1. A packaging article including a flap for opening and reclosing the packaging article, the packaging article comprising:
a flexible packaging material comprising the flap and a plurality of slits defining at least a portion of a boundary of the flap, wherein the plurality of slits are substantially parallel to and spaced from one another and have a length dimension such that when applying to the flap a tearing force directed substantially perpendicularly to the length dimensions of the plurality of slits the flap can be opened by the tearing force tearing the flexible packaging material between the plurality of slits, wherein the plurality of slits are arranged such that the length dimensions are oriented in a substantially perpendicular direction in relation to the tearing force when opening the packaging article by the flap; and
a label, wherein a first portion of the label is affixed to a portion of the flap, and wherein a second portion of the label is adapted to be repeatedly removably adhered to a portion of the flexible packaging material adjacent the flap such that the flap can be opened and reclosed.
2. The packaging article of claim 1, wherein the packaging article is a ream wrapper.
3. The packaging article of claim 1, wherein a midpoint of the length dimension of each of the plurality of slits is offset from one another.
4. The packaging article of claim 3, wherein the plurality of slits are arranged such that the midpoints of the length dimensions of each of the plurality of slits form a shape comprising an angle or an arc.
5. The packaging article of claim 1, wherein the label covers at least one of the plurality of slits.
6. The packaging article of claim 1, wherein the label covers a majority of the plurality of slits.
7. The packaging article of claim 1, wherein the flexible packaging material comprises a polymer film, a cellulose material, or combinations thereof.
8. The packaging article of claim 1, wherein the flexible packaging material comprises a polymer film having a thickness ranging from 100 gauge to 400 gauge.
9. A method for packaging a product comprising:
providing a packaging article comprising a flexible packaging material, the flexible packaging material comprising a flap and a plurality of slits defining at least a portion of a boundary of the flap, wherein the plurality of slits are substantially parallel to and spaced from one another and have a length dimension such that when applying to the flap a tearing force directed substantially perpendicularly to the length dimensions of the plurality of slits the flap can be opened by the tearing force tearing the flexible packaging material between the plurality of slits, wherein the plurality of slits are arranged such that the length dimensions are oriented in a substantially perpendicular direction in relation to the tearing force when opening the packaging article by the flap;
providing a label, wherein a first portion of the label is affixed to a portion of the flap, and wherein a second portion of the label is adapted to be repeatedly removably adhered to a portion of the flexible packaging material adjacent the flap such that the flap can be opened and reclosed; and
enclosing the product in the packaging article.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein a midpoint of the length dimension of each of the plurality of slits is offset from one another.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of providing the label comprises adhering the label to the flexible packaging material so that the label covers at least one of the plurality of slits.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the product comprises a ream of paper.
13. A wrapped article including a flap for opening and reclosing the wrapped article, the wrapped article comprising:
a ream of paper;
a ream wrapper comprising a flexible packaging material, the flexible packaging material comprising the flap and a plurality of slits defining at least a portion of a boundary of the flap, wherein the plurality of slits are substantially parallel to and spaced from one another and have a length dimension such that when applying to the flap a tearing force directed substantially perpendicularly to the length dimensions of the plurality of slits the flap can be opened by the tearing force tearing the flexible packaging material between the plurality of slits, wherein the plurality of slits are arranged such that the length dimensions are oriented in a substantially perpendicular direction in relation to the tearing force when opening the packaging article by the flap; and
a label, wherein a first portion of the label is affixed to a portion of the flap, and wherein a second portion of the label is adapted to be repeatedly removably adhered to a portion of the flexible packaging material adjacent the flap such that the flap can be opened and reclosed.
14. The wrapped article of claim 13, wherein a midpoint of the length dimension of each of the plurality of slits is offset from one another.
15. The wrapped article of claim 14, wherein the plurality of slits are arranged such that the midpoints of the length dimensions of each of the plurality of slits forms a shape comprising an angle or an arc.
16. The wrapped article of claim 13, wherein the tearing force is substantially directed towards a midpoint of the length dimension of each of the plurality of slits.
17. The wrapped article of claim 13, wherein the label covers at least one of the plurality of slits.
18. The wrapped article of claim 17, wherein the label covers a majority of the plurality of slits.
19. The wrapped article of claim 13, wherein the label provides at least a partial moisture seal when the label is adhered to the portion of the flexible packaging material adjacent the flap before the flap is opened and when the flap is reclosed.
20. The wrapped article of claim 13, wherein the second portion of the label is adapted to be pulled away from the portion of the flexible packaging material adjacent the flap to provide the tearing force.
21. The wrapped article of claim 13, wherein the ream wrapper comprises a polymer film, a cellulose material, or combinations thereof
22. The wrapped ream article of claim 21, wherein the ream wrapper comprises a polymer film having a thickness ranging from 100 gauge to 400 gauge.
23. A method of forming a packaging article comprising:
providing a flexible packaging material having a surface;
forming a plurality of slits defining at least a portion of a boundary of a flap, wherein the plurality of slits are substantially parallel to and spaced from one another and have a length dimension such that when applying to the flap a tearing force directed substantially perpendicularly to the length dimensions of the plurality of slits the flap can be opened by the tearing force tearing the flexible packaging material between the plurality of slits, wherein the plurality of slits are arranged such that the length dimensions are oriented in a substantially perpendicular direction in relation to the tearing force when opening the packaging article by the flap.
24. The method of claim 23, further comprising providing a label, wherein a first portion of the label is affixed to a portion of the flap, and wherein a second portion of the label is adapted to be repeatedly removably adhered to a second portion of the surface adjacent the flap such that the flap can be opened and reclosed.
25. The method of claim 23, wherein the packaging article is a ream wrapper.

I claim:

1. An apparatus for cleaning a toilet having a reservoir tank including a water inlet valve and an overflow pipe, said apparatus comprising:
a container including a top, a bottom and front and back walls forming a chamber;
a diaphragm valve operatively connected to said container, said valve comprising a front housing, a rear housing, and a flexible diaphragm between said front and rear housings;
first and second conduits extending from said front and rear housings respectively in a direction opposite said front and back walls.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said container contains a liquid cleaner.
3. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said diaphragm valve is located within said container and said first and second conduits extend through said front and back walls respectively.
4. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein in said front and rear housings are coupled by mating engagement.
5. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein said rear housing allows said liquid cleaner to enter said diaphragm valve.
6. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said front and rear housings and said flexible diaphragm are substantially circular.
7. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a channel around an outer circumference of said front housing and an O-shaped ring wherein said O-shaped ring is positioned between the front housing and the flexible diaphragm to from a fluid tight seal between said front and rear housings.
8. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the circumference of said flexible diaphragm is crimped between the circumferences of said front and rear housings.
9. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the flexible diaphragm further comprises an outer front surface having a flange extending around a circumference of said front surface.
10. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a mounting device for affixing said apparatus inside said tank.
11. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said second conduit is angled in an upward direction.
12. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a connector tube connected to said first conduit and an injection tube connected to said second conduit.
13. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein at least a portion of said injection tube transverses a holder at the top of the container.
14. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein the injection tube further comprises an inner tube.
15. The apparatus of claim 14 wherein said inner tube is a shorter than said injection tube.
16. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein said injection tube has a first end and a second end and said first end is connected to said second conduit and said second end ejects into said tank.
17. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein said injection tube has a first end and a second end and said first end is connected to said second conduit and said second end extends into said overflow pipe.
18. The apparatus of claim 12 further comprising a hollow T-shaped connector having a first portion substantially opposite a second portion, a third portion substantially perpendicular to the first and second portions, and a fourth portion parallel to said third portion wherein said first portion is connected to an end of said connector tube opposite said diaphragm.
19. The apparatus of claim 18 wherein said second portion is in fluid communication with said inlet valve and said third portion extends into said overflow pipe.
20. The apparatus of claim 19 wherein said fourth portion is in fluid communication with said injection tube.
21. An apparatus for dispensing cleaning fluid in a toilet having a tank, said tank comprising a bleeder valve and a water overflow pipe, said apparatus comprising:
a hollow connector having a first branch in fluid communication with said bleeder valve, a second branch substantially opposite said first branch, a third branch substantially perpendicular to and in fluid communication with the first and second branches; said third branch in fluid communication with said overflow pipe.
a diaphragm valve comprising first and second halves and a flexible diaphragm, said first half and said diaphragm forming a water chamber, said second half and said diaphragm forming a cleaner chamber respectively, said flexible diaphragm having a relaxed open position and a closed position, wherein said water chamber is in fluid communication with said second branch;
a bag containing a liquid cleaner, said liquid cleaner in fluid communication with said cleaner chamber when said flexible diaphragm is in the relaxed position.
22. The apparatus of claim 21 further comprising an injection tube having first and second ends, said first end in fluid communication with said cleaning chamber and said second end ejects in said tank.
23. The apparatus of claim 21 wherein said hollow connector further comprises a fourth branch substantially parallel to said third branch.
24. The apparatus of claim 21 further comprising an injection tube having first and second ends, said first end in fluid communication with said cleaning chamber and said second end ejects in said fourth branch.
25. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 24 wherein said second end of said injection tube is higher in said tank than said diaphragm valve.
26. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 wherein said injection tube further comprises an inner tube thereby reducing the volume of the injection tube.
27. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 26 wherein said inner tube is shorter than said injection tube.
28. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 further comprising a water inlet tube connecting said bleeder valve to said connector.
29. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 further comprising a connector tube connecting said second opening with said water chamber.
30. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 wherein said diaphragm valve is located in said bag.
31. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 wherein said diaphragm has a raised ring around the circumference of said diaphragm; said diaphragm valve has a channel around the circumference of said diaphragm valve, and said ring fits into said channel.
32. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 wherein said diaphragm valve has a channel around the circumference of said diaphragm valve, and the circumference of said diaphragm is affixed in said channel by an o-ring.
33. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 22 wherein said injection tube extends through an opening at the top of said bag.
34. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 22 wherein the length of said injection tube between determines the amount of said cleaner entering said overflow pipe.
35. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 22 wherein the diameter of said injection tube determines the amount of said cleaner entering said overflow pipe.
36. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 21 further comprising a hanger for operatively connecting said to a wall of said toilet tank.
37. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 36 wherein said hanger is positioned so that said diaphragm is located at a bottom end of the bag, and said injection tube runs vertically along said bag, through an exit at a top end of said bag, and into said overflow pipe.
38. The toilet cleaner dispenser of claim 37 wherein said bag hanger is positioned so that said second end of said injection tube is higher than said diaphragm valve in said tank.
39. A method of cleaning a toilet bowl of a tank style toilet, said tank comprising a bleeder valve and an overflow pipe, said method comprising:
providing a liquid cleaner in a bag, said bag further comprising a diaphragm valve including a first chamber, a second chamber, and a flexible diaphragm between said chambers, said flexible diaphragm movable between an open and a closed position in response to a pressure differential caused by water flow, said second chamber in fluid communication with said liquid cleaner when said diaphragm is in the open position;
filling said second chamber with liquid cleaner;
activating a flushing cycle of said toilet;
diverting water from said bleeder valve into said first chamber during said flushing cycle;
filling said first chamber with said diverted water thereby forcing said flexible diaphragm to the closed position and sealing said second chamber from said liquid cleaner;
injecting liquid cleaner from said second chamber into an injection tube when said diaphragm is forced beyond the closed position;
dispensing said cleaning fluid in said tube into said toilet bowl; and
reducing the flow of diverted water into said first chamber thereby returning the flexible diaphragm to the open position and the second chamber into fluid communication with said liquid cleaner.
40. The method of claim 39 further comprising refilling the second chamber with liquid cleaner.
41. The method of claim 39 further comprising mounting said bag inside said tank.
42. The method of claim 39 wherein dispensing the cleaning fluid in said tube into said toilet bowl further comprises injecting said cleaning fluid into said overflow pipe.
43. The method of claim 29 wherein dispensing the cleaning fluid in said tube into said toilet bowl further comprises injecting said cleaning fluid into said tank.
44. The method of claim 39 wherein diverting said flow of water is performed by connecting a first opening of a connector to said water inlet valve, placing a second opening of said connector in said overflow pipe, and connecting a third opening of said connector to said diaphragm valve.
45. The method of claim 39 further comprising the step of manipulating the length of said injection tube to adjust the amount of cleaner dispensed into said overflow pipe.
46. The method of claim 39 further comprising the step of manipulating the diameter of said injection tube to adjust the amount of cleaner dispensed into said overflow pipe.
47. An apparatus for injecting a liquid, comprising:
a container containing a top, a bottom and from and back walls forming a chamber, wherein said container holds said liquid;
a diaphragm valve operatively connected to said container, said valve comprising a front housing, a rear housing, and a flexible diaphragm between said front and rear housing;
first and second conduits extending from said front and rear housings respectively in a direction opposite said front and back walls.
48. The apparatus of claim 47 wherein said front and rear housing are coupled by mating engagement.
49. The apparatus of claim 47 wherein said rear housing allows said liquid to enter the diaphragm valve.
50. The apparatus of claim 47 wherein said from and rear housing and said flexible diaphragm are substantially circular.
51. The apparatus of claim 50 wherein the circumference of said diaphragm is crimped between the circumferences of said front and rear housings.
52. The apparatus of claim 49 further comprising a connector tube connected to said first conduit and an injection tube connected to said second conduit.
53. The apparatus of claim 52 wherein said injection tube further comprises an inner tube.
54. The apparatus of claim 53 wherein said inner tube is shorter than said injection tube.

1. A one-use dispensing device for separately storing, dispensing, and applying proportional amounts of two substances, comprising:
a pair of spaced apart flexible receptacles disposed on a flat flexible thin web for each substance, each of said receptacles including a flat edge portion having an outlet therein;
a fold line extending over the flat flexible thin web and disposed equidistant between the receptacles;
wherein each of the receptacles has a circular base and a flat circular upper surface, wherein a diameter of the upper surface is smaller than a diameter at the base;
wherein said device being foldable about said fold line so that the receptacles are superimposed;
a pair of rupturable outlets each having a weakened region and an inlet, and each being in fluid communication with a respective one of said pair of receptacle outlets;
wherein a tear line extends in between and separates each one of said pair of inlets and respective one of said pair of receptacle outlets;
wherein said receptacle outlets converge towards the fold line; and
wherein said receptacles include indicia indicating where a thumb and forefinger of a user should be positioned to allow for substantially complete evacuation of the receptacle through the receptacle outlet;
whereby when the device is folded about said fold line, said receptacle outlets and said rupturable outlets are superposed, respectively, for dispensing and mixing the substances when the receptacles are squeezed; and
whereby the device is configured to be manipulated by a user in a one-handed operation to dispense the two substances.
2. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said receptacles are disposed such that one of said receptacles on one side of the fold line is a transposed mirror image of the other receptacle on the other side of the fold line and said receptacles are substantially equidistant from the fold line.
3. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said device comprises two flexible laminae positioned adjacent one another and sealed together so as to define said two receptacles.
4. A dispensing device as defined in claim 3, wherein the laminae are selected from a group comprising foil, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate and foil coated with polypropylene.
5. A dispensing device as defined in claim 3, wherein each of the laminae are composed of different materials.
6. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein upon said substances being squeezed from said device and meeting, said substances undergo a chemical or physical reaction.
7. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein one of said two receptacles contains an epoxy and the other of said two receptacles contains a hardener.
8. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the receptacles contain foodstuffs.
9. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the receptacles contain materials selected from a group comprising pharmaceuticals, other liquids, pastes and gels used in medical or dental work.
10. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said device is adapted to be folded and manipulated by a user in a one-handed operation such that said receptacle outlets are easily aligned and said substances contained within said receptacles are simultaneously dispensed, mixed and proportionately applied.
11. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said outlets are positioned at or adjacent to the side edges of the dispensing device.
12. The dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein the two substances are epoxy and a hardener.
13. A dispensing device as defined in claim 12, wherein said device is adapted to be folded and manipulated by a user in a one-handed operation such that the receptacle outlets are easily aligned and the epoxy and hardener are simultaneously dispensed, mixed and proportionately applied.
14. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said receptacle outlets are disposed such that one of said receptacle outlets on one side of the fold line is a transposed mirror image of the other outlet on the other side of the fold line and said receptacle outlets are substantially equidistant from the fold line of fold, whereby the substances are dispensed and mixed when the receptacles are squeezed.
15. A dispensing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the receptacles are approximately 7.5 mm in radius at their base and approximately 5 mm at their top.

For obstructing migration of particulates and precipitation between a perimeter of a pipe stickpipeline passage through a wall of a pipe fusion chamber and circumferential surfaces of pipe stickspipelines of various diameters within a selected range of diameters to be passed therethrough, a seal comprising:
a frame contiguous with a perimeter of the passage and defining an opening therein; and
a plurality of sheets of cloth each having an inner edge and an outer edge, each of said inner edges, with said plurality of sheets of cloth taken together in overlapping serial relationship about a perimeter of said opening and covering said opening, overlapping an anticipated center axis of a pipe stickpipeline to be passed through said opening;
said inner edge of each said sheet of cloth being at least twice as long as a distance across said opening taken along its respective inner edge in its pipe stickpipeline center axis overlapping condition;
said outer edge of each said sheet of cloth being pleated and fixed to said frame and said inner edge of each said sheet of cloth being gathered on an elastic band;
each said elastic band having a free state length equal to its respective distance across said opening and being elastically stretchable to said length of its respective said inner edge, ends of each of said elastic bands being fixed to said frame at points determining said length thereof;
whereby, when a face of a pipe stickpipeline to be passed through the seal is aligned on said anticipated center axis and pushes said plurality of sheets of cloth away from said frame, said pleats and said elastic band cooperate to allow said inner edges of said plurality of sheets of cloth to slide over the face and hug substantially the entire outer circumference of the pipe stickpipeline.
2. A seal according to claim 1, said opening in said frame being at least half again as great as a greatest diameter of the range.
3. A seal according to claim 2, said inner edge of each said piece of cloth being at least twice as long as a distance across said opening taken along its respective inner edge in its pipe stickpipeline center axis overlapping condition.
4. A seal according to claim 1, said opening being polygonal.
5. A seal according to claim 1, said opening being orthogonal.
6. A seal according to claim 1, said opening being square.
7. A seal according to claim 6, said square opening having sides of length approximately 1.5 times an outer diameter of a largest diameter pipe to be passed through the chamber.
8. A seal according to claim 6, said plurality of sheets of cloth comprising four rectangular sheets of cloth having a length approximately twice said length of said opening sides and a width greater than half said length of said opening sides by approximately a quarter of a smallest pipe diameter to be passed through said chamber.
9. A seal according to claim 8, each of said plurality of sheets of cloth having pleats at spaces variably symmetrically distant from a center of a long edge thereof.
10. A seal according to claim 9, each of said plurality of sheets of cloth having its pleated edge fastened to a different side of said frame and having ends of its elastic band fixed to opposite sides of said frame with said band substantially parallel to its respective pleated edge and its short edges fully extended on their respective opposite sides of said frame.
11. A seal according to claim 10, opposite ones of said plurality of sheets of cloth overlapping each other by approximately half of an outer diameter of a smallest diameter pipe to be passed through the chamber.

A seal according to claim 11, said pleat spaces, an elasticity of said elastic bands and said opposite sheet overlaps being coordinated to permit said gathered edges of said sheets to hug a circumference of a pipe within a range of said largest and smallest outer diameters centrally disposed between said gathered edges.
