1. A method for producing a GaN based compound semiconductor crystal, comprising:
growing a GaN based compound semiconductor on a front surface of a substrate to obtain the GaN based compound semiconductor crystal in one body; and
removing the substrate by supplying gas for reducing and decomposing the substrate to a rear surface of the substrate and by carrying out a heat treatment, in a hydrogen atmosphere in which a nitrogen gas partial pressure is not less than a dissociation pressure of the GaN based compound semiconductor at a heat treatment temperature by supplying a matter capable of supplying a nitrogen atom and in which a hydrogen gas partial pressure is at least not less than 80%, after the growing of the GaN based compound semiconductor.
2. The method for producing the GaN based compound semiconductor crystal, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the matter capable of supplying the nitrogen atom is supplied so that a gas partial pressure thereof is at least not less than 1%.
3. The method for producing the GaN based compound semiconductor crystal, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the matter capable of supplying the nitrogen atom is ammonia or hydrazine.
4. The method for producing the GaN based compound seminconductor crystal, as claimed in claim 2, wherein the matter capable of supplying the nitrogen atom is ammonia or hydrazine.

1. An anastomosis clip comprising:
a first side including a first end portion and at least one first suture guide, the first end portion and the first suture guide defining a first suture space open toward a top of the clip, the first side further including a first carrier slot on the bottom of the clip;
a second side, including a second end portion and at least one second suture guide, the second end portion and the second suture guide defining a second suture space open toward the top of the clip, the second side further including a second carrier slot on the bottom of the clip;
wherein the first suture space communicates with the second suture space; and
a hinge connecting the first and second side, wherein the hinge biases the first side toward the second side, the hinge being disposed on the top of the clip.
2. The clip of claim 1, wherein the clip is configured to receive an organ segment to be sutured from a bottom of the clip.
3. The clip as recited in claim 1, wherein the first and second suture guides have a rectangular cross-section.
4. The clip as recited in claim 1, wherein the first and second suture spaces are arcuate.
5. The clip as recited in claim 1, wherein the first side, second side and hinge allow the first side to be opened from the second side by an opening width equal to or less than 11 mm.
6. The clip as recited in claim 1, wherein the first suture guide is distinct from the second suture guide.
7. The clip of claim 1 wherein
the first side comprises a pair of first end portions and a plurality of adjacent first suture guides situated between the pair of first end portions, the plurality of first suture guides defining a plurality of first suture spaces between them; and
the second side comprises a pair of second end portions and a plurality of adjacent second suture guides situated between the pair of second end portions, the plurality of second suture guides defining a plurality of second suture spaces between them.
8. A method for suturing two organ segments, the method comprising:
manipulating an introducer device to open an anastomosis clip, the anastomosis clip comprising:
a first side including a first end portion and at least one first suture guide, the first end portion and the first suture guide defining a first suture space open toward a top of the clip, the first side further including a first carrier slot on the bottom of the clip;
a second side, including a second end portion and at least one second suture guide, the second end portion and the second suture guide defining a second suture space open toward the top of the clip, the second side further including a second carrier slot on the bottom of the clip;
wherein the first suture space communicates with the second suture space; and
a hinge connecting the first and second side, wherein the hinge biases the first side toward the second side, the hinge being disposed on the top of the clip;

inserting the introducer device and anastomosis clip into a patient;
placing the anastomosis clip over two organ segments;
manipulating the introducer device to close the anastomosis clip on the two organ segments;
suturing the organ segments using suture guides in the anastomosis clip;
manipulating the introducer device to re-open the anastomosis clip;
removing the introducer device and anastomosis clip from the organ segments; and
removing the introducer device and anastomosis clip from the patient.
9. The method as recited in claim 8, further comprising:
inserting posts of the introducer device into carrier slots of the anastomosis clip before the step of manipulating the introducer device,
removing the introducer device from the patient before the step of suturing; and
after the suturing, inserting the posts of the introducer device into the carrier slots of the anastomosis clip.
10. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the inserting the introducer device, suturing, and removing the introducer device are performed through a trocar.
11. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the first and second suture guides have a rectangular cross-section.
12. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the first and second suture spaces are arcuate.
13. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the first side, second side and hinge allow the first side to be opened from the second side by an opening width equal to or less than 11 mm.
14. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the first suture space is distinct from the second suture space.
15. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the first suture space communicates with the second suture space.
16. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein the introducer device biases the first side toward the second side.
17. A combination of an anastomosis clip and an introducer device, the combination comprising:
an introducer device and an anastomosis clip;
the introducer device comprising:
a handle, and
a first and a second post connected to the handle; and

the anastomosis clip comprising:
a first side including a first end portion and at least one first suture guide, the first end portion and the first suture guide defining a first suture space open toward a top of the clip;
a second side, including a second end portion and at least one second suture guide, the second end portion and the second suture guide defining a second suture space open toward the top of the clip;
wherein the first suture space communicates with the second suture space; and
a hinge connecting the first and second side, wherein the hinge biases the first side toward the second side, the hinge being disposed on the top of the clip.
18. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein: the first side of the clip includes a first carrier slot on the bottom of the clip; the second side of the clip includes a second carrier slot on the bottom of the clip; and the first and second posts of the introducer device are disposed in the first and second carrier slots.
19. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the first and second suture guides have a rectangular cross-section.
20. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the first and second suture spaces are arcuate.
21. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the first side, second side and hinge allow the first side to be opened from the second side by an opening width equal to or less than 11 mm.
22. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the first suture guide is distinct from the second suture guide.
23. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the first suture space communicates with the second suture space.
24. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the first and second posts are biased toward an open position.
25. The combination as recited in claim 17, wherein the introducer device biases the first side toward the second side.

I claim:

1. A composition for attracting insects, comprising wax, a hardener, an emulsifier, an oil, a chemical attractant, and a phagostimulant, and optionally a visual attrantant, and optionally a toxicant.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said wax is parraffin.
3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said wax is selected from the group consisting of bees wax, a vegetable based wax, a hydrocarbon based wax, and mixtures thereof.
4. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said wax is Gulf Wax.
5. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said hardener is selected from the group consisting of Elastollan, Luran, Terluran, Ultramid T, ACRYLITE PLUS, Ferrene, ARCEL, Crystal PS, Cevian-V, Elvax, and mixtures thereof.
6. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said hardener is Elvax-60.
7. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of arlacel 60, armotan ms, crill 3, crill k3, drewsorb 60, durtan 60, emsorb 2505, glycomul s, hodag sms, ionet s 60, liposorb s, liposorb s-20, montane 60, ms 33, ms33f, newcol 60, nikkol ss 30, nissan nonion sp 60, nonion sp 60, nonion sp 60r, rikemal s 250, sorbitan c, sorbitan stearate, sorbon 60, sorgen 50, span 55, span 60, and mixtures thereof.
8. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of sorbitan-monolaurate, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan mono stearate, sorbitan tristearate, sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan trioleate, sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan trioleate, and mixtures thereof.
9. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said emulsifier is Span 60.
10. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said oil is selected from the group consisting of a food oil, a sweet syrup, and mixtures thereof.
11. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said oil is selected from the group consisting of corn oil, molasses, glycerol, corn syrup, and mixtures thereof.
12. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said chemical attractant is selected from the group consisting of ammonium acetate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, aqueous acetic acid, glacial acetic acid, and mixtures thereof.
13. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said chemical attractant is ammonium acetate.
14. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said phagostimulant is selected from the group consisting of proteinaceous material, a sugar, and mixtures thereof.
15. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said phagostimulant is sucrose.
16. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said visual attractant is selected from the group consisting of a green coloring agent or pigment, an orange coloring agent or pigment, a red coloring agent or pigment, and mixtures thereof.
17. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said visual attractant is selected from the group consisting of green food color, orange food color, red food color, and mixtures thereof.
18. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said toxicant is selected from the group consisting of avermectin, dichlorvos, dimethoate, malathion, methomyl, naled, phloxine, spinosad, triguard, and mixtures thereof.
19. A method for attracting insects comprising placing in an area where said insects are to be attracted an insect attracting effective amount of the composition according to claim 1.
20. The method according to claim 19, wherein said insects are frugivorous pest insects.

What is claimed is:

1. A rotary turret head apparatus, comprising:
a turret having an axis of rotation;
at least one fastener installation tool mounted on the turret and disposed substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the turret;
a frame supporting the turret; and,
an actuator for moving the frame so as to bring the at least one fastener installation tool into operative relationship with a cooperating fastener installation tool separate from the turret such that the at least one fastener installation tool and the cooperating fastener installation tool are capable of installing a fastener.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a shaft is disposed through the center of the turret.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a drive system having a shaft coupled to a motor and a speed reducer.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a drive system having a direct drive servomotor.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising at least one machining tool removably attached to the turret.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the machining tool is driven by an independent drive mechanism.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the actuator is a hydraulic cylinder.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the actuator is a roller screw mechanism.
9. A rotary turret head apparatus, comprising:
a turret having an axis of rotation disposed through the center thereof, a side, and a plurality of tool mounting positions disposed on the side;
at least one fastener installation tool disposed substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the turret;
a shaft disposed through the center of the turret;
a drive system for rotating the shaft;
a frame supporting the turret and the drive system;
the at least one fastener installation tool being mounted to the side of the turret such that the at least one fastening tool is disposed adjacent to the shaft such that the shaft provides support for the at least one fastener installation tool during fastener installation impact; and,
an actuator for moving the frame so as to bring the at least one fastener installation tool into operative relationship with a cooperating fastener installation tool separate from the turret such that the at least one fastener installation tool and the cooperating fastener installation tool are capable of installing a fastener.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the drive system further comprises a motor and a speed reducer.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the speed reducer is a zero backlash type gearbox.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the drive system further comprises a direct drive servomotor.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising at least one machining tool removably attached to one of the tool mounting positions on the turret.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the machining tool is driven by an independent drive mechanism.
15. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the actuator is a hydraulic cylinder.
16. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the actuator is a roller screw mechanism.
17. A rotary turret head apparatus, comprising:
a turret having an axis of rotation disposed through the center thereof, a side, and a plurality of tool mounting positions disposed on the side;
at least one fastener installation tool removably attached to one of the tool mounting positions on the turret and disposed substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the turret;
at least one machining tool removably attached to one of the tool mounting positions on the turret and disposed substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the turret;
means for indexing the at least one fastening tool and the at least one machining tool to a predetermined position relative to a workpiece;
a frame supporting the turret and the indexing means; and,
means for moving the frame toward the workpiece so as to bring the at least one fastener installation tool or the at least one machining tool into operative relationship with the workpiece.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the indexing means comprises a direct drive servomotor.
19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the moving means comprises a roller screw mechanism.
