A computer-implemented method for cohering real estate transaction costs prior to initiation of an application for financing to calculate an end of transaction true cost comprising: creating an integrator portal for real estate transaction data from a plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources; accessing said plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources by a server hosting said integrator portal; linking the real estate transaction data to said integrated portal in real-time; aggregating real estate cost data based on a pre-determined property input and a consumer specific background input; and calculating a true cost associated with the real estate transaction from said cost data, wherein the cost associated with said transaction is delivered to a user.
2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 further comprising admitting said user to said integrator portal.
3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 further comprising providing said user real time access to said integrator portal.
4. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein said user is selected from the group consisting of: consumers, real estate professionals, title professionals and mortgage professionals.

The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein said plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources comprises lender organizations, banker organizations, settlement organizations; title companies; appraisers; regulatory and legislative databases; and real estate listing aggregators.
6. A computer system for cohering real estate transaction costs prior to initiation of an application for financing to calculate an end of transaction true cost comprising: an integrator adapted to collecting real estate transaction data from a plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources; accessor module for interconnecting said plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources with a server hosting said integrator; an aggregator adapted to selectively compile real estate cost data based on a pre-determined property input and a consumer specific background input; and a calculator adapted to compute a true cost associated with the real estate transaction from said cost data, and a graphic user interface adapted to deliver real estate transaction information to a user.
7. The computer system of claim 6, wherein said integrator provides for real time access.
8. The computer system of claim 6, wherein said user is selected from the group consisting of: consumers, real estate professionals, title professionals and mortgage professionals.
9. The computer system of claim 6, wherein said plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources comprises lender organizations, banker organizations, settlement organizations; title companies; appraisers; regulatory and legislative databases; and real estate listing aggregators.
10. A computer program product for cohering real estate transaction costs prior to initiation of an application for financing to calculate an end of transaction true cost comprising: creating an integrator portal for real estate transaction data from a plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources; accessing said plurality of private and proprietary real estate resources by a server hosting said integrator portal; linking the real estate transaction data to said integrated portal in real-time; aggregating real estate cost data based on a pre-determined property input and a consumer specific background input; and calculating a true cost associated with the real estate transaction from said cost data, wherein the cost associated with said transaction is delivered to a user.
11. The computer program product of claim 10 further comprising admitting said user to said integrator portal.
12. The computer program product of claim 10 further comprising providing said user real time access to said integrator portal.
13. The computer program product of claim 10, wherein said user is selected from the group consisting of: consumers, real estate professionals, title professionals and mortgage professionals.

A computer-implemented method for cohering real estate transaction costs prior to initiation of an application for financing to calculate an end of transaction true cost comprising: provides a hub or, alternately an integrator network, for various real estate transaction related functions including search of property, origination, processing, funding an closing of mortgage financing.

The computer-implemented method of claim 15 comprising: providing for real-time updating of information from a plurality of real estate informational resources including but not limited to: title companies and appraisers, wherein the fee information regarding historical transactions and current valuation of the property is maintained; integrating search and informational capabilities from public and private real estate related web-sites; regulatory and legislative information, wherein the system searches through federal and state government and private regulatory and legislative web-sites to compile compliance issues and transparent processes related to determining fees; inquiring the fees for various loan products and settlement services fees where the system automatically processes to update the data related to various fees from third party data stores or contracted services.
17. The computer-implemented method of claim 15 wherein the users have real time access to the hub or integrator system of the invention which includes customers, wherein the software determines and delivers the accurate cost of buying.
18. The computer-implemented method of claim 15 wherein the system compile inputted fees and other information for delivery to the consumer from a agent, broker or other professional on behalf of the consumer.
19. The computer-implemented method of claim 15, wherein a seller determines the exact fees involved and payments involved in various options to utilize full service or discount brokers to maximize a return on investment.

1. A communication device, adapted to a communication system, the communication device comprising:
a receiving unit, for receiving a first burst in a paging message; and
a decision-making unit, for comparing a signal-to-noise ratio with a first threshold to generate a comparison result, and deciding a determination mechanism according to the comparison result, for determining whether the paging message is a dummy paging message, wherein, the signal-to-noise ratio relates to a channel that the first burst travels through.
2. The communication device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, when the signal-to-noise ratio is higher than the first threshold, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst.
3. The communication device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, when the signal-to-noise ratio is lower than the first threshold, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
4. The communication device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, when the signal-to-noise ratio is lower than the first threshold, the decision-making unit decides the determination mechanism according to a mobile identification code of the communication device.
5. The communication device as claimed in claim 4, wherein, the decision-making unit determines whether the mobile identification code is in a blacklist group.
6. The communication device as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the mobile identification code is not in the blacklist group, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst.
7. The communication device as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the mobile identification code is in the blacklist group, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts of the paging message.
8. The communication device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the first threshold, the decision-making unit further determines whether the signal-noise-ratio is higher than a second threshold.

The communication device as claimed in claim 8, wherein when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the second threshold, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts of the paging message, and wherein the second threshold is lower than the first threshold.
10. The communication device as claimed in claim 8, wherein when the signal-noise-ratio is in between the first threshold and the second threshold, the decision-making unit further determines whether the mobile identification code is in a blacklist group.
11. The communication device as claimed in claim 10, wherein when the mobile identification code is not in the blacklist group, the decision-making unit determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst in the paging message.
12. The communication device as claimed in claim 10, wherein when the mobile identification code is in the blacklist group, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
13. The communication device as claimed in claim 8, wherein when the signal-noise-ratio is higher than the second threshold, the determination mechanism determines whether the mobile identification code conforms to a predetermined term.
14. The communication device as claimed in claim 13, wherein the mobile identification code conforms with the predetermined term when a difference between a part of the mobile identification code and a feature vector of the dummy paging message is less than a default value.
15. The communication device as claimed in claim 13, wherein, when the mobile identification code does not conform to the predetermined term, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst, and when the mobile identification code conforms to the predetermined term, the decision-making unit determines whether the mobile identification code is in a blacklist group, and if not, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst.
16. The communication device as claimed in claim 15, wherein, when the mobile identification code conforms to the predetermined term and in the blacklist group, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts of the paging message.
17. A control method adapted to a communication device, comprising:
(a) receiving a first burst of a paging message; and
(b) comparing a signal-to-noise ratio with a first threshold to generate a comparison result, and deciding a determination mechanism according to the comparison result to determine whether the paging message is a dummy paging message, wherein, the signal-to-noise ratio relates to a channel that the first burst travels through.
18. The control method as claimed in claim 17, further comprising:
when the signal-noise-ratio is higher than the first threshold, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst; and
when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the first threshold, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
19. The control method as claimed in claim 17, wherein step (b) comprises:
reading a mobile identification code of the communication device when the signal-nose-ratio is lower than the first threshold, and deciding the determination mechanism according to the mobile identification code.
20. The control method as claimed in claim 19, wherein, step (b) comprises:
determining whether the mobile identification code is in a blacklist group;
when the mobile identification code is not in the blacklist group, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst; and
when the mobile identification code is in the blacklist group, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
21. The control method as claimed in claim 19, wherein, step (b) comprises:
determining whether the signal-noise-ratio is higher than a second threshold when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the first threshold, the second threshold being lower than the first threshold; and
when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the second threshold, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
22. The control method as claimed in claim 21, wherein, step (b) comprises:
determining whether the mobile identification code is in a blacklist group when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the first threshold and higher than the second threshold;
wherein when the mobile identification code is not in the blacklist group, the determination mechanism determines whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst; and
when the mobile identification code is in the blacklist group, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
23. The control method as claimed in claim 21, wherein, step (b) comprises:
determining whether the mobile identification code conforms to a predetermined term when the signal-noise-ratio is lower than the first threshold and higher than the second threshold; and
when the mobile identification code does not conform to the predetermined term, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst.
24. The control method as claimed in claim 23, wherein, the mobile identification code conforms to the predetermined term when a difference between a part of the mobile identification code and a feature vector of the dummy paging message is less than a default value.
25. The control method as claimed in claim 23, wherein, step (b) comprises:
determining whether the mobile identification is in a blacklist group when the mobile identification code conforms to the predetermined term;
when the mobile identification code is not in the blacklist group, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to the first burst; and
when the mobile identification code is in the blacklist group, determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to at least two bursts in the paging message.
26. A control method applied to a communication device, comprising:
receiving a first burst of a paging message;
performing de-interleaving and decoding on a combination message combined by a first burst and a plurality of predetermined bits to generate a decoded message, wherein the predetermined bits are associated with at least one following burst in a dummy paging message;
substituting a plurality of first test parity bit for a plurality of parity bits of the decoded message to generate a first substituted message; and
performing an error-detecting check on the first substituted message, and determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message according to a corresponding first checking result.
27. The control method as claimed in claim 26, further comprising:
substituting a plurality of second test parity bits for the plurality of parity bits to generate a second substituted message;
performing the error-detecting check on the second substituted message, and determining whether the paging message is the dummy paging message based on a corresponding second checking result.
28. The control method as claimed in claim 26, further comprising:
performing an equalization procedure on the first burst before the first burst is provided to the processing unit;
wherein the plurality of predetermined bits are generated by means of multiplication of a plurality of initial predetermined bits and an equalization gain, where the equalization gain associates with the channel equalizer.

a called party service switching point having means for triggering a query that requests the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number;
a service control point coupled with the called party service switching point; and
a database coupled with the service control point;
wherein the service control point comprises:
means for receiving the query,
means for determining that the query is requesting the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number,
means for determining whether there are any restrictions on the disclosure of the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number,
means for analyzing a portion of the calling party’s telephone number to determine whether the calling party’s telephone number is present in the database prior to searching the database,
means for searching the database to obtain the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number if it is determined that the calling party’s telephone number is present in the database, and
means for transmitting the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number to the called party service switching point.
2. The invention of claim 1 wherein the database includes subscriber service information.
3. The invention of claim 1 wherein said means for determining that the query is requesting the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number includes logic for searching the database for subscriber service information.

5. The invention of claim 1 wherein the means for triggering the query includes software and logic for formulating the query and transmitting the query using a network signaling protocol.

7. The invention of claim 1 wherein the called party service switching point and the service control point can communicate using a network signaling protocol.
8. A method for delivering a name associated with a calling party’s telephone number to a called party, the method comprising:
(a) receiving a query transmitted from a service switching point;
(b) determining that the query is requesting the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number,
(c) analyzing a portion of the calling party’s telephone number to determine whether the calling party’s telephone number is present in a database;
(d) searching the database to obtain the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number if it is determined that the calling party’s telephone number is present in the database,
(e) using a service control point to determine whether there are any restrictions on the disclosure of the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number;
(f) transmitting the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number to the service switching point if it is determined that there are no restrictions on the disclosure of the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number; and
(g) delivering the name associated with a calling party’s telephone number to the called party.
9. A system for delivering a name associated with a calling party’s telephone number to a called party, the system comprising:
a called party service switching point operative to trigger a query that requests the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number; and
a service control point coupled with the called party service switching point, the service control point being operative to receive the query from the called party service switching point, determine that the query is requesting the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number, determine whether there are any restrictions on the disclosure of the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number, analyze a portion of the calling party’s telephone number to determine whether the calling party’s telephone number is present in a database prior to searching the database, search the database to obtain the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number if it is determined that the calling party’s telephone number is present in the database, and transmit the name associated with the calling party’s telephone number to the called party service switching point.
10. The invention of claim 9, wherein the database is coupled with the service control point.
11. The invention of claim 10, wherein the database contains subscriber service information.
12. The invention of claim 10, wherein said database contains the calling party’s telephone number and name information.
13. The invention of claim 9 wherein the called party service switching point and the service control point are configured in an advanced intelligent network.
14. The invention of claim 9 wherein the called party service switching point and the service control point can communicate using a network signaling protocol.

1. A folded sheet dispenser comprising
a. a mounting frame adapted to hold a stack of folded sheets, the mounting frame including a back panel, a bottom portion and a top portion;
b. a cover connected to the mounting frame, the cover having an inside surface which faces the mounting frame and an exterior surface forming the front of the dispenser, the cover having at least one projection extending from the inside surface;
c. a dispensing opening located at or near the bottom portion of the mounting frame;
d. an overfill prevention device located at or near the top portion of the mounting frame, said overfill prevention device comprises
1) a bracket having a first section which is pivotally connected to a housing and an opposite second section, said second section being free to rotate in an arc about the pivotally connected first section, the bracket has a filling position and a dispensing position, wherein the bracket is adapted to contact a stack of folded sheets when the dispenser is filled with a stack of folded sheets;
2) a locking element which engages the bracket and holds the bracket in the filling position when the cover of the dispenser is open and releases the bracket when the cover of the dispenser is closed, the locking element further comprises at least one plate, each plate having a first end and an opposite second end, each plate connected to the mounting frame with a pivot connection at or near the first end and the opposite second end of each plate is free to move in an arc about the pivot connection, the second end of the plate engages the bracket thereby retaining the bracket in the filling position when the cover is open; and

wherein the projection on the cover engages the locking element as the cover is being closed such that the locking element releases the bracket to allow the bracket to move to the dispensing position.
2. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the bracket moves into the filling position by the force of gravity and the locking element engages the bracket by the force of gravity.
3. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein at least one plate engages the bracket using the force of gravity.
4. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the bracket comprises an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the lower portion is adapted to contact the stack of folded sheets in the dispenser and the upper portion is adapted to be engaged with the locking element.
5. The dispenser according to claim 4, wherein the upper portion of the bracket further comprises at least one slot, said slot being positioned at or near where the locking element engages the bracket, wherein the slot is configured to allow the protrusion on the cover to engage the lock element without engaging the bracket.
6. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the overfill prevention device further comprises a housing, and the housing comprises at least one opening, such that the opening is positioned to allow the projection on the cover to contact the locking element.
7. The dispenser according to claim 6, wherein the cover comprises two or more protrusions and the mounting frame comprise two or more openings.
8. The dispenser according to claim 7, wherein the cover has two protrusions and the housing has two opening that correspond to the two protrusions.
9. The dispenser according to claim 8 wherein the housing has additional openings at or near the openings for the protrusion.
10. The dispenser according to claim 9, wherein the openings have a width or diameter which is less than 7 mm.
11. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the bracket comprises an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the lower portion is adapted to contact the stack of folded sheets in the dispenser and the upper portion is adapted to be engaged with the locking element.
12. The dispenser according to claim 11, wherein the upper portion of the bracket further comprises at least one slot, said slot being positioned at or near where the locking element engages the bracket, wherein the slot is configured to allow the protrusion on the cover to engage the lock element without engaging the bracket.
13. The dispenser according to claim 12, wherein the overfill prevention device further comprises a housing, and the housing comprises at least one opening, such that the opening is positioned to allow the projection on the cover to contact the locking element.
14. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the locking member comprises a plurality of plates.
15. The dispenser according to claim 14, wherein the second end of at least one plate engages the bracket, retaining the bracket in the filling position when the cover is open.
16. A folded sheet dispenser comprising
a. a mounting frame adapted to hold a stack of folded sheets, the mounting frame including a back panel, a bottom portion and a top portion;
b. a cover connected to the mounting frame, the cover having an inside surface which faces the mounting frame and an exterior surface forming the front of the dispenser, the cover having at least one projection extending from the inside surface;
c. a dispensing opening located at or near the bottom portion of the mounting frame;
d. an overfill prevention device located at or near the top portion of the mounting frame, said overfill prevention device comprises
1) a bracket having a first section which is pivotally connected to a housing and an opposite second section, said second section being free to rotate in an arc about the pivotally connected first section, the bracket has filling position and a dispensing position, wherein the bracket is adapted to contact a stack of folded sheets, when the dispenser is filled with a stack of folded sheets;
2) a locking element which engages the bracket and holds the bracket in the filling position when the cover of the dispenser is open and releases the bracket when the cover of the dispenser is closed; and

wherein the projection on the cover engages the locking element as the cover is being closed such that the locking element releases the bracket to allow the bracket move to the dispensing position, wherein the bracket further comprises an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the lower portion is adapted to contact the stack of folded sheets and the upper portion is adapted to be engaged with the locking element, the upper portion also comprises at least one slot positioned at or near where the locking element engages the bracket so that the slot is configured to allow the protrusion on the cover to engage the lock element without engaging the bracket.
