1. A method for structurally reinforcing a part, said method comprising:
a. forming said part into a desired shape;
b. placing said part on a holding fixture;
c. affixing a sealing substrate adjacent a periphery of said part;
d. introducing a substrate lay-up of a reinforcing material onto at least a portion of said part;
e. placing an additional structure into a channel formed in said part;
f. placing said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material onto a portion of said additional structure that engages said channel;
g. placing a flexible sheet impermeable to a resin of said reinforcing material over a portion of said part having said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material placed on said part;
h. evacuating all air and vapor from a pocket between said flexible sheet and said part;
i. introducing said resin of said reinforcing material into said pocket;
j. allowing said substrate and said resin of said reinforcing material to cure at least partially;
k. removing said flexible sheet from said part;
l. applying a bracket to said sealing substrate after a portion of said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material has been introduced to said part wherein said bracket includes a protruding member; and,
m. applying additional substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material to at least a portion of said protruding member of said bracket.
2. The method according to claim 1 wherein said bracket is further defined as being operable to orient and support an additional structure placed adjacent said part.
3. The method according to claim 1 further comprising placing at least one resin wick on said bracket after applying said additional substrate lay-up.
4. The method according to claim 3 further comprising placing at least one breathable strip on said resin wick after placing said at least one resin wick on said bracket.
5. A method for forming a reinforcing material protruding member comprising:
a. forming a part into a desired shape;
b. placing said part on a holding fixture;
c. applying a sealing substrate to a portion of said part;
d. introducing a substrate lay-up of a reinforcing material onto at least a portion of said part;
e. placing a bracket on said sealing substrate wherein said bracket includes a bracket protruding member;
f. applying an additional amount of said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material to said bracket protruding member;
g. placing a flexible sheet impermeable to a resin of said reinforcing material over a portion of said part and said bracket having said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material placed thereon, wherein said flexible sheet includes at least one injection port;
h. evacuating all air and vapor from a pocket between said flexible sheet and said part;
i. introducing said resin of said reinforcing material into said pocket through said at least one injection port;
j. allowing said substrate and said resin of said reinforcing material to cure at least partially; and,
k. removing said flexible sheet from said part.
6. A method for reinforcing a part comprising:
a. forming a part into a desired shape;
b. placing said part on a holding fixture;
c. applying a sealing substrate to a portion of said part;
d. introducing a substrate lay-up of a reinforcing material onto at least a portion said part;
e. placing a bracket on said sealing substrate wherein said bracket includes a bracket protruding member;
f. applying an additional amount of said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material to said bracket protruding member;
g. placing at least one resin wick on said bracket, wherein said at least one resin wick includes a first and second end, wherein said resin wick first end contacts said substrate lay-up, and wherein said resin wick second end extends to at least an outer periphery of said part;
h. placing a breathable strip on top of said at least one resin wick wherein said breathable strip extends at least from an area adjacent said outer periphery of said part to an edge of said bracket opposite said area adjacent said outer periphery of said part;
i. placing a flexible sheet impermeable to a resin of said reinforcing material over a portion of said part having said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material placed thereon, wherein said flexible sheet includes at least one injection port;
j. evacuating all air and vapor from a pocket between said flexible sheet and said part;
k. introducing said resin of said reinforcing material into said pocket through said at least one injection port;
l. allowing said substrate and said resin of said reinforcing material to cure at least partially; and,
m. removing said flexible sheet from said part.
7. A method for reinforcing a part comprising:
a. forming a part into a desired shape;
b. placing said part on a holding fixture;
c. applying a sealing substrate to a portion of said part;
d. introducing a substrate lay-up of a reinforcing material onto at least a portion of said part;
e. placing a bracket on said sealing substrate wherein said bracket includes a bracket protruding member;
f. applying an additional amount of said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material to said bracket protruding member;
g. placing at least one resin wick on said bracket, wherein said at least one resin wick includes a first and second end, wherein said resin wick first end contacts said substrate lay-up, and wherein said resin wick second end extends to at least an outer periphery of said part;
h. placing a breathable strip on top of said at least one resin wick wherein said breathable strip extends at least from an area adjacent said outer periphery of said part to an edge of said bracket opposite said area adjacent said outer periphery of said part;
i. placing a flexible sheet impermeable to a resin of said reinforcing material over a portion of said part having said substrate lay-up of said reinforcing material placed thereon, wherein said flexible sheet includes at least one injection port;
j. placing a double-lip seal member over a portion of said flexible sheet and a portion of said holding fixture, wherein said double-lip seal member includes an inner area between a first seal and a second seal, wherein said first seal abuts said flexible sheet, wherein said second seal abuts said holding fixture, and wherein said double-lip seal member includes at least one opening in fluid communication with said inner area;
k. attaching at least one vacuum hose to said at least one opening on said double-lip seal member;
l. evacuating the air andor vapor from a pocket between said flexible sheet and said part while simultaneously evacuating the air andor vapor between said part and said holding fixture;
m. introducing said resin of said reinforcing material into said pocket through said at least one injection port;
n. allowing said substrate and said resin of said reinforcing material to at least partially cure; and,
o. removing said flexible sheet from said part.

What is claimed is:

1. A cylindrical conduit isolator mount having a longitudinal axis, a pre-selected circumference, and a pre-selected width, said conduit isolator including at least one conduit support chamber, said chamber being radially spaced from said longitudinal axis;
said chamber being arcuate and defining a longitudinal slot opening, said slot opening interrupting the circumferential surface of said mount.
2. The conduit isolator mount of claim 1 wherein said chamber is coextensive of the width of said conduit isolator mount.
3. The conduit isolator mount of claim 1 wherein said chamber includes a surface defined by an arc, said arc being of at least 180 degrees, said arc terminating in a pair of marginal surfaces.
4. The conduit isolator mount of claim 3 wherein said surface is comprised of a resilient material.
5. The conduit isolator mount of claim 3 wherein said slot opening is defined by said marginal surfaces.
6. The conduit isolator mount of claim 5 wherein said marginal surfaces are coextensive of the width of said conduit isolator mount.
7. The conduit isolator mount of claim 6 further including a pair of radially extending, longitudinally spaced, flanges.
8. The conduit isolator mount of claim 7 wherein said pair of longitudinally spaced flanges is interrupted by said marginal surfaces.
9. The conduit isolator mount of claim 1 wherein said mount is composed of a resilient material.
10. The conduit isolator mount of claim 7 wherein said pair of longitudinally spaced flanges define a groove located on a circumferential edge of said conduit isolator mount.
11. The conduit isolator mount of claim 10 wherein said groove is adapted to receive a cable tie around a circumferential portion of said isolator mount.
12. The conduit isolator mount of claim 1 in combination with a mounting assembly for securing said conduit isolator to a support member, said support member including a first side and a second side and an aperture communicating with each of said sides, said assembly including an elongated tie including a strap portion and a headed portion, said strap portion being arranged to be received by the aperture of said support member and further being arranged to circumscribe said isolator mount, and said headed portion being arranged to abut the first side of said support member; and
an apertured saddle mount interposed between said isolator mount and said support member, said saddle mount having a first surface and a second surface, said first surface being arranged for supporting engagement with said isolator mount and said second surface being adapted for supporting engagement with said second side of said support member.
13. The conduit isolator mount of claim 1 in combination with a mounting assembly for securing said conduit isolator to a support member, said support member including a first side and a second side and an aperture communicating with each of said sides, said assembly including an elongated tie including a strap portion and a headed portion, said strap portion being arranged to be received by the aperture of said support member and further being arranged to circumscribe said isolator mount, and said headed portion being arranged to abut the first side of said support member;
an apertured saddle mount interposed between said isolator mount and said support member, said saddle mount having a first surface and a second surface, said first surface being arranged for supporting engagement with said isolator mount and said second surface being adapted for supporting engagement with said second side of said support member; and
wherein said saddle mount includes oppositely disposed outer side surfaces for individually supporting respective ones of a pair of elongate articles, said outer side surfaces each being angularly disposed relative to said bottom surface.

1. One or more nontransitory computer-readable media having embodied thereon computer-useable instructions that, when executed by a computing device, facilitate a method for delivering an ad to a user of a primary media stream, the method comprising:
receiving a primary media stream that includes a transport protocol;
identifying a cue point, defined in the transport protocol, for an ad to be inserted into at least one of the primary media stream or a secondary media stream, wherein the transport protocol includes an ad-type field that indicates a type of ad format that is allowable in response to the cue point;
decoding a group of timing bits in the transport protocol to determine a delivery time of the ad with respect to a content of the primary stream;
decoding a group of bits within the transport protocol to determine a starting point and an ending point of the ad with respect to a point in the primary media stream;
selecting at least one of the primary media stream or the secondary media stream based on information in the transport protocol;
selecting the ad based at least on the type of ad format that is allowable;
inserting the ad by way of a splicer in at least one of the primary media stream or the secondary media stream that was selected, wherein the splicer is further operable to direct the media presentation device to retrieve the ad from the external source; and
delivering the ad to the user.
2. The one or more nontransitory computer readable media of claim 1, the method further comprising initiating the secondary media stream in response to the cue point in the transport protocol.
3. The one or more nontransitory computer readable media of claim 1, wherein the primary media stream and the secondary media stream are selected from a group including unicast streams and multicast streams.
4. The one or more nontransitory computer readable media of claim 1, wherein the primary media stream includes at least one of a video or an audio within the transport protocol.
5. A system for delivering an ad to a user of a primary media stream, the system comprising:
the primary media stream connected to a splicer;
a transport protocol within the primary media stream, wherein the transport protocol defines a cue point at which the ad is to be delivered to the user, wherein the transport protocol includes one or more fields that define attributes of the cue point, wherein within the transport protocol is encoded a group of bits specifying at least one of a starting point and an ending point of the ad, with respect to a point in the primary media stream;
a media presentation device operable to:
A) receive at least one of the primary media stream or a secondary media stream,
B) retrieve the ad from an external source other than the primary media stream and the secondary media stream, and
C) present to the user at least one of the primary media stream, the secondary media stream, or the ad from the external source; and

the splicer operable to:
A) receive the primary media stream,
B) identify the cue point, wherein identifying the cue point includes decoding a group of timing bits in the transport protocol to determine a delivery time of the ad with respect to a content of the primary stream;
C) transmit the primary media stream to the user,
D) transmit the ad to the user in at least one of the primary media stream or the secondary media stream based on information in the transport protocol, and
E) direct the media presentation device to retrieve the ad from the external source.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the primary media stream includes at least one of a video and an audio.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the secondary media stream is initiated in response to the cue point in the transport protocol.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the primary media stream and the secondary media stream are selected from a group including unicast streams and multicast streams.
9. One or more nontransitory computer-readable media having embodied thereon computer-useable instructions that, when executed by a computing device, facilitate a method of delivering an ad to a user of a primary media stream by way of a splicer, the method comprising:
receiving the primary media stream, the primary media stream having, within a transport protocol, a transport protocol header extension that defines an ad cue point;
interpreting one or more fields within the transport protocol header extension that define attributes of the ad cue point, wherein a limit field indicates a maximum number of ads that may be played in response to the ad cue point, and wherein interpreting one or more fields that define attributes of the ad cue point includes decoding a group of timing bits to determine a delivery time of the ad; and
transmitting the ad at the ad cue point in at least one of the primary media stream or a secondary media stream, based on information in the transport protocol header extension;
wherein the splicer is operable to direct the media presentation device to retrieve the ad from an external source.
10. The one or more nontransitory computer readable media of claim 9, wherein the secondary media stream is initiated in response to the ad cue point in the transport protocol header extension.
11. The one or more nontransitory computer readable media of claim 9, wherein the primary media stream and the secondary media stream are selected from a group including unicast streams and multicast streams.
12. The one or more nontransitory computer readable media of claim 9, wherein at least one of the primary media stream or the secondary media stream is received by a computing device operable to present at least one of the primary media stream or the secondary media stream to the user.

1. A moving picture display device comprising:
a moving picture storage unit for storing a plurality of moving pictures having respective position information as attribute values, the plurality of moving pictures corresponding to a plurality of regions and times, the position information including at least one of a latitude and a longitude;
a present time acquiring unit for acquiring a present time for a predetermined region; and
a moving picture display unit for displaying selected moving pictures of the plurality of moving pictures, the moving pictures selected corresponding to the present time and a time difference between the present time and a respective time for the plurality of regions,
wherein the moving picture display unit displays the selected moving pictures relative to each other using the position information such that the displayed moving pictures are representative of the time of day at each of the respective plurality of regions, visually indicating locations of the selected moving pictures, when displaying the selected moving pictures of the plurality of moving pictures.
2. The moving picture display device of claim 1, further comprising:
a map information storage unit for storing map information; and
a map display unit for displaying the map information,
wherein the moving picture display unit disposes and displays the selected moving pictures on the map information shown by the map display unit on the basis of the map information corresponding to the selected moving pictures.
3. The moving picture display device of claim 1, wherein the moving picture display unit displays the selected moving pictures, and also displays the position relation of the selected moving pictures visually, on the basis of respective position information as attribute values of the selected moving pictures being displayed.
4. The moving picture display device of claim 1, further comprising:
a world clock holding unit for holding a world time,
wherein the moving picture display unit calculates the time difference based on the world clock holding unit when displaying the selected moving pictures which correspond to the present time.
5. A computer readable medium including a program causing a computer to execute the steps of:
storing a plurality of moving pictures having respective position information as attribute values, the plurality of moving pictures corresponding to a plurality of regions and times, the position information including at least one of a latitude and a longitude;
acquiring a present time for a predetermined region; and
displaying selected moving pictures of the plurality of moving pictures, the moving pictures selected corresponding to the present time and a time difference between the present time and a respective time for the plurality of regions,
wherein the displaying step includes a step for displaying the selected moving pictures relative to each other using the position information such that the displayed moving pictures are representative of the time of day at each of the respective plurality of regions, visually indicating locations of the selected moving pictures, when displaying the selected moving pictures of the plurality of moving pictures.
