1. A window assembly for a vehicle, said window assembly comprising:
an outer frame portion;
an inner frame portion, said inner frame portion being hingedly attached to said outer frame portion via a hinge portion;
at least one sealing element established along a sealing portion of at least one of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion; and
wherein said outer frame portion is pivoted relative to said inner frame portion and about said hinge portion to a closed position, said outer frame portion being connected to said inner frame portion when in said closed position to secure said at least one sealing element therebetween; and
wherein said outer and inner frame portions comprise polymeric frame portions and wherein said hinge portion comprises a living hinge integrally molded with said outer and inner frame portions.
2. The window assembly of claim 1 further comprising a window panel at said sealing portion of said at least one of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion, said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion cooperating to fixedly retain said window panel relative to said outer and inner frame portions when in said closed position.
3. The window assembly of claim 1, wherein said at least one sealing element is molded with at least one of said outer and inner frame portions.
4. The window assembly of claim 1, wherein each of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion comprises an upper frame portion, a forward frame portion and a rearward frame portion that cooperate to define at least one window opening when said outer and inner frame portions are in said closed position.
5. The window assembly of claim 4, wherein said window opening receives one of a fixed window panel and a movable window panel.
6. A window assembly for a vehicle, said window assembly comprising:
an outer frame portion;
an inner frame portion, said inner frame portion being hingedly attached to said outer frame portion via a hinge portion;
at least one sealing element established along a sealing portion of at least one of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion; and
wherein said outer frame portion is pivoted relative to said inner frame portion and about said hinge portion to a closed position, said outer frame portion being connected to said inner frame portion when in said closed position to secure said at least one sealing element therebetween; and
wherein said outer frame portion is connected to said inner frame portion when in said closed position via a snap connection.
7. A window assembly for a vehicle, said window assembly comprising:
an outer frame portion;
an inner frame portion, said inner frame portion being hingedly attached to said outer frame portion via a hinge portion;
at least one sealing element established along a sealing portion of at least one of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion;
wherein said outer frame portion is pivoted relative to said inner frame portion and about said hinge portion to a closed position, said outer frame portion being connected to said inner frame portion when in said closed position to secure said at least one sealing element therebetween;
wherein each of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion comprises an upper frame portion, a forward frame portion and a rearward frame portion that cooperate to define at least one window opening when said outer and inner frame portions are in said closed position; and
a divider frame portion extending from said upper frame portion and extending between said forward and rearward frame portions, and wherein said upper frame portion, said divider frame portion and said rearward frame portion cooperate to define a fixed window opening for receiving a fixed window panel therein when said outer and inner frame portions are in said closed position, and wherein said upper frame portion, said divider frame portion and said forward frame portion cooperate to define a movable window opening for movably receiving a movable window panel therein when said outer and inner frame portions are in said closed position.
8. The window assembly of claim 7, wherein said at least one sealing element is molded with at least one of said outer and inner frame portions.
9. The window assembly of claim 6 further comprising a window panel at said sealing portion of said at least one of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion, said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion cooperating to fixedly retain said window panel relative to said outer and inner frame portions when in said closed position.
10. The window assembly of claim 6, wherein each of said outer frame portion and said inner frame portion comprises an upper frame portion, a forward frame portion and a rearward frame portion that cooperate to define at least one window opening when said outer and inner frame portions are in said closed position.
11. The window assembly of claim 10, wherein said window opening receives one of a fixed window panel and a movable window panel.
12. The window assembly of claim 6, wherein said at least one sealing element is molded with at least one of said outer and inner frame portions.

1. A crystalline form of 6-carboxy-2-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-benzoxazole meglumine, wherein said crystalline form has a powder X-ray diffraction pattern comprising peaks at diffraction angles (2\u03b8) of 10.7\xb10.2, 11.8\xb10.2, and 13.3\xb10.2.
2. The crystalline form of 6-carboxy-2-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-benzoxazole meglumine of claim 1, wherein said crystalline form has a powder X-ray diffraction pattern further comprising a peak at a diffraction angle (2\u03b8) of 14.8\xb10.2.
3. The crystalline form of 6-carboxy-2-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-benzoxazole meglumine of claim 1, wherein said crystalline form has a powder X-ray diffraction pattern further comprising a peak at a diffraction angle (2\u03b8) of 21.7\xb10.2.

10. The crystalline form of any one of claims 1-3, wherein said form is non-hygroscopic and anhydrous.
11. The crystalline form of any one of claims 1-3, wherein said form is substantially pure.
12. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline form of any one of claims 1-3.
13. A method of treating transthyretin amyloid disease in a mammal, the method comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of the crystalline form of any one of claims 1-3.
