1. An in-line skate comprising:
a sole plate having wheel frames connected to an underside thereof and wheels rotatably connected to the wheel frames, two elongated first slots longitudinally defined through the sole plate;
a rear portion of vamp connected to a connection wall on the sole plate;
a toe part having two elongated second slots longitudinally defined therethrough and a front portion of vamp connected to the toe part, the toe part connected to a top of a front end of the sole plate, and
two adjusting members extending through the second slots in the top part and the first slots in the sole plate.
2. The in-line skate as claimed in claim 1, wherein each adjusting member includes a rod and a quick-release lever is pivotably connected to a lower end of the rod, each of the quick-release levers having a cam head which is pivotably connected to the rod.
3. The in-line skate as claimed in claim 2, wherein the quick-release levers are located at the underside of the sole plate.
4. The in-line skate as claimed in claim 1, wherein an indication mark is marked on a side of the sole plate and the top part has size numbers on an outer periphery thereof, the indication mark pointed at one of the size numbers.
5. The in-line skate as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the adjusting members includes a bolt which is connected to a nut which is located at the underside of the sole plate.

1. A pet feeder comprising:
a) a base portion including a bowl,
b) a lid portion defining a reservoir, and
c) a passageway connecting the reservoir and the bowl,
wherein the base portion and the lid portion are connected by a hinge such that the lid portion can be pivoted towards the base portion, to assume a closed position, and
wherein the base portion and the lid portion are shaped complementarily such that, when the lid portion is in the closed position, the base portion and lid portion abut each other in a non-nesting relationship, and wherein the base portion and lid portion together define a compact structure having a generally rectangular cross-section.
2. The pet feeder of claim 1, wherein the bowl is integrally formed in the base portion.
3. The pet feeder of claim 1, wherein the hinge includes a detent which allows the lid portion to retain an open position relative to the base portion.
4. The pet feeder of claim 1, wherein the lid portion includes a cut-out comprising a handle, such that the pet feeder can be manually carried by the handle when the lid portion is in the closed position.
5. The pet feeder of claim 1, wherein the lid portion includes a recess which is capable of being manually gripped so as to open the lid portion.
6. The pet feeder of claim 1, further comprising a groove formed in the base portion, the groove communicating with an edge of the base portion and providing a path for liquid to flow out of the bowl when the pet feeder is transported.
