1. A system for augmenting multimedia playback on a mobile device, comprising:
the mobile device, comprising a telecoil transmitter configured to generate an electromagnetic field carrying an audio signal, the mobile device being configured to be operated in a hearing-aid compatible (HAC) voice call mode and a multimedia mode, wherein an audio processing unit of the mobile device is configured to, in the HAC voice call mode, provide a voice call audio signal to the telecoil transmitter for transmission to a hearing aid device and configured to, in the multimedia mode, provide a multimedia audio signal to the telecoil transmitter for transmission to an auxiliary loudspeaker device, wherein the multimedia audio signal is based on multimedia audio content to be played in part by the mobile device; and
the auxiliary loudspeaker device, comprising a telecoil and a loudspeaker, configured to receive the multimedia audio signal via the telecoil and to play a low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the audio processing unit of the mobile device is further configured to apply a filter to the multimedia audio content to obtain the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content; and
wherein the multimedia audio signal consists of the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the multimedia audio signal transmitted to the auxiliary loudspeaker device includes both the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content and a high frequency portion of the multimedia audio content; and
wherein the auxiliary loudspeaker device is configured to apply a filter to the multimedia audio content of the transmitted multimedia audio signal to obtain the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein in the multimedia mode, the audio processing unit of the mobile device is configured to apply a filter to the multimedia audio content to obtain a high frequency portion of the multimedia content; and
wherein the mobile device further comprises a loudspeaker and the mobile device is configured to utilize the loudspeaker to play the high frequency portion of the multimedia audio content.
5. The system according to claim 4, wherein the mobile device comprises two loudspeakers and the mobile device is configured to utilize both loudspeakers to play the high frequency portion of the content of the audio source.
6. The system according to claim 4, wherein the high frequency portion of the multimedia content consists of audio having frequencies higher than approximately 1 kHz.
7. The system according to claim 1, wherein the low frequency portion of the multimedia content consists of audio having frequencies lower than approximately 1 kHz.
8. An apparatus for operating in a hearing-aid compatible (HAC) voice call mode and a multimedia mode, comprising:
a telecoil transmitter; and
an audio processing unit configured to, in the HAC voice call mode, provide a voice call audio signal to the telecoil transmitter for transmission to a hearing aid device and configured to, in the multimedia mode, provide a multimedia audio signal to the telecoil transmitter for transmission to an auxiliary loudspeaker device, wherein the multimedia audio signal is based on multimedia audio content to be played.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the audio processing unit is further configured to filter the multimedia audio content to obtain a low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content; and
wherein the multimedia audio signal consists of the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the low frequency portion of the multimedia content consists of audio having frequencies lower than approximately 1 kHz.
11. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the audio processing unit is configured to filter the multimedia audio content to obtain a high frequency portion of the multimedia content.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises a loudspeaker to play the high frequency portion of the multimedia content.
13. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the high frequency portion of the multimedia content consists of audio having frequencies higher than approximately 1 kHz.
14. An apparatus for operating in a multimedia mode, comprising:
an audio processing unit configured to apply filters to obtain a low frequency portion and a high frequency portion of multimedia audio content to be played;
a loudspeaker configured to play the high frequency portion of the multimedia audio content; and
an audio signal transmission interface configured to transmit the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content to an auxiliary loudspeaker device having an audio signal reception interface corresponding to the audio signal transmission interface.
15. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the audio signal transmission interface and the audio signal reception interface of the auxiliary loudspeaker device communicate using a radiofrequency-based short-range wireless communication protocol.
16. The system according to claim 14, wherein the audio signal transmission interface is a telecoil transmitter.
17. A system for augmenting multimedia playback on a mobile device, comprising:
the mobile device, comprising an audio signal transmission interface and an audio processing unit, wherein the audio processing unit is configured to apply filters to obtain a low frequency portion and a high frequency portion of multimedia audio content to be played in part by the mobile device, wherein the mobile device is configured to play the high frequency portion of the multimedia audio content via a loudspeaker of the mobile device and to transmit the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content via the audio signal transmission interface to an auxiliary loudspeaker device; and
the auxiliary loudspeaker device, comprising an audio signal reception interface and a loudspeaker, the auxiliary loudspeaker device being configured to receive the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content via the audio signal reception interface and to play the low frequency portion of the multimedia audio content via the loudspeaker of the of the auxiliary loudspeaker device.
18. The system according to claim 17, wherein the audio signal transmission interface of the mobile device and the audio signal reception interface of the auxiliary loudspeaker device communicate using a radiofrequency-based short-range wireless communication protocol.
19. The system according to claim 17, wherein the audio signal transmission interface of the mobile device is a telecoil transmitter and the audio signal reception interface of the auxiliary loudspeaker device is a telecoil.
20. The system according to claim 17, wherein the high frequency portion of the multimedia content consists of audio having frequencies higher than approximately 1 kHz; and
wherein the low frequency portion of the multimedia content consists of audio having frequencies lower than approximately 1 kHz.

printing over at least some of said first ink using a second ink, said second ink fluorescing when exposed to ultraviolet light;

2. The method of claim 1 wherein the second ink is printed in a pattern encoding a digital watermark.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein the first, visible, ink forms artwork having second digital data steganographically encoded therein.

transmitting said decoded information to a data structure, together with data associated with said user that is provided by said system;
obtaining corresponding information from said data structure; and
taking an action based at least in part on said corresponding information, wherein said action is personalized in accordance with said individual user through use of said data provided by said system.

obtaining corresponding information related to said decoded information from a data structure; and
taking an action based at least in part on said corresponding information.

presenting said displayed pattern to the system;
wherein the action taken by said system is personalized in accordance with said user.

1) A transfer accessible vehicle for a disabled person comprising:
(A) an electrically powered self-propelled vehicle operated by an attendant and having a chassis having first and second sides;
(B) drive wheels, a steering wheel, a control module operable by said attendant, and a fixed frame secured to said chassis;
(C) a lifting frame carried by said fixed frame;
(D) a chair mount secured to said lifting frame;
(E) a chair for use by said disabled person secured to said chair mount, said chair having a folding arm to permit said disabled person to transfer from a wheelchair to said chair; and
(F) force generation means connected between said chassis and said lifting frame for vertically moving said lifting frame to position said chair at wheelchair height and subsequently at a higher or lower height where said disabled person can transfer from said chair to a desired destination.
2) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 1, wherein said chair mount includes first and second positions for securing said chair, said first position allowing said disabled person to pivot said chair and said second position securing said chair in a non-pivoting position.
3) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 2, which further includes a leg rest pivotally attached to a front portion of said chair, said leg rest extending outwardly as said chair is moved from said wheelchair height to a lower height.
4) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 1, wherein said lifting frame is generally U shaped having first and second arms, said fixed frame further includes first and second guide shafts for said first and second arms.
5) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 2, which in said first position, further includes a circular plate defining a plurality of spaced apart notches extending inwardly from the outer periphery thereof, a locking member extending into one of said notches to prevent pivoting of said chair, and a lever coupled to said locking member and accessible by said disabled person to remove said locking member from said one of said notches to allow said chair to pivot.
6) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 1 wherein said fixed frame includes a first lifting frame guide secured to the first side of said chassis and a second lifting frame guide secured to the second side of said chassis, first and second guide shafts secured within said first and second lifting frame guides, respectively, said lifting frame being coupled to said first and second guide shafts.
7) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 6 wherein said lifting frame guides each include an upper and a lower bearing plate, said first guide shaft being secured to said upper and lower bearing plates of said first lifting frame guide and said second guide shaft being secured to said upper and lower bearing plates of said second lifting frame guide.
8) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 7 which further includes first and second bearings surrounding said first and second guide shafts, respectively, and first and second bearing housings receiving said first and second bearings, said lifting frame being affixed to said first and second bearing housings.
9) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 1 wherein said chair includes first and second arms pivotally secured thereto and movable upwardly to permit said disabled person to have access to said chair from either side thereof.

12) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 11 wherein said control module further includes a switch to activate said means for moving to cause said lifting frame to move either up or down.
13) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 1 wherein said fixed frame and said lifting frame are inclined from the vertical position to permit said vehicle to be positioned adjacent an attraction which includes an obstacle.
14) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 13 which further includes an outrigger affixed to said chassis and contacting the surface on which said vehicle rests to prevent said vehicle from tipping due to the weight of the disabled person being off center.
15) A transfer accessible vehicle as defined in claim 1 wherein said lifting frame and said means for moving said lifting frame are positioned at points relative to said chassis approximately midway between said drive wheels and said steering wheel.

1. A warewashing detergent composition comprising:
(a) between about 5% by weight and 75% by weight of an alkalinity source; and
(b) between about 0.1% by weight and 2.5% by weight of a glass corrosion inhibitor comprising a soluble lithium salt and at least one of a soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt.
2. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, wherein if a soluble aluminum salt is present, the soluble aluminum salt and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble aluminum salt to soluble salt of between about 410:1 and about 1:10, wherein if a soluble silicate salt is present, the soluble silicate salt and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble silicate salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 40:1 and about 1:40, and wherein if a soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt are present, the soluble aluminum salt, the soluble silicate salt, and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble aluminum salt to soluble silicate salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 10:40:1 and about 4:1:40.
3. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, wherein if a soluble aluminum salt is present, the soluble aluminum salt and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble aluminum salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 4:1 and about 1:3, wherein if a soluble silicate salt is present, the soluble silicate salt and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble silicate salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 1:20 and about 1:15; and wherein if a soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt are present, the soluble aluminum salt, the soluble silicate salt, and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble aluminum salt to soluble silicate salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 1:1:17.8 and about 1.08:1:17.7.
4. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the soluble aluminum salt is selected from the group consisting of: sodium aluminate, potassium aluminate, aluminum bromide, aluminum chlorate, aluminum chloride, aluminum iodide, aluminum nitrate, aluminum sulfate, aluminum acetate, aluminum formate, aluminum tartrate, aluminum lactate, aluminum oleate, aluminum bromate, aluminum borate, aluminum potassium sulfate, aluminum lithium sulfate, aluminum phosphate and mixtures thereof.

The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the soluble lithium salt is selected from the group consisting of: lithium hydroxide, lithium chloride, lithium sulfate, lithium nitrate, lithium iodide, lithium thiocyanate, lithium fluorosilicate, lithium dichromate, lithium chlorate, sodium lithiumate, lithium gluconate, lithium acetate, lithium benzoate, lithium citrate, lithium lactate, lithium formate, lithium bromate, lithium bromide, lithium fluoride, lithium fluosilicate, lithium silicate, lithium salicylate and mixtures thereof.
6. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the soluble silicate salt is selected from the group consisting of: lithium metasilicate, sodium metasilicate, potassium metasilicate, sodium orthosilicate, potassium orthosilicate and mixtures thereof.
7. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the warewashing detergent composition comprises between about 0.2% by weight and about 2.0% by weight corrosion inhibitor.
8. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1, further comprising a cleaning agent.
9. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 8, wherein the warewashing detergent composition comprises between about 0.5% by weight and about 20% by weight cleaning agent.
10. The warewashing detergent composition of claim 1 wherein the alkalinity source is selected from the group consisting of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium sesquicarbonate, potassium sesquicarbonate and mixtures thereof.

13. A method for using a warewashing detergent composition, the method comprising:
(a) diluting a warewashing detergent composition with water at a dilution ratio of at least about 20:1 water to warewashing detergent composition to form a use solution, wherein the warewashing detergent composition comprises:
between about 0.5% by weight and about 20% by weight cleaning agent;
(ii) between about 5% by weight and 75% by weight of an alkalinity source;
and
(iii) between about 0.1% by weight and 2.5% by weight of a glass corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion inhibitor comprising a soluble lithium salt and at least one of an soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt; and

(b) washing glassware with the use solution in an automatic dishwashing machine.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the warewashing detergent composition is provided as a solid.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein the alkalinity source is selected from the group consisting: of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate., sodium sesquicarbonate, potassium sesquicarbonate and mixtures thereof.
16. The method of claim 13, wherein the soluble aluminum salt is selected from the group consisting of: sodium aluminate, potassium aluminate, aluminum bromide, aluminum chlorate, aluminum chloride, aluminum iodide, aluminum nitrate, aluminum sulfate, aluminum acetate, aluminum formate, aluminum tartrate, aluminum lactate, aluminum oleate, aluminum bromate, aluminum borate, aluminum potassium sulfate, aluminum lithium sulfate, aluminum phosphate and mixtures thereof.

The method of claim 13, wherein the soluble lithium salt is selected from the group consisting of: lithium hydroxide, lithium chloride, lithium sulfate, lithium nitrate, lithium iodide, lithium thiocyanate, lithium fluorosilicate, lithium dichromate, lithium chlorate, sodium lithiumate, lithium gluconate, lithium acetate, lithium benzoate, lithium citrate, lithium lactate, lithium formate, lithium bromate, lithium bromide, lithium fluoride, lithium fluosilicate, lithium silicate, lithium salicylate and mixtures thereof.
18. The method of claim 13, wherein the soluble silicate salt is selected from the group consisting of lithium metasilicate, sodium metasilicate, potassium metasilicate, sodium orthosilicate, potassium orthosilicate and mixtures thereof.
19. A solid detergent composition formed by the process comprising:
combining a glass corrosion inhibitor with an alkalinity source, wherein the glass corrosion inhibitor comprises soluble lithium salt, at least one of a soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt to form a mixture; and
forming a solid detergent composition from the mixture, wherein the solid detergent composition comprises between 0.1 and 2.5 wt % of the corrosion inhibitor.

21. A use solution for washing glassware, the use solution comprising:
an alkalinity source; and
between about 0.01 ppm and about 300 ppm of a glass corrosion inhibitor comprising a soluble lithium salt and at least one of a soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt;
wherein the use solution has a pH of at least about 8.
22. The use solution of claim 21, wherein if a soluble aluminum salt is present, the soluble aluminum salt and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble aluminum salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 410:1 and about 1:10, wherein if a soluble silicate salt is present, the soluble silicate salt and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble silicate salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 40:1 and about 1:40, and wherein if a soluble aluminum salt and a soluble silicate salt are present, the soluble aluminum salt, the soluble silicate salt, and the soluble lithium salt are present in an amount sufficient to provide a weight ratio of soluble aluminum salt to soluble silicate salt to soluble lithium salt of between about 10:40:1 and about 4:1:40.

The use solution of claim 21, wherein the soluble aluminum salt is selected from the group consisting of: sodium aluminate, potassium aluminate, aluminum bromide, aluminum chlorate, aluminum chloride, aluminum iodide, aluminum nitrate, aluminum sulfate, aluminum acetate, aluminum formate, aluminum tartrate, aluminum lactate, aluminum oleate, aluminum bromate, aluminum borate, aluminum potassium sulfate, aluminum lithium sulfate, aluminum phosphate and mixtures thereof.

The use solution of claim 21, wherein the soluble lithium salt is selected from the group consisting of: lithium hydroxide, lithium chloride, lithium sulfate, lithium nitrate, lithium iodide, lithium thiocyanate, lithium fluorosilicate, lithium dichromate, lithium chlorate, sodium lithiumate, lithium gluconate, lithium acetate, lithium benzoate, lithium citrate, lithium lactate, lithium formate, lithium bromate, lithium bromide, lithium fluoride, lithium fluosilicate, lithium silicate, lithium salicylate and mixtures thereof.
