1. A medicine packaging apparatus comprising:
a roll support section including a rotating shaft portion to which a core tube of a medicine packaging sheet roll is attached;
a rotation amount information outputting section for an output of rotation amount information which indicates a rotation amount of the rotating shaft portion;
an information reading section for writing information to and reading the written information from a storage medium provided inside the core tube attached to the roll support section;
an information generation section for generation of, as information writable to the storage medium: rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing which is the rotation amount information upon unwinding of a packaging sheet by a predetermined length from the medicine packaging sheet roll at a reference time-point; one or a plural pieces of rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timings each of which is the rotation amount information upon unwinding of the packaging sheet by the predetermined length from the medicine packaging sheet roll at a packaging sheet in-use time-point after the reference time-point; and an amount of sheet use from the reference time-point through the packaging sheet in-use time-point; and
a remaining sheet amount estimation section for estimation of a current amount of remaining sheet based on the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing, the rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing, the amount of sheet use from the reference time-point through the packaging sheet in-use time-point, and dimensional information of the core tube.
2. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a controller for performing of an operation if the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing is not yet written to the storage medium, and performing of another operation if the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing is already written thereto.
3. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein if the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing is not yet written to the storage medium, the controller performs a process of obtaining rotation amount information for a plurality of times each time the packaging sheet is unwound from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length until a latest rotation amount information is within a predetermined range with respect to a previous rotation amount information for a predetermined number of times, whereupon the controller moves to a process of obtaining the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing.
4. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 3, wherein, as the process of obtaining the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing, the controller performs a process of: obtaining rotation amount information for a plurality of times each time the packaging sheet is unwound from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length; calculating an average value or a mode value of information and setting the calculated value as rotation amount information as of a predetermined unwinding timing; and then performs a process using this rotation amount information as the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing.
5. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein if the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing is already written to the storage medium but said one or plural pieces of rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timings, which are to be used in estimation of the remaining sheet amount, are not yet written, then the controller performs a process of obtaining rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing and writing it to the storage medium upon unwinding of the packaging sheet from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length, for a single or a plurality of times, whereas if the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing is already written to the storage medium and said one or plural pieces of rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing for use in the estimation are also written, then the controller performs a data updating process of obtaining rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing each time the packaging sheet is unwound from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length, and using the obtained information to overwrite one or an oldest piece of rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing in the storage medium.
6. A medicine packaging apparatus comprising:
a roll support section including a rotating shaft portion to which a core tube of a medicine packaging sheet roll is attached;
a rotation amount information outputting section for an output of rotation amount of the rotating shaft portion;
an information generation section for generation of: a first rotation amount upon unwinding of a predetermined length of a packaging sheet from the medicine packaging sheet roll which has a first remaining amount of the packaging sheet; a second rotation amount upon unwinding of the predetermined length of the packaging sheet from the medicine packaging sheet roll which has a second remaining amount of the packaging sheet, the second remaining amount being a smaller amount than the first amount; and an amount of sheet use which is a difference between the first amount and the second amount; a communications section which writesreads information generated by the information generation section tofrom a storage medium provided in the core tube; and
a remaining sheet amount calculation section for calculation of an amount of remaining sheet after the packaging sheet is unwound by the predetermined length from the medicine packaging sheet roll which has the second remaining amount of packaging sheet, based on information read by the communications section and dimensional information of the core tube.
7. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a controller for performing of an operation if the first rotation amount is not yet written to the storage medium, and performing of another operation if the first rotation amount is already written threreto.
8. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 7, wherein if the first rotation amount is not yet written to the storage medium, the controller performs a process of obtaining rotation amount information for a plurality of times each time the packaging sheet is unwound from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length, until a latest rotation amount is within a predetermined range with respect to a previous rotation amount for a predetermined number of times, whereupon the controller moves to a process of obtaining the first rotation amount.
9. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 8, wherein, as the process of obtaining the first rotation amount, the controller performs a process of: obtaining rotation amount for a plurality of times each time the packaging sheet is unwound from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length; calculating an average value or a mode value of the rotation amount and setting the calculated value as a rotation amount as of a predetermined unwinding timing; and then performs a process using this rotation amount as the first rotation amount.
10. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 7, wherein if the first rotation amount is already written to the storage medium but the second rotation amount, which can include a single or a plurality of values for use in calculation of the remaining sheet amount, is not yet written, then the controller performs a process of obtaining the second rotation amount and writing it to the storage medium upon unwinding of the packaging sheet from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length, for a single or a plurality of times, whereas if the first rotation amount is already written to the storage medium and the second rotation amount, which can include a single or a plurality of values for use in the calculation, is also written, then the controller performs a data updating process of obtaining the second rotation amount each time the packaging sheet is unwound from the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length, and using the obtained amount to overwrite one or an oldest value of the second rotation amount in the storage medium.
11. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein information sendingreceiving between the storage medium and the information reading section is made via antennas disposed in the roll support section, the antennas having their faces disposed in planes extending across an axis of the rotating shaft portion.
12. A medicine packaging apparatus for packaging medicine by one package by using a medicine packaging sheet roll, the apparatus comprising:
a rotation amount information outputting section for an output of rotation amount information as an indication of a rotation amount of a rotating shaft portion to which a core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll is attached;
a used-amount information outputting section for an output of used-amount information as an indication of an unwound amount of the packaging sheet of the medicine packaging sheet roll;
an information reading section for reading rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing, which is rotation amount information indicating a rotation amount of the core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll upon unwinding of the medicine packaging sheet roll by a predetermined length at a reference time-point, from a storage medium provided in the core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll;
an information generation section for generation of: rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing which includes one or a plural pieces of rotation amount information indicating a rotation amount of the core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll each upon unwinding of the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length at packaging sheet in-use time-points after the reference time-point; and an amount of sheet use from the reference time-point through the packaging sheet in-use time-point; and;
a remaining sheet amount estimation section for estimation of a current amount of remaining sheet based on the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing, the rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing, the amount of sheet use from the reference time-point through the packaging sheet in-use time-point, and dimensional information of the core tube.
13. The medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus makes comparison between an amount of sheet required to finish a medicine packaging task and the remaining sheet amount, and issues a warning if a comparison result is out of an acceptable range.
14. A medicine packaging sheet roll for use in the medicine packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the roll has the storage medium in the core tube.
15. The medicine packaging sheet roll according to claim 14, for the medicine packaging apparatus, wherein the storage medium stores dimensional information of the core tube.
16. The medicine packaging sheet roll according to claim 14, for the medicine packaging apparatus, wherein the core tube includes an inner tube portion and an outer tube portion, the storage medium being disposed in a gap between the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion.
17. A medicine packaging sheet remaining amount determination method of a medicine packaging apparatus for packaging medicine by one package by using a medicine packaging sheet roll; the method comprising:
a step of obtaining from a storage medium provided in a core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll, rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing, which is rotation amount information indicating a rotation amount of the core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll upon unwinding of the medicine packaging sheet roll by a predetermined length at a reference time-point; rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing which includes one or a plural pieces of rotation amount information indicating a rotation amount of the core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll each upon unwinding of the medicine packaging sheet roll by the predetermined length at a packaging sheet in-use time-point after the reference time-point; and an amount of sheet use from the reference time-point through the packaging sheet in-use time-point; and a step of estimating a current amount of remaining sheet based on the rotation amount information as of reference sheet-remaining amount timing, the rotation amount information as of individual current sheet-remaining amount obtaining timing, the amount of sheet use from the reference time-point through the packaging sheet in-use time-point, and dimensional information of the core tube.
18. A medicine packaging sheet remaining amount determination method of a medicine packaging apparatus for packaging medicine by one package by using a medicine packaging sheet roll, the method comprising: a step of obtaining, from a storage medium provided in a core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll, a first rotation amount which is a rotation amount of the core tube of the medicine packaging sheet roll upon unwinding of a predetermined length of a packaging sheet from the medicine packaging sheet roll which has a first remaining amount of the packaging sheet, a second rotation amount which is the rotation amount of the core tube upon unwinding of the predetermined length of the packaging sheet from the medicine packaging sheet roll which has a second remaining amount of the packaging sheet as a smaller amount than the first amount, and an amount of sheet use which is a difference between the first amount and the second amount; and a step of calculating a remaining sheet amount which is an amount after the packaging sheet is unwound by the predetermined length from the medicine packaging sheet roll which had the second remaining amount of packaging sheet, based on the first rotation amount, the second rotation amount, the amount of sheet use and dimensional information of the core tube.
19. A medicine packaging sheet roll for use in the medicine packaging sheet remaining amount determination method according to claim 17, wherein the medicine packaging sheet roll has a storage medium in the core tube.

1. An electric power tool that receives driving power from a rechargeable battery, comprising:
loads; and
a control circuit that controls supply of the driving power from the rechargeable battery to the loads, wherein
the control circuit sets and stores for each of the loads a reference voltage value of the rechargeable battery used for stopping the supply of the driving power to the rechargeable battery or issuing a notification in order to obviate over-discharging of the rechargeable battery.
2. The electric power tool according to claim 1, wherein the control circuit sets a relatively large reference voltage value for a relatively small one of the loads.
3. The electric power tool according to claim 2, wherein
the loads include a largest one and at least a smaller one that is smaller than the largest one, and
the control circuit is configured to set the reference voltage for the smaller one of the loads to the reference voltage for the largest one of the loads or greater when the supply of driving power is switched from the smaller one of the loads to the largest one of the loads.
4. The electric power tool according to claim 1, further comprising operation switches corresponding to the loads, wherein the control circuit is configured to supply the driving power from the rechargeable battery to the load selected by operation of one of the operation switches.
5. The electric power tool according to claim 4, wherein
when the operation of one of the plurality of operation switches selects the load, the control circuit specifies a reference voltage value for the selected load; and
when a battery voltage of the rechargeable battery reaches the specified reference voltage value, the supply of the driving power from the rechargeable battery to the selected load is stopped or a notification is issued.
6. The electric power tool according to claim 1, wherein the loads include a motor that drives at least the electric power tool and an illumination unit that illuminates the front of the electric power tool.

(a) a funnel portion coupled to said lower portion of said housing provided with a generally convergent profile such that a front wall of said funnel portion extends downwardly and inwardly with respect to the front wall of said housing, a rear wall of said funnel portion extends downwardly and inwardly with respect to the rear wall of said housing and two sidewalls of said funnel portion extending downwardly; and
(b) a dispensing aperture defined by said funnel portion of said dispenser, said aperture having an elongate portion extending between the sidewalls of said funnel portion defining an elongate axis of said aperture, the aperture having a rear border of the elongate portion of said aperture and wherein said aperture is configured so that the elongate portion thereof extends upwardly from its rear border to said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser such that folded absorbent sheets disposed in said funnel portion of said dispenser are exposed adjacent said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser over a substantial height from the rear border of the elongate portion of the aperture and are so presented at the front of said dispenser, the aperture further being provided with a transverse portion extending from the rear border of the elongate portion of said aperture upwardly in said rear wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser, said transverse portion of said aperture being configured to allow access to the interior of said funnel portion of said dispenser in order to withdraw absorbent sheet from said dispenser.
52. The improvement according to claim 51, wherein said dispensing aperture is provided with an arcuate front lip extending upwardly to a maximum height at its central portion.

(a) a funnel portion coupled to said lower portion of said housing provided with a generally convergent profile such that a front wall of said funnel portion extends downwardly and inwardly with respect to the front wall of said housing, a rear wall of said funnel portion extends downwardly and inwardly with respect to the rear wall of said housing and two sidewalls of said funnel portion extending downwardly;
(b) a dispensing aperture defined by said funnel portion of said dispenser, said aperture having an elongate portion extending between the sidewalls of said funnel portion defining an elongate axis of said aperture, the aperture having a rear border of the elongate portion of said aperture and wherein said aperture is configured so that the elongate portion thereof extends upwardly from its rear border to said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser such that folded absorbent sheets disposed in said funnel portion of said dispenser are exposed adjacent said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser over a substantial height from the rear border of the elongate portion of the aperture and are so presented at the front of said dispenser, the aperture further being provided with a transverse portion extending from the rear border of the elongate portion of said aperture upwardly in said rear wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser, said transverse portion of said aperture being configured to allow access to the interior of said funnel portion of said dispenser in order to withdraw absorbent sheet from said dispenser;
(c) a plurality of declivitous guide ridges disposed on an inner surface of said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser configured to guide folded absorbent sheets downwardly as they are drawn through said aperture of said dispenser; and
(d) a plurality of subsidiary guide ridges disposed on an inner surface of said rear wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser configured to guide folded absorbent sheets downwardly as they are drawn through said aperture of said dispenser, wherein said plurality of declivitous guide ridges and said plurality of subsidiary guide ridges are positioned, configured and dimensioned to incline sheets of said stack in the vicinity of the dispensing aperture such that their front portions are elevated with respect to their rearward portions.
59. The improvement according to claim 58, wherein said plurality of declivitous guide ridges disposed on said inner surface of said front wall of said funnel portion extend upwardly to a height greater than a height that said subsidiary guide ridges project upwardly from said rear wall of said funnel portion.
60. The improvement according to claim 58, wherein said plurality of declivitous guide ridges are provided with an arcuate profile.
61. The improvement according to claim 58, wherein said plurality of subsidiary guide ridges are provided with a generally triangular profile.

The improvement according to claim 64, wherein said plurality of declivitous guide ridges comprises at least 2 centrally located declivitous guide ridges between said laterally located declivitous guide ridges, each of which centrally located declivitous guide ridges projects upwardly to a height higher than that of said laterally located declivitous guide ridges.
66. The improvement according to claim 59, wherein said subsidiary guide ridges project upwardly from said rear wall of said funnel portion to a maximum distance of from about 14 inch to about 12 inch.

69. A gravity-feed dispenser for a stack of inter-folded napkins comprising:
(a) a generally rectangular housing provided with a front wall, a rear wall, two sidewalls and a lower portion;
(b) a funnel portion coupled to said lower portion of said housing provided with a generally convergent profile such that a front wall of said funnel portion extends downwardly and inwardly with respect to the front wall of said housing, a rear wall of said funnel portion extends downwardly and inwardly with respect to the rear wall of said housing and two sidewalls of said funnel portion extend downwardly with respect to the sidewalls of said housing;
(c) a dispensing aperture defined by said funnel portion of said dispenser, said aperture having an elongate portion extending between the sidewalls of said funnel portion defining an elongate axis of said aperture, the aperture having a rear border of the elongate portion of said aperture and wherein said aperture is configured so that the elongate portion thereof extends upwardly from its rear border to said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser such that folded absorbent sheets disposed in said funnel portion of said dispenser are exposed adjacent said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser over a substantial height from the rear border of the elongate portion of the aperture and are so presented at the front of said dispenser;
(d) a plurality of declivitous guide ridges disposed on an inner surface of said front wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser configured to guide folded absorbent sheets downwardly as they are drawn through said aperture of said dispenser; and
(e) a plurality of subsidiary guide ridges disposed on an inner surface of said rear wall of said funnel portion of said dispenser configured to guide folded absorbent sheets downwardly as they are drawn through said aperture of said dispenser, wherein said plurality of declivitous guide ridges and said plurality of subsidiary guide ridges are positioned, configured and dimensioned to incline sheets of said stack in the vicinity of the dispensing aperture such that their front portions are elevated with respect to their rearward portions;
wherein the length of the elongate axis of the aperture is shorter than the corresponding dispensing length of the stack of inter-folded napkins.
70. The improvement according to claim 59, wherein the length of said elongate axis of said dispensing aperture is from about 5 to about 20 percent less than the corresponding dispensing length of said stack of folded inter-folded napkins.
71. The improvement according to claim 59, wherein the length of said elongate axis of said dispensing aperture is about 10 percent less than the corresponding dispensing length of said stack of folded inter-folded napkins.

a communicator configured to receive an input command of a user and biometric information of the user from a device; and
a controller configured to determine a condition for controlling the external apparatus and operation of the external apparatus based on the received input command of the user and the received biometric information of the user, and provide a control command for controlling the operation of the external apparatus to the external apparatus in response to the determined condition being satisfied.
2. The server of claim 1, wherein the biometric information of the user is generated by a wearable device connected to the device and is provided to the device by the wearable device.
3. The server of claim 1, wherein the controller is configured to determine the condition and the operation, according to an intention of the user which is determined based on the input command of the user, the biometric information of the user, and a type of the external apparatus.
4. The server of claim 1, wherein the external apparatus is one of a plurality of the external apparatuses, and
the controller is configured to select some of the external apparatuses and determine operation of the selected external apparatuses.
5. The server of claim 1, wherein the communicator is configured to receive condition information of a house of the user or information of a location of the device,
the controller is configured to determine whether the determined condition is satisfied based on the condition information or the information of the location of the device,
the external apparatus is a home appliance in the house of the user, and
the controller is configured to determine an ONOFF state and a function of the external apparatus.
6. The server of claim 5, wherein the condition information is generated by at least of the external apparatus and the device, and
the condition information comprises information about at least one of a temperature and a humidity in the house of the user.
7. The server of claim 1, wherein the control command is generated by sequentially arranging a plurality of control commands with respect to the external apparatus to execute the determined operation.
8. The server of claim 1, wherein the input command of the user comprises information about at least one of text, voice, and a gesture which are input to the device by the user.
9. The server of claim 1, wherein the external apparatus is one of a plurality of external apparatuses,
the biometric information comprises at least one of a heart rate, a body temperature, and a blood flow rate at an end of a hand of the user,
the plurality of external apparatuses comprises an air conditioner and a heater, and
the condition for controlling at least one of the air conditioner and the heater is determined based on at least one of the heart rate, the body temperature and the blood flow rate at the end of the hand of the user.
10. The server of claim 1, wherein the communicator is configured to receive apparatus information of the external apparatus from the device,
the apparatus information comprises information about an identification value of the external apparatus, a type of the external apparatus, and a command used to control the external apparatus, and
the control command comprises some commands selected among commands included in the apparatus information.
11. A method of controlling an external apparatus, the method comprising:
receiving an input command of a user and biometric information of the user from a device; and
determining a condition for controlling the external apparatus and operation of the external apparatus based on the received input command of the user and the received biometric information of the user; and
providing a control command for controlling the operation of the external apparatus to the external apparatus in response to the determined condition being satisfied.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the biometric information of the user is generated by a wearable device connected to the device and is provided to the device by the wearable device.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein the determining the condition for controlling the external apparatus and the operation of the external apparatus comprises:
determining the condition and the operation, according to an intention of the user which is determined based on the input command of the user, the biometric information of the user, and a type of the external apparatus.
14. The method of claim 11, wherein the external apparatus is one of a plurality of external apparatuses, and
the determining the operation of the external apparatus comprises selecting some of the plurality of external apparatuses and determining operation of the selected external apparatuses.
15. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
receiving condition information of a house of the user; and
determining whether the determined condition is satisfied based on the condition information,
wherein the external apparatus is a home appliance in the house of the user, and
the determining the operation of the external apparatus comprises determining an ONOFF state and a function of the external apparatus.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the condition information is generated by at least one of the external apparatus and the device, and
the condition information comprises information about at least one of a location of the device, a temperature in the house of the user, and a humidity in the house of the user.
17. A server configured to control an external apparatus, the server comprising:
a communicator configured to receive an input command of a user and biometric information of the user from a device; and
a controller configured to determine a condition for controlling the external apparatus and operation of the external apparatus based on the received input command of the user and the received biometric information of the user, and provide a control command for controlling the operation of the external apparatus to the external apparatus in response to the determined condition being satisfied.
18. A method of controlling an external apparatus, the method comprising:
receiving an input command of a user and biometric information of the user from a device; and
determining a condition for controlling the external apparatus and operation of the external apparatus based on the received input command of the user and the received biometric information of the user; and
providing a control command for controlling the operation of the external apparatus to the external apparatus in response to the determined condition being satisfied.
19. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having recorded thereon a computer program which, when executed by a computer system, causes the computer system to perform the method of claim 11.
20. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having recorded thereon a computer program which, when executed by a computer system, causes the computer system to perform the method of claim 18.
