1. A foldable portable stadium chair that folds between a collapsed position for carrying and an open position for seating, said foldable portable stadium chair comprising:
a. an adjustable base member engageable with and securable to a bleacher bench, said adjustable base member being manufactured from a first predetermined material and having a first predetermined size and a first predetermined shape;
b. a chair frame coupled to said adjustable base member and having at least a portion thereof movable towards and away from said adjustable base member;
c. a chair back coupled to a substantially vertical portion of said chair frame, said chair back being manufactured from a second predetermined material and having a second predetermined size and a second predetermined shape; and
d. a hammock style chair seat coupled to a substantially horizontal portion of said chair frame, said chair seat being manufactured from a third predetermined material and having a third predetermined size and a third predetermined shape.
2. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1 wherein at least one arm rest is operably connected to said chair frame, said at least one arm rest being manufactured from a fourth predetermined material and having a fourth predetermined size and a fourth predetermined shape.
3. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 2, wherein said at least one arm rest includes a cup holder.
4. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1, wherein said adjustable base member includes at least one first locking mechanism for use in securing said adjustable base member to a bleacher bench.
5. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 4, wherein at least one second locking mechanism is coupled to said chair frame for locking said chair back into a generally upright position.
6. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1, wherein a carrying means is operably connected to said chair frame at a predetermined location thereon.
7. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1, wherein said adjustable base member is releasably securable to a bleacher bench measuring between about 10\u2033 to 14\u2033 inches in width.
8. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1, wherein at least one fastening means is secured to and disposed on said chair frame at a predetermined location thereon for securing said chair frame to said adjustable base member when said foldable portable stadium chair is in a closed position.
9. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 8, wherein said at least one fastening means is a hook and loop type fastening means.

11. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 19 wherein upon said chair back reaching said generally upright position said first locking mechanism automatically secures said adjustable base to such bleacher bench.
12. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 19 wherein said means for automatically opening said foldable portable stadium chair is at least one of a shock mechanism, a spring mechanism, and a combination shock and spring mechanism.
13. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 19 wherein said means for automatically opening said foldable portable stadium chair is a fluid pressure shock mechanism.
14. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 2 wherein said at least one armrest is padded.
15. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1 wherein at least one cushion is attached to at least one of said chair back and said chair seat.
16. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1 wherein said foldable portable stadium chair is water resistant.
17. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1 wherein said chair seat is a hammock style seat.
18. A foldable portable stadium chair, according to claim 1 wherein said adjustable base is telescoping.
19. A foldable portable stadium chair that folds between a collapsed position for carrying and an open position for seating, said foldable portable stadium chair comprising:
a. an adjustable base member engageable with and securable to a bleacher bench, said adjustable base member being manufactured from a first predetermined material and having a first predetermined size and a first predetermined shape;
b. a chair frame coupled to said adjustable base member and having at least a portion thereof movable towards and away from said adjustable base member;
c. a chair back coupled to a substantially vertical portion of said chair frame, said chair back being manufactured from a second predetermined material and having a second predetermined size and a second predetermined shape;
d. a chair seat coupled to a substantially horizontal portion of said chair frame, said chair seat being manufactured from a third predetermined material and having a third predetermined size and a third predetermined shape; and
e. a means operably connected to said chair frame for automatically opening said foldable portable stadium chair such that said foldable portable stadium chair will automatically open from a closed position wherein said chair back is in a substantially parallel position to said chair seat to an open position wherein said chair back is in a generally upright position substantially perpendicular to said chair seat.

1. A conveyor belt comprising:
a body rubber extending in a longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt;
a plurality of tension bodies that extend in the longitudinal direction of the belt, are disposed in a width direction of the belt, and are embedded in the body rubber; and
a reinforcement layer that extends in the longitudinal direction of the belt and is embedded in at least one of portions within the body rubber, which is located between the tension bodies and each of top surface and bottom surfaces of the body rubber,
wherein the belt is rounded in the width direction of the belt so that side end sections of the body rubber overlap on an upper side in a vertical direction to form a pipe-shaped section extending in the longitudinal direction of the belt, and an object to be carried is accommodated therein,
the reinforcement layer is formed in which a plurality of fabric members extending in the longitudinal direction of the belt are continuously provided in the width direction of the belt,
the side end sections of the fabric members among the fabric members, which are adjacent to each other in the width direction of the belt are connected to each other to form a fabric joint section, and
the fabric joint section is disposed on the inner side in the width direction of the belt rather than the both side end sections in the body rubber, and is disposed on an intermediate section that includes the center in the width direction of the belt.
2. A pipe conveyor comprising:
the conveyor belt according to claim 1; and
a belt support device that has a plurality of idlers disposed around a pipe axis on the outer side of the pipe-shaped section in the radial direction, and supports the pipe-shaped section by bring the idlers into contact with the pipe-shaped section from the outer side in the radial direction.
3. The pipe conveyor according to claim 2,
wherein the intermediate section of the body rubber is a section of the body rubber that is located between the intermediate section boundaries separated from the center in the width direction of the belt to both outer sides in the width direction of the belt, by the same distance as the size in the width direction of the belt of the side end section of the body rubber.
