What is claimed is:

1. An accommodation bag wherein it comprises, an outer bag and one or more accommodation bags which have independent spaces from the outer bag and are yet accommodated in the outer bag.
2. An accommodation bag described in claim 1, wherein at least one of the accommodation bags is made capable of outflowing an inside liquid by heating.
3. An accommodation bag described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer bag is equipped with a vapor releasing hole.
4. An accommodation bag described in either of claim 1 to claim 3, wherein a boiled water releasing hole is equipped on the bottom face of the outer bag.
5. An accommodation bag described in either of claim 1 to claim 4, wherein the accommodation bags are capable of passing the boiled water through.
6. An accommodation bag described in either of claims to 1 to 5, wherein at least one of the bags accommodates a liquid and a heating means for heating the liquid thereof.
7. An accommodation bag described in either of claim 1 to claim 6, wherein the vapor releasing hole is sealed by a member being equipped with a vapor blow out time adjusting function.
8. An accommodation bag described in claims 1 to 7, wherein the vapor releasing hole is formed integrally with an expansion free display means for displaying an inside pressure of the outer bag, depending on the degree of expansion.
9. An accommodation bag described in claim 1 to claim 8 wherein the heating means is installed in a sealed container being sheltered from the inside of the accommodation bag in a manner that at least two kinds of materials, which generate a heat by chemical reaction, are separately stored so as to be mixed by an outer pressure.

A mounting system to attach a fairing or other structure to a trailer or chassis comprising one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly, or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or a load to be carried by the chassis, the mounting system comprising:
a bracket secured to the chassis or trailer, said bracket comprising
a strut having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut rigidly secured, directly or indirectly, to the chassis or trailer and the outer portion thereof secured to the structure to be mounted,
wherein the inner portion of the strut is rotatably fastened to the outer portion of the strut.
2. A chassis or trailer comprising:
one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly, or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or an intermodal container to be carried by the chassis; and
a side fairing panel secured to the trailer or chassis proximate to such gap, the side fairing panel having an edge proximate to the bottom of the trailer, or proximate to the plane defined by the bottom of an intermodal container when mounted on such chassis,
wherein the side fairing panel is secured to the trailer or chassis by a strut having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut rigidly secured to the trailer or chassis, the outer portion secured to the side fairing panel, and
wherein the inner portion of the strut is rotatably fastened to the outer portion of the strut, thereby permitting the side fairing panel to deflect in the vertical direction in response to a correspondingly oriented force component.
3. The chassis or trailer according to claim 2, further comprising biasing means for urging the side fairing panel to return to its undeflected orientation upon removal of the force component.
4. A chassis or trailer comprising:
one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or an intermodal container to be carried by the chassis; and
a side fairing mounting system comprising a side fairing panel secured to the trailer or chassis proximate to such gap, the side fairing panel comprising an upper sub-panel having an edge and a lower sub-panel, the edge of the upper sub-panel proximate to the bottom of the trailer or the plane defined by the bottom of an intermodal container when mounted on such chassis,
wherein the lower sub-panel of the side fairing panel is secured to the trailer or chassis by one or more strut(s) having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut(s) rigidly secured to the trailer or chassis, the outer portion secured to the side fairing panel, and
wherein the upper sub-panel of the fairing is rotatably or flexibly mounted to the lower sub-panel such that the upper sub-panel will move away upon impact.
5. The chassis or trailer according to claim 4, further comprising biasing means for urging the upper sub-panel towards its pre-impact position.
6. The chassis or trailer according to claim 4, wherein the side fairing panel includes two or more horizontal panels joined together directly or indirectly such that the multiple panels function as a single aerodynamic panel.
7. A chassis or trailer comprising:
one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or a load to be carried by the chassis; and
a side fairing mounting system comprising a side fairing panel secured to the trailer or chassis proximate to such gap,
the side fairing panel comprising an upper sub-panel having an edge and a lower sub-panel, the edge of the upper sub-panel proximate to the bottom of the trailer or the plane defined by the bottom of an intermodal container when mounted on such chassis,
wherein the lower sub-panel of the side fairing panel is secured to the trailer or chassis by a strut having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut rigidly secured to the trailer or chassis, the outer portion secured to the side fairing panel, and
wherein the upper sub-panel is made of an elastic material which will flex upon impact and return to substantially or completely to its original position after impact.
8. The chassis or trailer according to claim 7, wherein the side fairing panel includes two or more horizontal panels joined together directly or indirectly such that the multiple panels function as a single aerodynamic panel.
9. A chassis or trailer comprising:
one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or a load to be carried by the chassis; and
a mounting system comprising a side fairing panel secured to the trailer or chassis proximate to such gap, the side fairing panel comprising an upper sub-panel having an edge and a lower sub-panel, the edge of the upper sub-panel proximate to the bottom of the trailer or the plane defined by the bottom of an intermodal container when mounted on such chassis,
wherein the lower sub-panel of the side fairing panel is secured to the trailer or chassis by a strut having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut rigidly secured to the trailer or chassis, the outer portion secured to the side fairing panel, and
wherein the upper sub-panel is made of a flexible multi-part material which will flex upon impact and return to substantially or completely to its original position after impact.
10. The chassis or trailer according to claim 9, wherein the side fairing panel includes two or more horizontal panels or sections joined together directly or indirectly such that the multiple panels function as a single aerodynamic panel.
11. A mounting system to attach a fairing or other structure to a trailer or chassis, the mounting system comprising:
a bracket secured to the chassis or trailer, said bracket comprising
a strut having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut rigidly secured, directly or indirectly, to the chassis or trailer and the outer portion thereof secured to the structure to be mounted,

wherein an inner portion of the strut is rotatably fastened to an outer portion of the strut.
12. The mounting system according to claim 11, wherein the trailer or chassis comprises one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or load to be carried by the chassis.
13. A chassis or trailer according to claim 4, wherein the side fairing comprises two or more horizontal panels joined together directly or indirectly such that the multiple panels function as a single aerodynamic panel, and the combined panels comprise the upper sub-panel having the edge and the lower sub-panel.
14. A chassis or trailer according to claim 7, wherein the side fairing comprises two or more horizontal panels joined together directly or indirectly such that the multiple panels function as a single aerodynamic panel, and the combined panels comprise the upper sub-panel having the edge and the lower sub-panel.
15. A chassis or trailer according to claim 9, wherein the side fairing panel comprises two or more horizontal panels joined together directly or indirectly such that the multiple panels function as a single aerodynamic unit, and the combined panels comprise the upper sub-panel having the edge and the lower sub-panel.
16. A mounting system to attach a fairing or other structure to be mounted to a trailer or chassis comprising one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or load to be carried by the chassis, the mounting system comprising:
a bracket secured to the chassis or trailer, said bracket comprising
a cantilevered strut having a first portion and an second portion, the first portion of the strut rigidly secured, directly or indirectly, to the chassis or trailer and the second portion thereof secured to the structure to be mounted, wherein the strut is elastic, thereby permitting the structure to be mounted to deflect in the vertical direction in response to a correspondingly oriented force component, and then return to its undeflected orientation upon removal of the force component.
17. A chassis or trailer comprising:
one or more generally longitudinal structural beams and bogie wheels attached thereto, either directly or indirectly via a bogie wheel mounting assembly, the longitudinal beam(s) generally oriented in the direction of travel, and the chassis or trailer when placed on a road surface defining a spatial gap forward of the wheel set between the road surface and the bottom of the trailer or an intermodal container to be carried by the chassis; and
a side fairing system comprising a side fairing panel secured to the trailer or chassis proximate to such gap, the side fairing panel having an edge proximate to the bottom of the trailer or the plane defined by the bottom of an intermodal container when mounted on such chassis,
wherein the side fairing panel is secured to the trailer or chassis by one or more strut(s) having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion of the strut(s) rigidly secured to the trailer or chassis, the outer portion secured to the side fairing panel, and
wherein the strut is elastic, thereby permitting the side fairing panel to deflect in the vertical direction in response to a correspondingly oriented force component, and then return to its undeflected orientation upon removal of the force component.
