1. A managed distribution system for distribution and billing a product, the system comprising:
a processing site configured for communicating with a distributor, a client and a point-of-service provider (\u201cPOS\u201d), wherein the processing site facilitates delivery of a product from the distributor to the POS;
a billing system associated with the processing site, wherein the billing system is configured to bill the client for the Product delivered to the POS when the product is used to treat a patient who is a memberinsured of the client.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the processing site is configured with one or more databases to store information of at least one of a distributor, a client and a POS.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the processing site is configured to receive registration information from at least one of a distributor, a client and a POS.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the processing site is configured receive inventory information of the POS and communicate this information to the distributor.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the product comprises at least one of a medical, health care, and pharmaceutical product.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the POS comprises at least one of a physician, home infusion provider, physician clinic, group practice, pharmacist, medical practitioner, nurse, veterinarian, and long term care facility.
7. A method for distributing a product, the method comprising:
registering a client and a point-of-service (\u201cPOS\u201d) with a distributor processing system;
receiving a product order from the POS at the processing system;
coordinating delivery of the product from the distributor to the POS;
verifying a patient of the client using the processing system;
approving the administration of the product to the patient by the POS; and
facilitating payment by the client to the distributor for the product.
8. The method for distributing a product of claim 7, further comprising reconciling billing between the client and the POS for the product.
9. The method for distributing a product of claim 7, further comprising deducting the product from an inventory of the POS.
10. The method for distributing a product of claim 7, the step of receiving a product order comprises receiving an order for at least one of a medical, health care, and pharmaceutical product.
11. The method for distributing a product of claim 7, wherein the step of registering a client and a point-of-service comprises registering a client and at least one of a physician, home infusion provider, physician clinic, group practice, pharmacist, medical practitioner, nurse, veterinarian, and long term care facility.
12. A method for adjudicating a claim for a product, the method comprising:
receiving a claim for a product from a clearinghouse, wherein product is ordered by a point-of-service provider (POS) from a distributor;
receiving a remittance from a client;
reconciling the claim with the remittance to form an approved amount;
crediting an account of the POS for the approved amount;
paying the distributor for the product; and
billing the client for the product.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the step of receiving a claim for a product comprises receiving a claim for at least one of a medical, health care, and pharmaceutical product.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the step of crediting an account of the POS comprises crediting the account of at least one of a physician, home infusion provider, physician clinic, group practice, pharmacist, medical practitioner, nurse, veterinarian, and long term care facility.

A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer consisting essentially of 0.1 to 60 wt % of a silver C0 to C12 aliphatic carboxylate powder; 1 to 80 wt % of silver powder; 0.1 to 15 wt % of a binder; and a residual organic solvent including a vehicle for modulating viscosity of the silver paste to at least about 10,000 cPs;
wherein the silver powder is plate-like; and
wherein said silver paste additionally contains a reactive organic solvent.
2. A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer according to claim 1, wherein the silver powder has an average particle diameter in the range of 0.1 to 10 micrometers and the silver aliphatic carboxylate is selected from the group consisting of silver citrate, silver oxalate, silver formate and silver malate.
3. A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer according to claim 1 , wherein the vehicle for modulating viscosity is C1 to C4 aliphatic alcohol having a mono- to tri-valent hydroxyl group, C2 to C8 alkyl ether of the aliphatic alcohol or C2 to C8 alkyl ester of the aliphatic alcohol.
4. A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer according to claim 1, wherein the reactive organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of an amine substituted by one or more C1 to C6 aliphatic group and a linear or branched C1 to C16 aliphatic thiol.
5. A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer according to claim 1, wherein the reactive organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of methylamine, ethylamine, isopropylamine, monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine and a mixture thereof and the vehicle for modulating viscosity is selected from the group consisting of butylcarbitol acetate, butylcarbitol, ethylcarbitol, ethylcarbitol acetate, terpineol, texanol, menthanol, isoamyl acetate, methanol, ethanol and a mixture thereof.
6. A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer according to claim 5, wherein the binder is thermo-setting and 1 to 13 w % of the total paste.
7. A silver paste for forming an electrically conductive layer according to claim 6, wherein the metallization temperature of the silver paste is 80\xb0 C. to 280\xb0 C.

1. A device for sealing an under-mount sink, characterized by:
a. at least one hook disposed between a counter underlay and countertop at the junction of the underlay and countertop sink opening;
b. at least one strap anchored to the at least one hook, wherein the hook is capable of holding the strap under tension;
c. a means for shortening the length of the strap;
d. a sealing material disposed on the lip of an under-mount sink, wherein when the under-mount sink is placed on at least one strap, and the at least one strap is shortened, the sink is elevated against the underside of the countertop compressing the sealing material between the lip of the sink and the underside of the countertop.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the means for shortening the length of the at least one strap comprises a ratcheting mechanism.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least one hook is anchored to the at least one strap using a window portion of the hook and looped with the at least one strap.
4. The device of claim 3, wherein the at least one hook is comprised of a metal bracket to rigidly brace objects by the at least one strap.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein multiple hooks and straps are used to anchor and seal an under-mount sink in position.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein two straps are disposed lengthwise under an under-mount sink and two additional straps are substantially perpendicular disposed on the lengthwise straps to further comprise an adjustable basket.
7. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least one strap comprises an integrated toothed-track with a clutch locking device disposed thereon.
8. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least one hook is disposed between the underlay and countertop without increasing the distance between the underlay and countertop.
9. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least one strap comprises a first series of straps interconnected to further comprise a basket through the base of which the drain of the sink can be disposed, and a second series of straps that connect to hooks at the edge of a sink.
10. The device of claim 9, wherein the first series of straps are fastened in position relative to each other, and the second series of straps are adjustable.
11. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least one hook is disposed at least six inches from the face of a cabinet, and at least six inches from the back of the cabinet.
12. The device of claim 1, wherein the sealing material comprises a continuous loop around the lip of the sink.
13. The device of claim 1, wherein the sealing material is comprised of a closed cell PVC sealing material that compresses to \u215b inch when installed.
14. A method of leak-proofing a sink, comprising the steps of:
a. placing anchoring hooks at the junction of a counter underlay and countertop sink opening;
b. attaching adjustable straps between the hooks, so that the straps are capable of supporting a sink;
c. placing the sink on the straps, and placing a water sealing material along the top lip of the sink;
d. installing a countertop over the underlay and sink; and
e. adjusting the straps to tighten them, thereby raising the sink against the underside of the countertop, compressing the sealing material.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein positioning adjustments to the straps are made to avoid plumbing fixtures after installation of the straps.
16. The method of claim 14, wherein the sink is raised to \u215c inch below the underlay after placing the sink on the straps.
17. The method of claim 14, wherein the straps are tightened by alternately tightening each strap.

1. A method for reporting a transmission state by an Internet Protocol (IP), the method comprising the steps of:
determining whether a discard of a datagram has occurred;
obtaining an address of a destination by parsing a discarded datagram, if the discard of a datagram has occurred; and
transmitting an Internal Control Message Protocol (ICMP) message for reporting an occurrence of the discard to the address of the destination.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the datagram is discarded due to an error andor an overflow of a router queue.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ICMP message is formed by adding an IP header including the address of the destination to an ICMP error reporting message generated according to the discard.
4. A network system for reporting a transmission state by an Internet Protocol (IP), the network system comprising:
a source terminal for transmitting a datagram;
a destination terminal for receiving the datagram; and
a router for performing routing between a network and the source terminal or the destination terminal,
wherein if discard of any datagram from the source terminal occurs, obtaining an address of the destination terminal by parsing a discarded datagram, and transmitting an Internal Control Message Protocol (ICMP) message for reporting an occurrence of the discard to the address of the destination terminal.
5. The network system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the datagram is discarded due to an error andor an overflow of a queue of the router.
6. The network system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the ICMP message is formed by adding an IP header including the address of the destination terminal to an ICMP error reporting message generated according to the datagram discard.
