1. A computing system for filtering a plurality of records and transmitting one or more filtered records from the plurality of records to a remote device, comprising:
an online-accessible record database containing the plurality of records;
a usage factor database containing one or more usage factors; and
one or more computer processors including:
a rule module containing one or more rules, each rule having a condition and a response to the condition, the rule module having components of:
a rule module extractor configured to operate on the one or more computer processors to determine, from the condition of the rule, the usage factors for the remote device; and
a filter module operating on the one or more computer processors configured to:
filter, responsive to an offline event and based on a comparison of the rule with the usage factor, the plurality of records to create a filtered record; and
transmit the filtered record to a remote device.
2. The computing system of claim 1, further comprising the remote device and wherein the remote device is configured to measure the usage factor.
3. The computing system of claim 2, wherein the usage factor database is configured to synchronize the measured usage factor from the remote device with the one or more usage factors in the usage factor database.
4. The computing system of claim 2, wherein the usage factor is a location of the remote device.
5. The computing system of claim 2, wherein the usage factor is measured by the remote device in response to a presence of capabilities of the remote device.
6. The computing system of claim 1, wherein the comparison of the rule with the usage factor includes the usage factor matching the condition of the rule.
7. The computing system of claim 1, wherein the offline event includes an indication that a remote device will lose network access.
8. The computing system of claim 7 wherein the indication is of a signal strength that declines as a function of time.
9. A non-transitory computer program product for controlling data transmission between an online-accessible database containing a plurality of records and a remote device, the computer program product comprising a computer readable storage medium having program code embodied therewith, the program code readable by a computer to cause the computer to:
identify a set of one or more rules in response to an offline event for a the remote device;
determine, based upon the offline event, one or more usage factors from one or more rules that identify at least one usage factor;
measure, using the remote device, the determined one or more usage factors;
generate a filter from the set of one or more rules based off the measured one or more usage factors;
filter from the plurality of records on the online-accessible database to produce a set of filtered records; and
transmit the set of filtered records to the remote device.
10. The computer program product of claim 9, wherein the determine one or more usage factors also includes:
determining a condition of the set of one or more rules;
identifying a particular usage factor for the condition; and
transmitting the particular usage factor to a usage factor database.
11. The computer program product of claim 9, wherein measure the one or more usage factors includes accessing a usage factor list.
12. The computer program product of claim 9, wherein measure the one or more usage factors includes updating a usage factor database in response to an absence of a measurement for the one or more usage factors.

1. A computer and computer learning system combination, comprising;
a central unit;
a ROM, a RAM and a system bus connected to said central processing unit;
a display device connected to said central processing unit;
a keyboard connected to said central processing unit; and
a mouse connected to said central processing unit;
said keyboard and said mouse having keys which are programmably illuminable in selected multiple colors.
2. The combination of claim 1, including a speaker and a microphone connected to said central processing unit;
said processing unit programmed with voice activated software.
3. The combination of claim 2, wherein said central processing unit is programmed with computer learning software for teaching proper use procedure for specific computer software programmed into said central processing unit, said learning software including picture-in-picture display capabilities for said display device.
4. The combination of claim 3, wherein said learning software includes auditory command capabilities for said speaker.
5. The combination of claim 1, wherein the multiple colors are red, green and yellow.
6. The combination of claim 1, said central processing unit programmed to selectively illuminate said keyboard and mouse keys with one of the multiple colors in response to a specific software application program for training an operator to use the program.
7. A method for teaching a specific software application program on a computer, said method comprising;
activating the program on the computer;
activating a controller learning program for said specific program on the computer;
and illuminating selected computer keyboard and mouse keys for the computer with selected of multiple colors for indicating necessary key functions for carrying out selected functions of the specific program.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said keys are illuminated in response to keys depressed by a computer operator for further indicating correctness and incorrectness of the keys depressed by the operator in response to the functions of the specific program to be carried out.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the multiple colors are selected as red, green and yellow.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of activating the controller learning program is initiated by voice command.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein activating the controller learning program includes providing picture-in-picture display instructions for performing the function to be learned.

A controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus in a wireless image pickup system, said wireless image pickup system comprising one or more image pickup apparatus for imaging an object, and a receiving apparatus for transmitting a control signal controlling said image pickup apparatus to said image pickup apparatus and for receiving main line signals, including the videoaudio information of said object and the system information of said image pickup apparatus including in turn the system information of said image pickup apparatus, from said image pickup apparatus, one of said image pickup apparatus being a wireless image pickup apparatus capable of transmitting said main line signals over a wireless route, wherein
said wireless image pickup apparatus superposes the response information to said control signal from said receiving apparatus on said main line signals to transmit the resulting signal over a wireless route to said receiving apparatus.
2. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said main line signal may include, in addition to said information on said image pickup apparatus, the private information arbitrarily accorded by a user of said image pickup apparatus, said response information being superposed on said main line signals as a part of said private information.
3. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said system information of said wireless image pickup apparatus at least includes the identification information for distinguishing said wireless image pickup apparatus from the other said image pickup apparatus and the information on image pickup conditions in said wireless image pickup apparatus.
4. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said main line signals transmitted from said wireless image pickup apparatus to said receiving apparatus are transmitted in a frequency range of 2.4 GHz.
5. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said receiving apparatus separates said response information from said main line signals transmitted from said wireless image pickup apparatus and accords the separated response information to control information send-out means configured for sending out said control information to said wireless image pickup apparatus.
6. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said control signal with which said receiving apparatus controls said wireless image pickup apparatus is transmitted as speech signals from said receiving apparatus to said wireless image pickup apparatus.
7. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 6 wherein said control signal, transmitted as said speech signal, is transmitted in a frequency range of 800 MHz.
8. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said wireless image pickup apparatus modulates said main line signals with OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) modulation and wherein said receiving apparatus OFDM demodulates said main line signals.
9. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 8 wherein said receiving apparatus separates said response information from the OFDM demodulated main line signals and accords the separated response information to said control information send-out means configured for sending out said control information to said wireless image pickup apparatus.
10. The controlling method for a wireless image pickup apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said wireless image pickup apparatus modulates said main line signals with MPEG (Moving Picture Coding Expert) modulation and wherein said receiving apparatus MPEG demodulates said main line signals.

1. An arm stopper mechanism, comprising:
a pitman arm which turns around an output shaft on a lower face side of a housing of an electric power-steering device and to which two tie rods connected to wheels are mounted; and
a stopper which is provided around the output shaft on the lower face side of the housing of the electric power-steering device and which restricts a turning angle of the pitman arm,
wherein the pitman arm includes:
an output shaft hole having a virtual straight line which passes a center point in a width direction of a vehicle and extends in a front-back direction of the vehicle as a center line, and into which the output shaft is fitted;
two tie rod holes provided at positions forward of the output shaft hole on left and right of the center line and onto which the tie rods are respectively mounted; and
two abutting faces provided at positions forward of the output shaft hole and rearward of the tie rod holes on left and right of the center line and to which the stopper is abutted,

wherein the stopper includes two contact faces provided at positions in a turning direction of the abutting faces of the pitman arm on left and right of the center line and which come into contact with the respective abutting faces of the pitman arm, and
wherein an angle formed by the two contact faces of the stopper is greater than an angle formed by the two abutting faces of the pitman arm and is 90\xb0 or more.
2. The arm stopper mechanism according to claim 1,
wherein the angle formed by the two contact faces of the stopper is 180\xb0 or more.
3. The arm stopper mechanism according to claim 1,
wherein a total value of the angle formed by the two contact faces of the stopper and the angle formed by the two abutting faces of the pitman arm is 270\xb0 or less.
4. The arm stopper mechanism according to claim 1,
wherein the pitman arm is formed in a plate shape as a whole, a shape thereof viewed from a lower side is a shape of a fan which spreads at an acute angle, both wings of the fan being bent outward at a halfway portion,
the output shaft hole is disposed at a position of a pivot of the fan, and
the two tie rod holes are disposed at arbitrary positions in a vicinity of a free end of the fan, and
wherein the two abutting faces of the pitman arm are respectively provided to side face portions of a body of the pitman arm.
5. The arm stopper mechanism according to claim 4,
wherein the stopper is provided in a manner of protruding in a downward direction from the lower face side of the housing of the electric power-steering device, and a shape thereof viewed from a lower side is a shape which connects a trapezoidal part of a substantially trapezoidal shape and a rectangular part of a substantially rectangular shape with each other,
wherein the trapezoidal part and the rectangular part are disposed such that a central point on a lower side of the trapezoidal part and a central point on a long side of the rectangular part coincide with a central point of the output shaft, and
wherein the rectangular part is configured such that a short side is a width of a value which is the same as a clearance between a parallel plane, which passes a center point of the output shaft hole of the pitman arm and is parallel to the abutting face, and the abutting face, and a long side on a side that is not connected with the trapezoidal part functions as the contact face.
6. The arm stopper mechanism according to claim 1,
wherein the pitman arm is formed in a plate shape as a whole and a shape thereof viewed from a lower side is a shape of a fan which spreads at an acute angle,
the output shaft hole is disposed at a position of a pivot of the fan, and
the two tie rod holes are disposed in a vicinity of both wings in a vicinity of a free end of the fan, and
wherein the two abutting faces of the pitman arm are respectively provided to side face portions of a protruding part which protrudes upward in a vicinity of a center of a top face of a body of the pitman arm.
7. The arm stopper mechanism according to claim 6,
wherein the stopper is provided in a manner of protruding in a downward direction from the lower face side of the housing of the electric power-steering device, and a shape thereof viewed from a lower side is formed in a substantially circular shape centering around a center point of the output shaft and notched in an arc shape, and notched end faces function as the contact faces.
8. An electric power-steering device,
wherein the arm stopper mechanism according to claim 1 is provided to the lower face side of the housing.
