1. An apparatus for the point-of-use generation at one atmosphere of superheated steam and subsequent pressurization of said superheated steam comprising;
a one-atmosphere superheated steam generator, and
a means to pressurize said superheated steam connected to said superheated steam generator.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said steam generator comprises:
a housing,
at least one electrically heated coil for the heating of gas contained within said housing, and
a fluid supply means for direct provision of fluid to the hot gas for conversion to steam.
3. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein said electrically heated coil is composed of a continuous bare wire.
4. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a means to direct and apply said compressed steam to surfaces and locations.
5. The apparatus of claim 4 wherein the one-atmosphere superheated steam generator, the means to pressurize said superheated steam and the means to direct and apply said compressed steam are coated with an antimicrobial coating.
6. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein the antimicrobial coating is comprised of nanoparticles.
7. The apparatus of claim 6 wherein the nanoparticles are comprised of at least one of: silver, tungsten, iron, carbon, aluminum, copper, nickel, iron, SiC, SiO2, an oxide of at least one of nickel, iron, tungsten, or chromium, Cu, Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Ir, a rare earth metal, a semiconductor, B, Si, Ge, As, La, Sb, Te, Po, an iron oxide, a tungsten oxide, a chromium oxide, V205, Fe203, FeOx, Fe304, aluminum oxide, NiO, zinc oxide, tin oxide, hafnium carbide, tungsten carbide, MnO2, SiO2, MoO3, HfO2, WO3, TiB2, CrO3, Nb2O5, Al2Zr, B4C, SiOx, ZrSi04, B203, CdS, MnS, MoS2, MoSi2, MoSix, NaN3, NaCN, Si2N4, Si3N4, PbO, PbO2, WO2, BaO2, SiO2, NiFeyOx, MoSx, FezNOx, and a further defect compound, where x, y, and z represent non-integer values, or at least one of an oxide, a carbide, a nitride, an aluminide, a boride, a silicide, or a halide of at least one of Cu, Ag, Au, Fe, Si, Ti, Hf, Pt, Pd, or Ir.
8. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said means to pressurize said steam comprises an air compressor.
9. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the means to pressurize superheated steam comprises,
a one-atmosphere one-way valve connected to the superheated steam generator in a manner that allows steam generated by the steam generator at one atmosphere to flow through the one-atmosphere one-way valve, and
a series of steps, each of the steps comprising a pressure vessel and one further one-way valve connected to the one-atmosphere one-way valve in a manner which allows steam to flow from the one-atmosphere one-way valve into the series of the pressure vessels and the further one-way valves so that steam pressure is built up to a greater level in the steps.
10. The apparatus of claim 9 further comprising a means of application connected to the further one-way valve.
11. The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said steam generator comprises:
a housing,
at least one electrically heated coil for the heating of gas contained within said housing, and
a fluid supply means for direct provision of fluid to the hot gas for conversion to steam.
12. The apparatus of claim 9 further comprising an external heat source positioned to heat the pressure vessel found in any of the series of steps.
13. A method for point-of-use generation at one atmosphere of superheated steam and subsequent pressurization of said superheated steam comprising;
generating the point-of-use of superheated steam at one-atmosphere and pressurizing said steam.
14. The method of claim 13 further comprising directing and applying pressurized steam to surfaces and locations.
15. The method of claim 13 wherein the steam is generated by a steam generator comprising a housing, at least one electrically heated coil for the heating of gas contained within said housing and a fluid supply means for direct provision of fluid to the hot gas for conversion to steam then pressurized in a means of compression comprised of an air compressor.
16. The method of claim 13 wherein the conversion of the fluid to the hot gas occurs inside of said housing.
17. The method of claim 13 wherein the conversion of the fluid to the hot gas occurs external to said housing.
18. A method for point-of-use generation at one atmosphere of superheated steam and subsequent and pressurization of said superheated steam comprising;
generating steam at one atmosphere,
superheating the steam at one atmosphere, and
flowing the steam that has been superheated at one atmosphere through a series of steps, each step comprising a pressure vessel and a one-way valve that incrementally increase the pressure of the steam to a desired level.
19. The method of claim 18 further comprising applying external heat to the pressure vessel of any of the series of steps.
20. The method of claim 18 wherein the generation and superheating of steam is
accomplished utilizing a steam generator comprising,
a housing,
at least one electrically heated coil for the heating of gas contained within said housing wherein said electrically heated coil is composed of a continuous bare wire, and
a fluid supply means for direct provision of fluid to the hot gas for conversion to steam.

What is claimed is:

1. A display device which allows display of a plurality of languages, comprising;
an operator information storer adapted to organize operator information and information concerning the type of language which the operator uses, and to store said information,
a first display character storer adapted to store characters of a first language, a second display character storer adapted to store characters of a second language, an input device adapted to accept input of said operator information, a display character selector for accessing information concerning the type of language corresponding to said operator information accepted by the input device from said operator information storer, and adapted to select which of said display character storer is to be used, and a display adapted to display said characters.
2. A display device according to claim 1, further comprising,
a common pattern storer adapted to store a pattern for displaying combination with said characters, and a display screen producer adapted to produce a display screen in combination with said characters and said pattern.
3. A display device according to claim 1, wherein, a pattern including characters are stored in the display character storer.
4. A display device according to claim 1, wherein, the operator information comprises at least one of a login name and password.
5. A display device according to claim 4, wherein, said operator information comprises a word expressing at least one of the type of language or country name.
6. A display device according to claim 1, wherein, the operator information comprises a login name and password.
7. A display device according to claim 6, wherein, at least one of the login name and password is a word expressing at least one of the type of language or country name.
8. A display device according to claim 1, wherein, the operator information is accessed from at least one of a barcode and an IC chip.
9. A display device according to claim 1, wherein, the first and second languages are selected from the group consisting of Japanese, English, French, German, Chinese, Russian and Spanish.
10. A display device according to claim 1, further comprising,
a printing screen producer adapted to convert said characters to a format for printing.
11. A sample analysis device comprising:
a sample analysis mechanism, and
a display device according to claim 1.
12. A sample analysis device according to claim 11, wherein a measurement result obtained by analyzing a sample is displayed by said display device in combination with said characters.
13. A sample analysis device according to claim 11, wherein the sample is urine or blood.
14. A sample analysis device which allows display with a plurality of units, comprising,
an operator information storer adapted to organize and store at least two of operator information, information concerning the type of language which the operator uses, and the resident country of the operator,
a first display unit storer in which the unit of the measurement result is described in the first unit,
a second display unit storer in which the unit of the measurement result is described in the second unit,
an input device for accepting the input of said operator information,
a display unit selector for accessing information concerning the type of language or resident country corresponding to said operator information accepted by the input device from said operator information storer, and selecting the display unit storer to be used,
an analyzer for obtaining analysis information by analyzing a sample,
a measurement result calculator adapted to calculate the measurement result from the analysis information obtained by the analyzer depending on the information concerning the type of language or resident country corresponding to said operator information accepted by the input device,
a display screen producer for producing a display screen in combination with said measurement result and said unit,
and a display for displaying said display screen.
15. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, further comprising,
a first display character storer in which characters are described in the first language,
a second display character storer in which characters are described in the second language, wherein said display screen producer produces a display screen in combination with said measurement result, said selected unit and said first or second character.
16. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, wherein, the pattern including the unit is stored in the display unit storer.
17. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, wherein the operator information is comprises at least one of a login name and password.
18. A sample analysis device according to claim 17, wherein said operator information comprises a word expressing at least one of the type of language or country name.
19. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, wherein the operator information comprises a login name or password.
20. A sample analysis device according to claim 19, wherein at least one of the login name and the password is a word expressing at least one of the type of language or country name.
21. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, wherein the operator information is accessed from a barcode or an IC chip.
22. A sample analysis device according to claim 15, wherein the first language and second languages are selected from the group consisting of Japanese, English, French, German, Chinese, Russian and Spanish.
23. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, wherein a printing screen producer adapted to convert said units to format for printing is provided.
24. A sample analysis device according to claim 14, wherein the sample is urine or blood.
25. A method for displaying a language requested by an operator from a plurality of different languages, the method comprising;
inputting operator information and the type of information the operator uses,
relating operator information to the type of language the operator uses,
storing characters of at least a first language and a second language,
accessing the characters corresponding to the said operator information inputted,
and displaying said accessed characters.
26. A multi-language user interface for use in a mechanical arrangement, comprising;
a display device for providing an operator with information, an identification information storer for storing language information related to the operator identification information and the identification information of respective operators,
an input device for inputting the identification information of the operator,
a selector for accessing the identification information storer in response to the input of the identification information from the input device and selecting the language related to the inputted identification information, and
a controller adapted to control the display device so as to be a user interface of the selected language.
27. A multi-language user interface according to claim 26, wherein the controller stores a plurality of patterns corresponding to a plurality of languages, and displays the patterns corresponding to the selected languages on the display device.
28. A multi-language user interface according to claim 26, wherein the controller stores a plurality of fonts corresponding to a plurality of languages, and displays the fonts corresponding to the selected languages on the display device.
29. A multi-language user interface for use in a mechanical arrangement, comprising;
an operator information storer for organizing and storing operator information and information concerning the type of language which the operator uses,
a first audio storer in which audio signals representative of a voice in a first language is stored,
a second audio storer in which audio signals representative of a voice in a second language is stored,
an input device adapted to accept the input of said operator information,
a voice selector for accessing information concerning the type of language corresponding to said operator information accepted by the input device from said operator information storer, and for selecting the audio storer to be used, and
a voice generator adapted to generate an audio signal from the selected audio storer.
