1. A semiconductor device comprising:
a multilayer substrate having upper and lower surfaces and a permittivity;
a semiconductor element secured to said upper surface of said multilayer substrate;
an intra-substrate via that is connected electrically to said semiconductor element and located in said multilayer substrate, extending to said lower surface of said multilayer substrate;
a first metal pattern located on a portion of said lower surface of said multilayer substrate;
a second metal pattern in contact with a lower end of said intra-substrate via;
a dielectric having a higher permittivity than the permittivity of said multilayer substrate and located on said lower surface of said multilayer substrate, covering said first and second metal patterns;
a first intra-dielectric via located in said dielectric, connected at an upper end to said first metal pattern and extending to a lower surface of said dielectric;
a second intra-dielectric via located in said dielectric, connected at an upper end to said second metal pattern, and extending to said lower surface of said dielectric;
a ground pattern connected to a lower end of said first intra-dielectric via; and
a bottom surface electrode connected to a lower end of said second intra-dielectric via, wherein
a portion of said first metal pattern is disposed on said dielectric directly opposite a portion of said bottom surface electrode, and
said bottom surface electrode, said dielectric, and said first metal pattern together, constitute a bypass capacitor.
2. The semiconductor device according to claim 1, wherein said dielectric has a relative permittivity of at least 1000.

1. A desmodromic transmission engine comprising:
at least three pistons, where each piston comprises a cylinder and where each piston is adapted to alternately slide in its own cylinder;
a rotating transmission shaft, the rotating transmission shaft having a rotation axis B-B and comprising at least one cylindrical portion whose rotation axis C-C is slanted with respect to the axis B-B; and
at least one transmission member adapted to desmodromically cooperate with the transmission shaft next to the cylindrical portion, each one of diametrically opposed ends of the transmission member being adapted to cooperate, by interposing a linkage member, with a respective piston, coordinate members of the pistons being adapted to determine a periodic oscillation on more than one axis of the transmission member, the oscillation having as fulcrum a point (P) given by an intersection between a plane T of the transmission member and the axis B-B of the transmission shaft and the axis C-C being always orthogonal to the plane T of the transmission member.
2. The engine according to claim 1, the engine being an internal combustion engine, wherein each one of the cylinders is equipped on at least one surface of a combustion chamber thereof with at least one entry opening connected to a fuel distribution system comprising fuel, with at least one exhaust opening connected to exhaust manifolds of combustion fumes and with at least one igniting means of the fuel connected to a supply system.
3. The engine according to claim 1, the engine being a pneumatic engine, wherein the engine comprises compressed gas supplying means comprising gas in each one of the cylinders, expelling means of the gas from each one of the cylinders and means for managing supply and expulsion of the gas.
4. The engine according to claim 1, that it comprises comprising at least four pistons.
5. The engine according to claim 1, wherein each one of the cylinders is arranged at a vertex of a triangle.
6. The engine according to claim 4, wherein each one of the cylinders is arranged at a vertex of a square (Q).
7. The engine according to claim 1, wherein each one of the pistons comprises an eye, and where each one of the pistons is connected in its own eye with an end of the transmission member.
8. The engine according to claim 1, wherein the transmission member desmodromically cooperates with the cylindrical portion by interposing at least one revolving member.
9. The engine according to claim 1, wherein the linkage member is a ball joint.
10. The engine according to claim 1, wherein the linkage member is a link rod.
11. The engine according to claim 1, wherein the transmission shaft comprises at least two half-shafts having a same rotation axis B-B between which at least one cylindrical portion is interposed, the cylindrical portion being integral with the half-shafts and having a rotation axis C-C which is slanted with respect to the axis B-B.
12. The engine according to claim 1, wherein the transmission shaft is supported during rotation of the transmission shaft by revolving members or by bearing brasses, or by both revolving members and bearing brasses.

20. A payment system for managing a payment by a client to a supplier, the system comprising: a trusted transfer-server configured to receive transaction data and to communicate said transaction data to a clearing credit card company, said transaction data comprising:
(i) supplier-identification data and client acquisition data received from the supplier; and
(ii) payment data received from the client;
wherein said payment data is submitted to the trusted transfer-server directly by the client.
21. The system of claim 20 wherein said trusted transfer-server is further configured to validate said payment data.
22. The system of claim 20 wherein said payment data comprises credit card data.

The system of claim 20 wherein said client acquisition data comprises details selected from a group consisting of: identity of items, quantity of items, cost of items, terms of acquisition, name of client, address to which products are to be shipped, payment terms and identification of communication means to the client.
24. The system of claim 20 further comprising a credit card terminal configured to submit said payment data from said client to said trusted transfer-server.
25. The system of claim 24 wherein said credit card terminal is selected from a group consisting of: devices having chips configured to encrypt said payment data, devices integrated into a computer keyboard, credit card reading devices, telephones and combinations thereof.
26. The system of claim 20 wherein said trusted transfer-server comprises:
an acquisition-transfer server in communication with said client and said supplier, said acquisition-transfer server being configured to receive said transaction data, and
a secured-payment server configured to validate said transaction data.
27. The system of claim 20 wherein said trusted transfer-server comprises a clearing credit card system.
28. A credit card terminal configured to submit said payment data from said client to said trusted transfer-server of the system of claim 20.
29. A method for managing a payment by a client to a supplier, said method comprising:
step (b)\u2014said supplier sending supplier-identification data and client-acquisition data to said trusted transfer-server;
step (c)\u2014said transfer-server receiving said supplier-identification data and said client-acquisition data from said supplier;
step (f)\u2014said client sending payment data directly to a trusted transfer-server;
step (g)\u2014said transfer-server receiving said payment data from said client; and
step (h)\u2014said transfer-server sending transaction data to a clearing credit card company, said transaction data comprising said payment data, said supplier-identification data and said client-acquisition data.
30. The method of claim 29 comprising a preliminary step:
step (a)\u2014said client sending said client-acquisition data to said supplier.
31. The method of claim 29 further comprising the additional step:
step (d)\u2014said transfer-server sending a payment data request to said client.

The method of claim 29 wherein said transfer-server comprises an acquisition transfer server configured to receive said transaction, data wherein step (h) of said transfer-server sending transaction data to a clearing credit card company comprises said acquisition transfer server sending said transaction data to a secured payment server configured to validate said payment data.

29. A method for conducting an online transaction on a website involving sensitive information, the method comprising:
registering an entity, the registering comprising providing a key that associates the entity with a subscription level sufficient to receive the sensitive information;
associating a sub-string of a character string with a unique token so that a direct link does not exist between the unique token and the character string, the character string comprising the sensitive information and the sub-string being configured to identify the character string without revealing the character string;
saving a record for the online transaction, wherein the record includes information for the online transaction and the unique token;
using the unique token for intermediate steps during the processing of the online transaction; and
retrieving the character string from a storage memory using the unique token and the key associated with the entity to complete the online transaction using the saved record and the sensitive information after transmission of a request for the sensitive information from the entity.
30. The method of claim 29, wherein the online transaction is a purchase on the website and the character string is a credit card number.
31. The method of claim 30, wherein the sub-string comprises a last four digits of the credit card number.
32. The method of claim 29, wherein the character string is stored as encrypted data.
33. The method of claim 29, wherein the character string is stored as a record in a database within the storage memory.
34. The method of claim 29, further comprising:
verifying that a computer device or a user retrieving the sensitive information is authorized to access the character string.

receiving a request to display a sub-string of the character string, the request comprising the unique token; and
displaying the sub-string without revealing the sensitive information.
36. The method of claim 29, further comprising:
using the unique token to access and retrieve a sub-string of the character string without accessing the character string.

A data processing system for conducting an online transaction on a website involving sensitive information, the data processing system comprising a processor and one or more storage devices embodying computer-readable program instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the data processing system to:
register an entity, the registering comprising providing a keys that associates the entity with a subscription level sufficient to receive the sensitive information;
associate a sub-string of a character string with a unique token so that a direct link does not exist between the unique token and the character string, the character string comprising the sensitive information and the sub-string being configured to identify the character string without revealing the character string;
save a record for the online transaction, wherein the record includes information for the online transaction and the unique token;
use the unique token for intermediate steps during the processing of the online transaction; and
retrieve the character string from a storage memory using the unique token and the key associated with the entity to complete the online transaction using the saved record and the sensitive information after transmission of a request for the sensitive information from the entity.
38. The data processing system of claim 37, wherein the online transaction is a purchase on the website and the character string is a credit card number.
39. The data processing system of claim 38, wherein the sub-string comprises a last four digits of the credit card number.
40. The data processing system of claim 37, wherein the character string is stored as encrypted data.
41. The data processing system of claim 37, wherein the character string is stored as a record in a database within the storage memory.
42. The data processing system of claim 37, wherein the computer-readable program instructions, when executed by the processor, further cause the data processing system to:

45. A computer program product for conducting an online transaction on a website involving sensitive information, the computer program product comprising a computer-readable storage embodying computer-readable program instructions that, when executed by, cause a processor to:
register an entity, the registering comprising providing a key that associates the entity with a subscription level sufficient to receive the sensitive information;
associate a sub-string of a character string with a unique token so that a direct link does not exist between the unique token and the character string, the character string comprising the sensitive information and the sub-string being configured to identify the character string without revealing the character string;
save a record for the online transaction, wherein the record includes information for the online transaction and the unique token;
use the unique token for intermediate steps during the processing of the online transaction; and
retrieve the character string from a storage memory using the unique token and the key associated with the entity to complete the online transaction using the saved record and the sensitive information after transmission of a request for the sensitive information from the entity.
46. The computer program product of claim 45, wherein the online transaction is a purchase on the website and the character string is a credit card number.
47. The computer program product of claim 46, wherein the sub-string comprises a last four digits of the credit card number.
48. The computer program product of claim 45, wherein the character string is stored as encrypted data.
