1. A document processing system comprising:
a control system;
a document imaging device, controlled by the control system, the document imaging device configured to create digital images of documents;
an image analyzing device, controlled by the control system, the image analyzing device configured to analyze the digital images created by the document imaging device;
a document receiving apparatus, controlled by the control system, the document receiving apparatus configured to receive the imaged documents in a plurality of pockets; and
an operator override device configured to allow manual input into the control system to override the analysis of the image analyzing device.
2. The document processing system of claim 1, further comprising an image display device controlled by the control system and configured to display images of documents.
3. The document processing system of claim 1, further comprising at least one status annunciator device, controlled by the control system, wherein the status annunciator device indicates system status.
4. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the status annunciator device is used to indicate whether or not a particular document receiving apparatus contains any documents with associated images of an unacceptable quality.
5. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the image analyzing device determines, based on defined image quality standards, whether a particular image is acceptable or unacceptable.
6. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the operator override device comprises a keyboard.
7. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the operator override device comprises at least one button.
8. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the operator override device allows operator selection of a document’s image quality.
9. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the operator override device operates using a computer system communicatively connected to the control system.
10. The document processing system of claim 1, wherein the control system includes a computer system.
11. A document processing system for creating images of documents conforming to defined image quality standards and using system operator intervention and override to decrease processing time, wherein the system comprises: means for controlling the various components of the system;
means for imaging documents;
means for automatically analyzing images to decide, based on defined image quality standards, whether an image is acceptable or unacceptable;
means for temporarily storing imaged documents;
means for allowing a system operator to override automatic image quality analysis decisions.
12. The document processing system of claim 11, further comprising means for displaying images to the system operator.
13. The document processing system of claim 11, further comprising means for indicating system status to the system operator.

1. A valve comprising a housing formed with a downstream port and an upstream port, with an axially displaceable plunger biased into sealing engagement of a major flow path extending between said downstream port and said upstream port for admitting flow only in the upstream direction; said plunger being formed with a normally closed minor flow path for admitting flow only in a downstream direction.
2. A valve according to claim 1, wherein the plunger constitutes a major check valve admitting flow from a downstream chamber to an upstream chamber associated with the downstream port and the upstream port, respectively; and there is a normally closed minor check valve fitted on the plunger, admitting flow from said upstream chamber to said downstream chamber.
3. A valve according to claim 1, wherein flow in both directions extends coaxially between the ports of the valve, along a single path.
4. A valve according to claim 2, wherein the minor check valve is in the form of one or more apertures formed in a tubular portion of the plunger, fitted with a deformable resilient sealing sleeve normally sealing said apertures.
5. A valve according to claim 2, wherein the minor check valve is in the form of one or more apertures formed in an end portion of the plunger, fitted with a deformable resilient sealing cover layer normally sealing said apertures.
6. A valve according to claim 1, wherein a resilient annular sealing member is mounted on a sealing rim of the plunger for sealing engagement with a seating shoulder of the housing.
7. A valve according to claim 4, wherein a sealing sleeve of the minor check valve is integral with the annular sealing member of the major check valve.
8. A valve according to claim 1, wherein an upstream side of the major check valve has a cross section larger then the downstream side thereof, to thereby allow flow at substantially high flow rate in the upstream direction.
9. A valve according to claim 1, wherein the plunger is biased into its normally closed position by a spring, one end of which bears against a portion of the housing and an other end of which bears against the plunger, said spring being supported over a support stem or a support seat.
10. A valve according to claim 1, comprising only one moving part.
11. A valve according to claim 1, comprising a maximum of 6 components.
12. A valve according to claim 1, being a fuel valve for fitting intermediate a Vehicle’s fuel tank and the vehicle’s fuel vapor system.
13. A valve according to claim 1, wherein a coiled spring biases the plunger into its normally closed position, said spring being packed by a housing closure member supporting an end of the spring, said closure member is snap fitted to the housing.
14. A valve according to claim 13, wherein the closure member is axially adjustable with respect to the housing so as to adjust the biasing force of the biasing spring, to thereby adjust the pressure threshold required to open the major flow path.
15. A valve according to claim 14, wherein the closure member is screw coupled to the housing, to thereby facilitate axial displacement of the closure member with respect to the housing.
16. A two way valve comprising a housing fitted with a single, axially displaceable plunger constructing a major flow path and a minor flow path; both said flow paths being normally closed; said major flow path extending between a sealing rim of said plunger and a corresponding seating shoulder of the housing; said minor flow path being in the form of one or more apertures formed in a tubular portion of the plunger, fitted with a deformable resilient sealing sleeve normally sealing said apertures, wherein the major flow path opens at a first predetermined pressure threshold and the minor flow path opens at a second pressure threshold, said second pressure threshold being substantially lower than said first pressure threshold.
17. A fuel valve comprising a housing formed with a cylindrical major flow path extending between a downstream port and an upstream port thereof; a plunger is biased into sealing engagement with a seating shoulder of the housing formed at said major flow path; and the plunger is formed with a tubular section formed with one or more apertures normally sealed by a resilient sleeve mounted on said tubular section, said apertures constituting a minor flow path in direction from the upstream port to the downstream port of the valve.
