1. A coating composition comprising a hydroxy group-containing film forming polymer with a hydroxy value between 75 and 300 mg KOHg solid resin, a polyisocyanate compound, and a diol of the general formula HO\u2014CH2\u2014CR(C2H5)\u2014CH2\u2014OH, wherein R is an alkyl group having 3-8 carbon atoms.
2. The coating composition according to claim 1, wherein R is n-butyl.
3. The coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy group-containing film forming polymer is a hydroxy group-containing polyacrylate.
4. The coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the diol is present in the coating composition in an amount of 1 to 25% by weight, based on the weight of the hydroxy group-containing film forming polymer.
5. The coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises less than 500 gl of volatile organic solvent based on the total composition.
6. A coating composition comprising a hydroxy group-containing film forming polymer with a hydroxy value between 75 and 300 mg KOHg solid resin, a polyiaccyanate compound, and a diol of the general formula HO\u2014CH2\u2014CR(C2H5)\u2014CH2\u2014OH, wherein R is an alkyl group having 3-6 carbon atoms and further comprising a polyester or polyurethane having units derived from the diol.
7. A method of coating which comprises applying a coating composition according to claim 1 to a substrate.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the coating composition is applied by spraying it on a substrate.
9. The method according to claim 7, further comprising curing the coating composition at temperatures between 0 and 80\xb0 C.
10. A coated substrate wherein the substrate is applied according to the method of claim 7.
11. A coated substrate according to claim 10, wherein the substrate is an automobile or a large transport vehicle, such as trains, buses, and airplanes.
12. The coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the coating composition is a clearcoat composition.
13. A method of coating, which comprises applying a clearcoat composition according to claim 12 to the surface of a basecoat.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the clearcoat composition is applied by spraying it onto the surface of a basecoat.
15. The method according to claim 13, further comprising curing the coating composition at temperatures between 0 and 80\xb0 C.
16. A coated substrate wherein the substrate is applied according to the method of claim 13.
17. A coated substrate according to claim 16, wherein the substrate is an automobile or a large transport vehicle, such as trains, buses, and airplanes.

1. A touch panel device comprising:
a touch area arranged at the middle portion of a transparent substrate; and
a plurality of transducers arranged at a peripheral portion of the touch area, the transducer including a film-like piezoelectric element and two electrodes for excitation or reception of a surface acoustic wave, wherein
at least one of the two electrodes of the transducer for excitation is a comb-like electrode including a plurality of comb-like electrode fingers and a linear bus electrode to which one end of each of the plural comb-like electrode fingers is connected, and
when dividing the transducer into two areas equally in the length direction of the bus electrode, at least one connection portion for one of the two electrodes is disposed in one of the two areas, while at least one connection portion for the other electrode is disposed in the other area.
2. The touch panel device according to claim 1, wherein two connection portions are provided for each of the two electrodes, and the connection portions are disposed in one area and the other area for each of the two electrodes.
3. The touch panel device according to claim 1, wherein the transducer includes the comb-like electrode that is formed on one surface of the piezoelectric element and a plate electrode that is formed on the other surface of the piezoelectric element so as to be opposed to the comb-like electrode,
a wiring electrode is provided at the outer side of each of the comb-like electrode and the plate electrode in parallel with the comb-like electrode or the plate electrode, and
each of the wiring electrodes is connected to the bus electrode or the plate electrode at the two connection portions.
4. The touch panel device according to claim 2, wherein the transducer includes the comb-like electrode that is formed on one surface of the piezoelectric element and a plate electrode that is formed on the other surface of the piezoelectric element so as to be opposed to the comb-like electrode,
a wiring electrode is provided at the outer side of each of the comb-like electrode and the plate electrode in parallel with the comb-like electrode or the plate electrode, and
each of the wiring electrodes is connected to the bus electrode or the plate electrode at the two connection portions.
5. The touch panel device according to claim 1, wherein the transducer includes the comb-like electrode that is formed on one surface of the piezoelectric element and a plate electrode that is formed on the other surface of the piezoelectric element so as to be opposed to the comb-like electrode, and
a resistance of the bus electrode per unit length is equal to a resistance of the plate electrode per unit length.
6. The touch panel device according to claim 2, wherein the transducer includes the comb-like electrode that is formed on one surface of the piezoelectric element and a plate electrode that is formed on the other surface of the piezoelectric element so as to be opposed to the comb-like electrode, and
a resistance of the bus electrode per unit length is equal to a resistance of the plate electrode per unit length.
7. The touch panel device according to claim 1, wherein the connection portion disposed in one area and the connection portion disposed in the other area are arranged at positions that divide a length of the transducer into three substantially equally.
8. The touch panel device according to claim 2, wherein the connection portion disposed in one area and the connection portion disposed in the other area are arranged at positions that divide a length of the transducer into three substantially equally.
