1. A fluid delivery device comprising:
two septa that are not in contact with each other; and
a needle guide in which one of the septa is at least partially positioned.
2. The fluid delivery device of claim 1, further comprising:
a body having first and second fluid delivery passageways, the second fluid delivery passageways being fed by an inlet port adapted for engagement with an infusion pump connector fitting.
3. The fluid delivery device of claim 2, further comprising:
a cannula having a portion that is coaxial with a portion of one of the first and second fluid delivery passageways;
the fluid delivery device being configured such that fluid exiting the fluid delivery device into a living being must exit from the cannula.
4. The fluid delivery device of claim 3, further comprising:
a passageway closing structure oriented in a first position that at least partially prevents fluid from flowing through the first fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow unobstructed through the second fluid delivery passageway;
the passageway closing structure being movable to a second position that at least partially prevents fluid from flowing through the second fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow unobstructed through the first fluid delivery passageway.
5. The fluid delivery device of claim 3, where the cannula is integrally formed with, and extends away from, the body.
6. The fluid delivery device of claim 3, where the cannula includes a portion that is positioned within the first fluid delivery passageway.
7. A fluid delivery device comprising:
a body having two fluid delivery passageways;
a cannula having a portion that is coaxial with a portion of one of the two fluid delivery passageways, the cannula also having a cannula passageway having a smallest internal width;
a needle guide having a portion positioned within one of the fluid delivery passageways; and
a septum having a portion positioned within the needle guide, the septum also having an accessible portion that is accessible to an injection needle during normal use of the fluid delivery device, the accessible portion having a greatest width that is at least twice as great as the smallest internal width of the cannula.
8. The fluid delivery device of claim 7, where one of the fluid delivery passageways is fed by an inlet port adapted for engagement with an infusion pump connector fitting.
9. The fluid delivery device of claim 7 configured such that fluid exiting the fluid delivery device into a living being must exit from the cannula.
10. The fluid delivery device of claim 7, where the two fluid delivery passageways comprise first and second fluid delivery passageways, and further comprising:
a passageway closing structure oriented in a first position that at least partially prevents fluid from flowing through the first fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow unobstructed through the second fluid delivery passageway;
the passageway closing structure being movable to a second position that at least partially prevents fluid from flowing through the second fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow unobstructed through the first fluid delivery passageway.
11. The fluid delivery device of claim 7, where the portion of the needle guide also is positioned within the fluid delivery passageway.
12. The fluid delivery device of claim 7, where the cannula is integrally formed with, and extends away from, the body.
13. The fluid delivery device of claim 7, where the cannula includes a portion that is positioned within the first fluid delivery passageway.
14. A fluid delivery device comprising:
a body having first and second fluid delivery passageways;
a needle guide having a portion positioned within the first fluid delivery passageway;
a first sealing mechanism that substantially prevents fluid from flowing through the first fluid delivery passageway, the first sealing mechanism having a portion positioned in the needle guide;
a second sealing mechanism that substantially prevents fluid from flowing through the second fluid delivery passageway, the second sealing mechanism not being in contact with the first sealing mechanism; and
a cannula having a portion that is coaxial with a portion of one of first and second fluid delivery passageways;
the fluid delivery device being configured such that fluid exiting the fluid delivery device and into a living body must exit the fluid delivery device through the cannula.
15. The fluid delivery device of claim 14, where the second fluid delivery passageway is fed by an inlet port adapted for engagement with an infusion pump connector fitting.
16. The fluid delivery device of claim 14, further comprising:
a passageway closing structure oriented in a first position that at least partially prevents fluid from flowing through the first fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow unobstructed through the second fluid delivery passageway;
the passageway closing structure being movable to a second position that at least partially prevents fluid from flowing through the second fluid delivery passageway while allowing fluid to flow unobstructed through the first fluid delivery passageway.
17. The fluid delivery device of claim 14, where the cannula is integrally formed with, and extends away from, the body.
18. The fluid delivery device of claim 14, where the cannula includes a portion that is positioned within the first fluid delivery passageway.

1. A method comprising:
receiving, at a source cell, an indication that a handover of a mobile terminal is to be conducted from the source cell to a target cell;
causing, at the source cell, provision of information indicative of a measurement configuration employed by the mobile terminal with respect to the source cell to the target cell, the measurement configuration being descriptive of reports for communication parameters measured at the mobile terminal based on transmissions associated with the source cell; and
directing, at the source cell, communication of a continuity indicator to the mobile terminal to indicate to the mobile terminal whether to continue providing measurement information to the target cell based on the measurement configuration, wherein the continuity indicator is generated by the source cell.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving an indication from a network management system indicative of whether measurement information is desired for the target cell.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein directing communication of the continuity indicator comprises directing communication of the continuity indicator based on whether the target cell is in a predefined list of cells for which measurement information is desired.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein causing provision of information indicative of the measurement configuration comprises causing provision of information indicative of a configuration for reports relating to minimization of drive test measurements.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein causing provision of information indicative of the measurement configuration comprises directing communication of a handover request message including the measurement configuration.
6. An apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory including computer program code, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to at least:
receive, at a source cell, an indication that a handover of a mobile terminal is to be conducted from the source cell to a target cell;
cause, at the source cell, provision of information indicative of a measurement configuration employed by the mobile terminal with respect to the source cell to the target cell, the measurement configuration being descriptive of reports for communication parameters measured at the mobile terminal based on transmissions associated with the source cell; and
direct, at the source cell, communication of a continuity indicator to the mobile terminal to indicate to the mobile terminal whether to continue providing measurement information to the target cell based on the measurement configuration, wherein the continuity indicator is generated by the source cell.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are further configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least receiving an indication from a network management system indicative of whether measurement information is desired for the target cell.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to direct communication of the continuity indicator by directing communication of the continuity indicator based on whether the target cell is in a predefined list of cells for which measurement information is desired.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to cause provision of information indicative of the measurement configuration by causing provision of information indicative of a configuration for reports relating to minimization of drive test measurements.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to cause provision of information indicative of the measurement configuration by directing communication of a handover request message including the measurement configuration.
11. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the indication comprises a complete minimization of drive test measurement configuration.
12. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the continuity indicator is provided in a radio resource control message.
13. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the measurement configuration is provided from the source cell to the target cell via a handover request message.
14. A method comprising:
receiving, from a source cell, a continuity indicator at a mobile terminal configured based on a measurement configuration employed with respect to the source cell, the measurement configuration being descriptive of reports for communication parameters measured at the mobile terminal based on transmissions associated with the source cell, wherein the continuity indicator is generated by the source cell;
determining, based on the continuity indicator, whether to continue providing measurement information to a target cell in accordance with the measurement configuration responsive to handover of the mobile terminal from the source cell to the target cell.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein receiving the continuity indicator comprises receiving instructions regarding provision of reports relating to minimization of drive test measurements.
16. The method of claim 14, wherein receiving the continuity indicator comprises receiving the continuity indicator in a radio resource control message.
17. An apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory including computer program code, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to at least:
receive, from a source cell, a continuity indicator at a mobile terminal configured based on a measurement configuration employed with respect to the source cell, the measurement configuration being descriptive of reports for communication parameters measured at the mobile terminal based on transmissions associated with the source cell, wherein the continuity indicator is generated by the source cell;
determine, based on the continuity indicator, whether to continue providing measurement information to a target cell in accordance with the measurement configuration responsive to handover of the mobile terminal from the source cell to the target cell.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to receive the continuity indicator by receiving a flag or an indicator bit indicating whether to continue providing measurement information.
19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to receive the continuity indicator by receiving instructions regarding provision of reports relating to minimization of drive test measurements.
20. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to receive the continuity indicator by receiving the continuity indicator in a radio resource control message.
