in claim 2, comprising a step of addition polymerizing components (A), (B) and (C) in the presence of the low viscosity silicone oil (D).
9. A process for preparing the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition described in claim 3, comprising a step of addition polymerizing components (A), (B) and (C) in the presence of the low viscosity silicone oil (D).
10. The process for preparing the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition according to claim 5, further comprising a step of processing the polymerization mixture by a shearing force after adding the low viscosity silicone oil (D).
