1. A method, comprising:
receiving, by a processing system, an indication from a user to install a new operating system onto a storage device of a computer having an existing previously installed operating system, the storage device having a first partition and a second partition;
loading, by the processing system, installation software for the new operating system onto the second partition including a set of files to boot the new operating system;
booting, by the processing system, the computer into the installation software on the second partition;
installing, by the processing system, the set of files to boot the new operating system onto the first partition via the installation software on the second partition;
re-booting, by the processing system, the computer into the new operating system on the first partition; and
wherein installing the new operating system includes extracting operating system files to a first area on the first partition, verifying functionality of the operating system based at least in part on the extracted files in the first area, and
moving the extracted files to a second area on the first partition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein moving the extracted files to a second area comprises merging the extracted files from a source file directory of the first area into a destination file directory of the second area, the merging comprising:
for each item in the source file directory, determining whether the source item is a file or a subdirectory;
if the source item is a file, deleting any conflicting item from the destination file directory, and moving the file from the source file directory to the destination file directory without copying the file;
if the source item is a subdirectory having no corresponding destination subdirectory, moving the subdirectory from the source file directory to the destination file directory without copying the subdirectory; and
if the item of the source file directory is a subdirectory having a corresponding destination subdirectory, repeating the merging for each item of the source subdirectory.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising deleting empty subdirectories.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising deleting the source file directory when the source file directory is empty.
5. An article of manufacture, comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having content stored thereon to provide instructions to result in an electronic device performing operations including:
receiving, by a processing system, an indication from a user to install a new operating system onto a storage device of a computer having an existing previously installed operating system, the storage device having a first partition and a second partition;
loading, by the processing system, installation software for the new operating system onto the second partition including a set of files to boot the new operating system;
booting, by the processing system, the computer into the installation software on the second partition;
installing, by the processing system, the set of files to boot the new operating system onto the first partition via the installation software on the second partition;
re-booting, by the processing system, the computer into the new operating system on the first partition; and
wherein installing the new operating system includes extracting operating system files to a first area on the first partition, verifying functionality of the operating system based at least in part on the extracted files in the first area, and
moving the extracted files to a second area on the first partition.
6. The article of manufacture of claim 5, wherein the stored content to result in the electronic device performing operations to move the extracted files to a second area comprises content to result in the electronic device performing further operations including:
merging the extracted files from a source file directory of the first area into a destination file directory of the second area, the merging comprising:
for each item in the source file directory, determining whether the source item is a file or a subdirectory;
if the source item is a file, deleting any conflicting item from the destination file directory, and moving the file from the source file directory to the destination file directory without copying the file;
if the source item is a subdirectory having no corresponding destination subdirectory, moving the subdirectory from the source file directory to the destination file directory without copying the subdirectory; and
if the item of the source file directory is a subdirectory having a corresponding destination subdirectory, repeating the merging for each item of the source subdirectory.
7. The article of manufacture of claim 6, comprising further content to result in the electronic device performing further operations including deleting empty subdirectories.
8. The article of manufacture of claim 6, comprising further content to result in the electronic device performing further operations including deleting the source file directory when the source file directory is empty.
9. The method of claim 2, wherein the merging further comprises:
retrieving, by a processing system, one or more lists indicating computer operating system files previously installed on a storage device, wherein each computer operating system file has a directory structure path; and
generating, by the processing system, an optimized list having a minimum number of paths that describe the computer operating system files based at least in part on directory structure path redundancies among the computer operating system files.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising identifying user files by filtering files on the storage device based at least in part on the optimized list.
11. The an article of manufacture of claim 6, comprising further content to result in the electronic device performing further operations including:
retrieving one or more lists indicating computer operating system files previously installed on a storage device, wherein each computer operating system file has a directory structure path; and
generating an optimized list having a minimum number of paths that describe the computer operating system files based at least in part on directory structure path redundancies among the computer operating system files.
12. The article of manufacture of claim 11, comprising further content to result in the electronic device performing further operations including Identifying user files by filtering files on the storage device based at least in part on the optimized list.
13. A system comprising:
a storage device having an existing previously installed operating system, the storage device including a first partition and a second partition;
memory coupled to the storage device;
one or more processors coupled to memory, the one more processors to execute instructions from memory to cause an electronic device to perform operations including:
loading installation software for a new operating system onto the second partition of the storage device;
booting the electronic device into the installation software; and
installing the new operating system onto the storage device, the installing including extracting bootable operating system files to a first area on the first partition, verifying functionality of the operating system based at least in part on the extracted files in the first area, and merging the extracted files to a second area on the first partition.
14. The system as in claim 13, the operations further including re-booting the electronic device into the new operating system.
15. The system as in claim 13, wherein merging the extracted files to the second area on the first partition includes:
extracting packaged files to a source directory having a first directory structure;
deleting conflicting files from a destination directory, the destination directory having a second directory structure; and
moving the extracted files into the destination directory without copying the files.
16. The system as in claim 15, wherein the operations further include deleting the first directory structure after the extracted packaged files have been moved into the destination directory.
17. The system as in claim 15, wherein the packaged files include a software update or an operating system installation.

A method of brokering real estates between at least one potential real estate investor and at least one potential tenant performed on a system comprising an internet based platform accessible by at least one tenant and at least one investor with use of at least one user terminal wherein the method comprises the steps of:
entering and storing tenant data into a first database wherein tenant data comprises at least one parameter characterizing the tenant’s desired real estate;
entering investor data wherein said investor data comprises at least one parameter characterizing the investor’s desired real estate; and
analyzing said tenant data and said investor data and displaying matching data to bring a potential tenant and investor together for an investment project.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one parameter characterizing the desired real estate is related to at least one of the group of home type, number of rooms, living space, land area, year of construction, and desired or payable rent.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein investor data is stored into a second database and the step of analyzing is performed by a comparison of the first and second databases.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the tenant data includes personal data containing at least information about one or more of the tenant’s name, the tenant’s age, the tenant’s credit score, the tenant’s age, the tenant’s income, the tenant’s race, the tenant’s religion, the tenant’s gender, the tenant’s political view, and the tenant’s family status.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said investor data includes personal data containing at least information about one or more of the investor’s name, the investor’s age, the investor’s credit score, the investor’s income, the investor’s race, the investor’s religion, the investor’s gender, the investor’s political view, the investor’s family status, and the investor’s preapproval or bank statement.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the personal data is at least partly voluntary.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of analyzing matches the tenant and investor data by taking into account the at least one parameter characterizing the desired real estate.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the tenant andor the investor can create or modify personal profiles for organizing their personal data and their parameters.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein limited investor andor tenant data is published to the investor andor tenant in case of a matching result of the tenant’s and investor’s data.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein a scope of the published tenant or investor data or information is adjustable or limitable by an information owner or a system administrator.
11. The method according to claim 1, wherein extended tenant data is provided after a respective request for unlimited access.
12. The method according to claim 1, wherein at least one investor can search the first database for a potential tenant by one or more certain search parameters.
13. The method according to claim 1, wherein the platform charges the tenant for a database entry into the first database or for a modification of the data stored in the first database.
14. The method according to claim 1, wherein the investor is charged for a request for unlimited information about data of at least one tenant stored in the first database.
15. A server system for brokering real estates between at least one potential real estate investor and at least one potential tenant which is accessible by at least one tenant and at least one buyer by use of a client terminal, the system comprising:
a first database having electronic storage and an input for receiving and storing tenant data into the first database, wherein tenant data comprises at least one parameter characterizing the tenant’s desired real estate;
a second database having electronic storage and an input for receiving and storing investor data into the second database, wherein said investor data comprises at least one parameter characterizing the investor’s desired real estate; and
a processor for analyzing the first and second database and sending display data for displaying matching tenant and investor data to bring a potential tenant and investor together for an investment.
16. The system according to claim 15, wherein said at least one parameter characterizing the desired real estate is related to one or more of a home type, a number of rooms, a living space, a land area, and a year of construction.
17. The system according to claim 15, wherein the system is adapted for creation or modification of investor or tenant profiles managing their personal data and their parameters.
18. The system according to claim 15, wherein the system is adapted to adjust or limit a scope of published investor or tenant data, wherein the adjustment or limitation is under control of a respective data owner or a system administrator.
19. The system according to claim 15, wherein the platform is adapted to charge the investor or tenant for a database entry or for the process of analyzing and matching or for displaying at least one successful matching result.

A method of brokering real estates between at least one potential real estate investor and at least one potential tenant performed on a system comprising an internet based platform accessible by at least one tenant and at least one investor with use of at least one user terminal wherein the method comprises the steps of:
entering and storing tenant data into a first database wherein tenant data comprises at least one parameter characterizing the tenant’s desired real estate, wherein the tenant data further comprises personal information about the tenant regarding his current credit score;
entering a search string by a potential investor or a proprietor for searching the first database for a potential tenant by one or more certain search parameters;
analyzing and matching the search string to at least one tenant data of the database; and
displaying said tenant data to bring together the investor or the proprietor and the at least one tenant for an investment or rental project.

a driving thin film transistor (TFT) including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode;
a conductive layer formed from the same layer as the source and drain electrodes; and

2. The organic electro luminescence device of claim 1, wherein the first contact hole is formed on a portion of the drain electrode.
3. The organic electro luminescence device of claim 1, wherein the second contact hole is formed on an effective display area of the conductive layer.
4. The organic electro luminescence device of claim 1, wherein the third contact hole is formed on a non-effective display area of the conductive layer.
5. The organic electro luminescence device of claim 1, wherein an anode electrode is formed via depositing a thin film on the insulating layer, to be connected with the drain electrode.
6. The organic electro luminescence device of claim 5, wherein the thin film includes an indium tin oxide (ITO) or an indium zinc oxide (IZO).
7. The organic electro luminescence device of claim 5, wherein an organic luminescence layer is partially formed on the anode electrode.

The organic electrode luminescence device of claim 7, wherein the organic luminescence layer includes one of a red organic luminescence to emit a light having a red wavelength, a green organic luminescence to emit a light having a green wavelength, and a blue organic luminescence to emit a light having a blue wavelength.
9. The organic electrode luminescence device of claim 7, wherein a cathode electrode is formed on an upper surface of the substrate under the effective display area to cover the organic luminescence layer.

11. The organic electrode luminescence device of claim 10, wherein a sealing cap is formed to seal the effective display area via a sealant.

a display unit including a camera mount to house a camera, the camera mount including a first slidable member and a rotatable member, where the first slidable member slides linearly along a lower edge of the rotatable member; and
a hinge connecting the base unit to the display unit, wherein
the camera mount is to adjust a viewing angle of the camera relative to the display unit in response to a change of a hinge angle at the hinge between the display unit and the base unit,
the first slidable member is to move in response to a change in the hinge angle, and
the first slidable member is to directly engage the rotatable member along the lower edge of the rotatable member, and the slidable member is to control an angle of rotation of the rotatable member to adjust the viewing angle.
2. The case of claim 1, further comprising:
a first elastic member connected to a first end of the first slidable member; and
a cable to connected to a second end of the first slidable member, wherein
the first elastic member is to maintain a tension in the cable.
3. The case of claim 2, further comprising:
a second slidable member having a first end to connected to the cable; and
a second elastic member connected to a second end of the of the second slidable member, wherein
the second elastic member is to maintain the tension in the cable.

the camera mount is above a display portion of the display unit, and
the cable is located along an edge outside the display portion.

the hinge is to push the first slidable member towards the first elastic member if the hinge angle decreases, and
the hinge is to pull the first slidable member away from the first elastic member if the hinge angle increases.
6. The case of claim 2, wherein the hinge includes,
a base member connected to the base unit and to the cable; and
a display member connected to the display unit and to rotate around the base member, the hinge angle being between the base and display members.
7. The case of claim 1, wherein the rotatable member rotates along an axis parallel to that of the hinge to adjust the viewing angle of the camera in response to the movement of the first slidable member.

the axis that the rotatable member of the camera mount rotates along is at an upper edge of the rotatable member,

the first and seconds edges are opposite each other.

a part of the lower edge of the rotatable member includes a diagonal edge relative to the movement of the first slidable member, and
the first slidable member is to rotate the rotatable member via the diagonal edge.
10. The case of claim 7, further comprising:
an adjustment member to adjust a position of the axis of rotation of the rotatable member to preset a tilt of the camera.
11. The case of claim 1, wherein
the viewing angle decreases in response to the hinge angle increasing, and
the viewing angle increases in response to the hinge angle decreasing.
12. A case, comprising
a display unit including a camera mount, the camera mount to receive a camera and the camera to face outward from the display case, the camera mount including a slidable member, a rotatable member, and an elastic member;
a base unit connected to the display unit; and
a connecting member to relate a movement of the base unit to a movement of the camera mount, wherein
the slidable member is to engage the rotatable member,
the elastic member is to connect to a first end of the slidable member and is to maintain a tension in the connecting member, and
the connecting member is to connect to a second end of the slidable member and is to adjust a rotational angle of the rotatable member of the camera mount relative to the display unit in response to a change in a rotational angle of the display unit relative to the base unit.
13. The case of claim 12, wherein,
the connecting member is to move in response to a change in the rotational angle of the display unit relative to the display unit, and
the rotational angle of the rotational member is to change in response to the movement of the connecting member.
14. A method for adjusting a camera angle, comprising:
moving a position of a slidable member in response to a changing of a hinge angle between a display unit connected to a base unit, where the slidable member slides linearly along a lower edge of a rotatable member;
directly engaging the slidable member to the rotatable member along the lower edge of the rotatable member to control an angle of rotation of the rotatable member; and
adjusting a viewing angle of the rotatable member of a camera mount to house a camera in the display unit based on the movement of the slidable member and the angle of rotation of the rotatable member.
