1. A display device comprising:
a display panel;
a cover glass on an upper surface of the display panel;
a housing member that receives the display panel, and covers lateral and rear sides of the display panel and a lateral side of the cover glass; and
a touch sensing film that seals a gap between the lateral side of the cover glass and the housing member, the touch sensing film adhered to a lower surface of the cover glass.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the touch sensing film includes:
a touch sensor adhered to the lower surface of the cover glass, and supported on the upper surface of the display panel; and
an extending portion for sealing the gap, wherein the extending portion extends from the touch sensor to be longer than the cover glass.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the extending portion extends from the touch sensor, and is bent to cover the lateral side of the display panel, and is adhered to the housing member.
4. The display device according to claim 2,
wherein the touch sensing film includes upper and lower films with sensing electrode lines, the upper and lower films confronting each other and bonded to each other, and
wherein the extending portion extends from at least any one of the upper and low films.
5. The display device according to claim 4, wherein the extending portion extends from each of both lateral sides of the touch sensor to correspond with both long lateral sides of the cover glass.
6. The display device according to claim 2,
wherein the touch sensing film further includes a light-leakage prevention member provided in an inner lateral side of the extending portion confronting the lateral side of the display panel, and
the light-leakage prevention member comprises one of a coating layer coated on the inner lateral side of the extending portion, or a tape adhered to the inner lateral side of the extending portion.
7. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the housing member includes:
a guide panel that supports the display panel;
a rear housing that receives the guide panel therein; and
a lateral housing, combined with a lateral side of the rear housing, that covers respective lateral sides of the guide panel, the display panel and the cover glass.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the extending portion of the touch sensing film is adhered to an inner lateral side of the lateral housing.
9. The display device according to claim 7,
wherein the housing member further includes a support case, wherein the support case includes a support plate, placed onto the rear housing, that supports the guide panel; and a support sidewall, vertically bent from an end of the support plate, that covers the lateral side of the guide panel, and
the extending portion of the touch sensing film is adhered to an external lateral side of the support sidewall.
10. The display device according to claim 9, wherein the extending portion of the touch sensing film extends to cover the support sidewall and a lower edge portion of the support plate, and is adhered to the lower edge portion of the support plate.
11. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the housing member includes:
a guide panel that supports the display panel; and
a housing cover that receives the guide panel therein, and covers respective lateral sides of the guide panel, the display panel and the cover glass.
12. The display device according to claim 11,
wherein the housing member further includes a support case, wherein the support case includes a support plate, placed onto the housing cover, that supports the guide panel; and a support sidewall, vertically bent from an end of the support plate, that covers the lateral side of the guide panel, and
the extending portion of the touch sensing film is adhered to an external lateral side of the support sidewall.
13. The display device according to claim 11, wherein the housing cover includes:
a rear cover that supports the guide panel; and
a lateral cover, vertically bent from the rear cover, that covers respective lateral sides of the guide panel, the display panel and the cover glass,
wherein the extending portion of the touch sensing film is adhered to an inner lateral side of the lateral cover.

1. An eyeglasses case for storing a pair of eyeglasses, comprising:
a first body portion, wherein the first body portion has an open end, a closed end and an elongate cavity between the open end and the closed end for receiving therein the pair of eyeglasses;
a second body portion, wherein the second body portion has a first open end, a second open end and a door mounted adjacent the first open end for closing-off the first open end, wherein the second open end of the second body portion is sized to receive the open end of the first body portion therein; and
an extension extending from the open end of the first body portion towards the door of the second body portion when the open end of the first body portion is received within the second open end of the second body portion;
wherein movement of the first body portion into the second body portion beyond a contact point causes the extension to engage with the door of the second body portion to open the door of the second body portion.
2. The eyeglasses case of claim 1, wherein the door is mounted to the second body portion by a hinge.
3. The eyeglasses case of claim 2, wherein the extension is configured to engage the door adjacent the hinge.
4. The eyeglasses case of claim 3, wherein the door is biased closed by a spring.
5. The eyeglasses case of claim 4, wherein the spring is a torsion spring mounted on the hinge.
6. The eyeglasses case of claim 1, wherein the second body portion includes a stopper and the first body portion includes a slot configured to receive the stopper.
7. The eyeglasses case of claim 6, wherein the stopper and the slot cooperate to provide two movement limits which limit the relative movement between the first body portion and the second body portion.
8. The eyeglasses case of claim 7, wherein a first one of the movement limits permits the door to be fully closed and a second one of the movement limits permits the door to be fully open.
9. The eyeglasses case of claim 8, wherein the door is in an intermediate position between fully open and fully closed when neither of the two movement limits provided by the slot and the stopper have been reached.
10. The eyeglasses case of claim 1, further comprising a clip mounted to at least one of the first body portion and the second body portion.
11. The eyeglasses case of claim 10, wherein the clip is mounted to the second body portion.
12. An eyeglasses case for storing a pair of eyeglasses, comprising:
a first body portion, wherein the first body portion has an open end, a closed end and an elongate cavity between the open end and the closed end for receiving therein the pair of eyeglasses;
a second body portion, wherein the second body portion has a first open end, a second open end and a door mounted adjacent the first open end via a hinge for closing-off the first open end, wherein the second open end of the second body portion is sized to receive the open end of the first body portion therein;
a stopper associated with the second body portion being received by a slot associated with the first body portion; and
an extension extending from the open end of the first body portion towards the door of the second body portion when the open end of the first body portion is received within the second open end of the second body portion;
wherein movement of the first body portion into the second body portion beyond a contact point causes the extension to engage with the door of the second body portion at a position adjacent the hinge to open the door of the second body portion; and
wherein the stopper and the slot cooperate to provide two movement limits which limit the relative movement between the first body portion and the second body portion.
13. The eyeglasses case of claim 12, wherein the door is biased closed by a spring.
14. The eyeglasses case of claim 13, wherein the spring is a torsion spring mounted on the hinge.
15. The eyeglasses case of claim 12, wherein a first one of the movement limits permits the door to be fully closed and a second one of the movement limits permits the door to be fully open.

wherein Z is a heterocycle represented by the formula RkR1N\u2014, wherein Rk and R1 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which each is attached form a monocyclic heterocycle, a bicyclic heterocycle, a monocyclic heteroaryl, or a bicyclic heteroaryl, wherein each group is substituted with 0, 1, 2, or 3 substituents selected from halo, hydroxyl, aryl, and heteroaryl.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein
Z is unsubstituted pyrrolidine or pyrrolidine substituted with fluoro.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the disorder or condition is attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, comprising administering a compound of formula (IIA) in combination with a medication used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.

1. A semiconductor device comprising:
a first conductive type semiconductor substrate;
a first semiconductor region provided on an upper surface of the semiconductor substrate and including a region in which first conductive type first pillar regions and second conductive type second pillar regions, each having a long side in a first direction parallel to the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate, which are alternately arranged in a second direction which is parallel to the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate and which is orthogonal to the first direction;
second conductive type second semiconductor regions provided on surfaces of second pillar regions in an element region in which a semiconductor element is formed so as to be in contact with first pillar regions in the element region;
gate electrodes each provided on parts of adjacent second semiconductor regions and on one of the first pillar regions interposed therebetween with a gate insulating film provided under the gate electrodes;
third semiconductor regions each functioning as a first conductive type source region provided in parts of surfaces of the second semiconductor regions located under side portions of the gate electrodes; and
a second conductive type resurf region which is a part of a terminal region surrounding the element region and which is provided on first pillar regions and second pillar regions in the part of the terminal region,
wherein the widths of the second pillar regions provided from the element region to the terminal region are each set as a first width, and the widths of the first pillar regions provided in the element region and the widths of the first pillar regions connected to the resurf region in the terminal region are each set as a second width,
in first pillar regions which are provided in the terminal region and which are not connected to the resurf region, a first pillar region having a third width smaller than the second width and a first pillar region having a fourth width are alternately arranged in this order in a direction apart from the element region along the second direction, and
in second pillar regions which are provided in the terminal region and which are not connected to the resurf region, adjacent second pillar regions with the first pillar region having a fourth width interposed therebetween are connected to each other with a connection portion composed of a second conductive type semiconductor or a conductor.
2. The semiconductor device according to claim 1,
wherein the fourth width is larger than the second width.
3. The semiconductor device according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein the connection portion includes a second conductive type semiconductor having a concentration higher than that of the resurf region.
4. The semiconductor device according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein the connection portion includes a metal wire.
5. The semiconductor device according to one of claims 1 to 4,
wherein the length of the connection portion and the length of the resurf region are equal to each other in the first direction,
further comprising second conductive type semiconductor regions having an impurity concentration equal to that of the resurf region and provided at two ends of the connection portion in the first direction.
6. The semiconductor device according to one of claims 1 to 5,
wherein the first semiconductor region is a region formed by a process including the steps of forming a plurality of trench grooves in a first conductive type semiconductor layer provided on the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate to form the first pillar regions between the trench grooves and filling a second conductive type semiconductor in the trench grooves by an epitaxial growth to form the second pillar regions.
7. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device comprising the steps of:
forming a first conductive type semiconductor layer on a first conductive type semiconductor substrate;
forming trench grooves in the first conductive type semiconductor layer to form first conductive type first pillar regions between the trench grooves, the grooves each having a long side in a first direction parallel to an upper surface of the semiconductor substrate and being arranged in a second direction which is parallel to the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate and which is orthogonal to the first direction;
filling a second conductive type semiconductor in the trench grooves by an epitaxial growth to form second conductive type second pillar regions;
forming second conductive type second semiconductor regions on surfaces of second pillar regions in an element region in which a semiconductor element is formed so as to be in contact with first pillar regions in the element region;
forming gate electrodes each provided on parts of adjacent second semiconductor regions and on one of the first pillar region interposed therebetween with a gate insulating film provided under the gate electrodes;
forming third semiconductor regions each functioning as a first conductive type source region in parts of the second semiconductor regions located under side portions of the gate electrodes; and
forming a second conductive type resurf region which is a part of a terminal region surrounding the element region on first pillar regions and second pillar regions in the part of the terminal region,
wherein in the step of forming trench grooves, the trench grooves are formed so that the widths of the second pillar regions formed from the element region to the terminal region are each set as a first width, the widths of the first pillar regions formed in the element region and the widths of the first pillar regions connected to the resurf region in the terminal region are each set as a second width, and in first pillar regions which are provided in the terminal region and which are not provided with the resurf region thereon, a first pillar region having a third width smaller than the second width and a first pillar region having a fourth width are alternately arranged in that order in a direction apart from the element region along the second direction, and
in second pillar regions which are formed in the terminal region and which are not connected to the resurf region, adjacent second pillar regions with the first pillar region having a fourth width interposed therebetween are connected to each other by forming a connection portion including a second conductive type semiconductor or a conductor.
