1. A signal processing device comprising a plurality of functional units (UC1\u2013UCn) for processing digital data based on an instruction word,
a plurality of register files (RF1\u2013RFn) for storing results obtained from said functional units, wherein said functional units are arranged to write a result to a predetermined register of said register files by using a register address (RRI) derived from said instruction word, and
register allocation means (RA) for selecting at least two of said register files (RF1\u2013RFn) and for supplying said register address to said selected register files, based on a corresponding indication in said instruction word, wherein said indication providing information for selecting which of said at least two register files.
2. The device according to claim 1, wherein said functional units (UC1\u2013UCn) are arranged to supply said corresponding indication to said register allocation means (RA).
3. The device according to claim 1, wherein said signal processing device is a programmable VLIW processor, and said register files are partitioned register files (RF1\u2013RFn), wherein a data stationary instruction encoding is used.
4. The device according to claim 1, wherein said corresponding indication is an information stating that said result is to be written to said register address of said selected register files.
5. The device according to claim 1, wherein said corresponding indication is a result index (RI) which refers to a multicast or broadcast register in said selected register files.
6. The device according to claim 1, wherein said register allocation means comprises demultiplexing means (DM1\u2013DM3) for demultiplexing said result and said register address (RRI) to said selected register files in response to said corresponding indication.
7. The device according to claim 1, wherein said functional units are functional unit clusters (UC1\u2013UCn).
8. A method of supplying a signal processing result to a plurality of registers arranged in different register files (RA1\u2013RAn) of a signal processing device, said method comprising the steps of:
a) determining a register address (RRI) based on an instruction word,
b) supplying said register address to said plurality of register files, and,
c) selecting at least two of said plurality of register files based on a corresponding indication in said instruction word, wherein said indication providing information for selecting which of said at least two register files, and supplying said register address to said selected register files.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein said corresponding indication is an information stating that said result is to be written to said register address of said selected register files.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein said corresponding indication is a result index (RI) which refers to a multicast or broadcast register in said selected register files.

A method for registering a mobile station and handing over a communication session from a licensed wireless communication system to an unlicensed wireless communication system, the unlicensed wireless communication system comprising an indoor system server for communicatively coupling the unlicensed wireless communication system to the licensed wireless communication system, the method comprising:
at the mobile station, establishing the communication session with the licensed wireless communication system;
at the mobile station, establishing a connection with the unlicensed wireless communication system through the indoor system server while maintaining the communication session with the licensed wireless communication system;
sending a registration message from the mobile station to the indoor system server to register the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system;
registering the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system; and
after registering the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system, handing over the communication session from the licensed wireless communication system to the unlicensed wireless communication system.
2. The method of claim 1 further comprising:
at the mobile station, receiving a command from the licensed wireless communication system indicating that a handover of the communication session is required; and
sending a handover access message from the mobile station to the indoor system server to indicate that the mobile station has received the command from the licensed wireless communication system indicating that the handover is required.
3. The method of claim 1 further comprising sending a measurement report from the mobile station to the licensed wireless communication system, the measurement report comprising a signal level associated with the unlicensed wireless communication system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the signal level associated with the unlicensed wireless communication system is set to a maximum signal level.
5. The method of claim 1 further comprising sending a handover complete indication from the mobile station to the indoor system server after handing over the communication session from the licensed wireless communication system to the unlicensed wireless communication system.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the registration message comprises an international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) of the mobile station and a location area identity (LAI).
7. The method of claim 1 further comprising receiving a registration acknowledgement message from the indoor system server.
8. A computer readable medium storing a computer program for registering a mobile station and handing over a communication session from a licensed wireless communication system to an unlicensed wireless communication system, the unlicensed wireless communication system comprising an indoor system server for communicatively coupling the unlicensed wireless communication system to the licensed wireless communication system, the computer program executable by a processor of the mobile station, the computer program comprising sets of instructions for:
establishing the communication session with the licensed wireless communication system;
establishing a connection with the unlicensed wireless communication system through the indoor system server while maintaining the communication session with the licensed wireless communication system;
sending a registration message to the indoor system server to register the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system;
registering the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system; and
after registering the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system, handing over the communication session from the licensed wireless communication system to the unlicensed wireless communication system.
9. The computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein the registration message comprises an international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) of the mobile station and a location area identity (LAI).
10. The computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein the computer program further comprises a set of instructions for receiving a registration acknowledgement message from the indoor system server.
11. The computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein the computer program further comprises a set of instructions for sending a handover complete message to the indoor system server after handing over the communication session from the licensed wireless communication system to the unlicensed wireless communication system.
12. The computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein the computer program further comprises:
a set of instructions for receiving a command from the licensed wireless communication system indicating that a handover of the communication session is required; and
sending a handover access message to the indoor system server to indicate that the mobile station has received the command from the licensed wireless communication system indicating that the handover is required.
13. The computer readable medium of claim 8 further comprising a set of instructions for sending a measurement report from the mobile station to the licensed wireless communication system, the measurement report comprising a signal level associated with the unlicensed wireless communication system.
14. The computer readable medium of claim 13, wherein the signal level associated with the unlicensed wireless communication system is set to a maximum signal level.
15. A mobile station comprising:
a first wireless interface to access an unlicensed wireless communication system using an unlicensed radio frequency;
a second wireless interface to access a licensed wireless communication system using a licensed radio frequency;
a third wireless interface to communicate with an indoor system server of the unlicensed wireless communication system, the indoor system server for communicatively coupling the unlicensed wireless communication system to the licensed wireless communication system;
a set of modules for (i) establishing a communication session with the licensed wireless communication system via the second wireless interface, (ii) establishing a connection with the unlicensed wireless communication system through the indoor system server, (iii) sending a registration message to the indoor system server to register the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system, (iv) registering the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system, and (v) handing over the communication session from the licensed wireless communication system to the unlicensed wireless communication system after registering the mobile station with the unlicensed wireless communication system.
16. The mobile station of claim 15, wherein the set of modules are further for (i) receiving a command from the licensed wireless communication system indicating that a handover of the communication session is required and (ii) sending a handover access message from the mobile station to the indoor system server to indicate that the mobile station has received the command from the licensed wireless communication system indicating that the handover is required.
17. The mobile station of claim 15, wherein the set of modules are further for sending a measurement report from the mobile station to the licensed wireless communication system, the measurement report comprising a signal level associated with the unlicensed wireless communication system.

18. A storage apparatus comprising:
a multi-compartment bag formed of a flexible material having an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion comprising an upper first compartment and an upper second compartment, the lower portion comprising a lower first compartment and a lower second compartment, the multi-compartment bag having one or more seams and one or more resealable opening edges, the multi-compartment bag having a front surface, a back surface, and a generally rectangular peripheral edge defined by a top edge, a bottom edge, and opposing side edges, the one or more seams including at least one tearable seam, the tearable seam including a perforated seam positioned between a first solid seam and a second solid seam, the perforated seam configured to physically separate one of the compartments from the multi-compartment bag.
19. The storage apparatus of claim 18, further comprising:
one or more chambers separating the upper first compartment and the upper second compartment from the lower first compartment and the lower second compartment; and
one or more chamber closures removably attached to each of the one or more chambers.
20. The storage apparatus of claim 19, wherein the one or more chamber closures are selected from a group consisting of a twist-off cap and a pop-off cap.
21. The storage apparatus of claim 19, wherein the one or more chambers are smaller than each compartment of the multi-compartment bag.
22. The storage apparatus of claim 18, wherein the perforated seam is positioned along a horizontal axis, a vertical axis, or at an angle.
23. The storage apparatus of claim 18, further comprising:
one or more resealing elements selected from a group consisting of a zippered closure, a press lock, a magnetic closure, a snap closure, and a heat seal,
wherein each resealable opening edge is sealed and unsealed using at least one of the resealing elements.
24. The storage apparatus of claim 18, wherein the flexible material is selected from a group consisting of hemp, cotton, cloth, burlap, mesh, plastic, and a laminated material.
25. The storage apparatus of claim 18, wherein the flexible material is water proof or moisture proof.
26. The storage apparatus of claim 18, further comprising:
a first handle comprising a first hole positioned on the front surface; and
a second handle comprising a second hole positioned on the back surface,
wherein the first hole and the second hole are substantially aligned with each other.

a first handle attached to the front surface at a front first position and a front second position; and

a targeting domain and
a sensor domain covalently bound to the targeting domain, the sensor domain comprising:
a signal detection region complementary to at least one signal polynucleotide,
a first chimeric sequence comprising at least one RNA region,
a second chimeric sequence comprising a DNA region complementary to an RNA region of the at least one RNA regions of the first chimeric sequence, and
a masking segment complementary to the first chimeric sequence;
wherein the sensor domain is configured such that:
in absence of the signal polynucleotide,
the masking segment hybridizes with the first chimeric sequence,
the DNA region of the second chimeric sequence is in a configuration not processable by RNase H, and
the signal detection region is presented for binding to the signal polynucleotide; and

in presence of the signal polynucleotide,
the signal detecting region hybridizes with the signal polynucleotide,
the masking segment is displaced from the first chimeric sequence, and
the DNA region of the second chimeric sequence hybridizes with the complementary RNA region of the at least RNA region of the first chimeric sequence to provide an RNase H binding site presented for binding to RNase H, and
the sensor domain is configured to allow release of the targeting domain from the sensor domain upon cleavage of the RNase H binding site by the RNase H.
124. The signal activatable construct of claim 123, wherein the second chimeric sequence and the targeting domain are located at opposite sides of the first chimeric sequence.
125. The signal activatable construct of claim 123, wherein the inactive conformation the DNA region of the second chimeric sequence hybridizes with an RNA-DNA region of the second chimeric sequence.
