1. A peroral powder delivery device to deliver a unit dose of a peroral powder through an oral cavity in which
a capsule holder for holding a capsule that contains a peroral powder and loading the capsule, the capsule holder is attached into a body so as to be capable of advancing into and retracting from the inside of the body in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the capsule held by the capsule holder,
the body has a cutter blade for cutting both ends of the capsule when it advances into the body while being held by the capsule holder and making holes on both ends of the capsule, and a first air passageway having a connection port in communication with a hole made on one end of the capsule when the capsule is loaded in the body and a second air passageway having a connection port in communication with a hole made on the other side of the capsule,
the first air passageway has an inhaling port for inhaling the peroral powder in the capsule,
the second airpassageway has a suction valve which opens by the suction force or inhalation force from the inhaling port to introduce air into the capsule, and
the suction valve has a disciform poppet that protrudes from the connection port of the second air passageway and advances from the hole of the capsule in communication with the connection port to the inside of the capsule when the valve is opened,
wherein the distance between the connection port of the first air passageway and the connection port of the second air passageway is set shorter than the length of the capsule after the both ends have been cut by the cutter blade,
such that both ends of the capsule loaded therebetween are urged by peripheral edges of both of the connection ports.
2. A peroral powder delivery device according to claim 1, wherein
the capsule is held in a recessed groove formed on the capsule holder, as being slidable in the longitudinal direction of the capsule, and
a positioning guide is disposed for sliding the capsule that advances into the body being held by the capsule holder in the longitudinal direction and for guiding both ends of the capsule to be cut by the cutter blade such that both ends of the capsule situate at predetermined positions.
3. A peroral powder delivery device according claim 2, wherein
the diameter of the holes made to both ends of the capsule by the cutter blade is set to a size substantially identical with or larger than the opening diameter for each of the connection ports in communication with the hole.
4. A peroral powder delivery device according to claim 2, wherein
the cutter blade comprises a pair of blades secured in parallel with each other with the blade tips being directed in the direction opposing to the advancing direction of the capsule that advances into the body being held by the capsule holder,
the positioning guide comprises a pair of protrusions, and a pocket is formed between the cutter blade and the protrusion as the positioning guide for discharging cut ends of the capsule cut by the blade.
5. A peroral powder delivery device according to claim 1, wherein
a mixer chamber is formed in the first air passageway for generating a turbulent flow to the air inhaled from the inhaling port thereby finely separating and dispersing grains of the peroral powder inhaled together with air from the inside of the capsule.

2. A method comprising:
receiving, at a computing device from a first device remote from the computing device, one or more first digests;
determining whether one or more second digests and the one or more first digests are derived from matching content, wherein the one or more second digests originate from a second device remote from the computing device;
storing the matching content in response to determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content; and
sending, to the first device, the matching content associated with the first device upon request from the first device.
3. The method of claim 2,
wherein the one or more first digests are derived from one or more first frames, respectively, and the one or more second digests are derived from one or more second frames, respectively, and
wherein the one or more first frames comprise timestamps that match the one or more second frames, respectively.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises determining that a first segment, represented by the one or more first digests, overlaps with a second segment, represented by the one or more second digests.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises determining that a subset of a series of the one or more first digests matches a subset of a series of the one or more second digests.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises determining that the one or more first digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a first advertisement and the one or more second digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a second advertisement different from the first advertisement.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises determining that the one or more first digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a first content different from the matching content and the one or more second digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a second content different from the first content and the matching content.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises determining that multiple consecutive digests of the one or more first digests match multiple consecutive digests of the one or more second digests.
9. The method of claim 2,
wherein the receiving the one or more first digests comprises receiving, at a network recorder, the one or more first digests over a wide area network, and
wherein the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises determining that a number of the one or more first digests that match the one or more second digests exceeds a threshold.
10. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
prior to the storing, selecting the first device and sending a request to the first device requesting at least a first portion of the matching content in response to determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the selecting the first device comprises:
determining that a first transmission speed associated with the first device is faster than a second transmission speed associated with the second device, or
determining that a first bandwidth associated with the first device is greater than a second bandwidth associated with the second device.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
prior to the storing, selecting the second device and sending a second request to the second device requesting a second portion of the matching content in response to determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content, wherein the second portion of the matching content is different from the first portion of the matching content.
13. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving, from the second device, at least a portion of the matching content; and
in response to the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content, instructing the second device to stop a transmission of the matching content to the computing device.
14. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
instructing the second device to stop recording the matching content in response to the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content.
15. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
instructing the second device to delete a locally stored copy of the matching content in response to the determining that the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content.
16. The method of claim 2,
wherein the one or more first digests are derived from a portion of the matching content before the matching content is completely transmitted to the first device, and
wherein receiving the one or more first digests comprises receiving the one or more first digests before the matching content is completely transmitted to the first device.
17. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the one or more first digests and the one or more second digests are derived from the matching content comprises comparing the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests until a number of the one or more first digests that match the one or more second digests exceeds a threshold.
18. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
storing, in a first file associated with the first device, a first pointer to the matching content; and
storing, in a second file associated with the second device, a second pointer to the matching content.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
storing, in the first file, a third pointer to first content received from the first device; and
storing, in the second file, a fourth pointer to second content received from the second device, wherein the second content is different from the first content.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the sending the matching content associated with the first device comprises sending the matching content with the first content.
21. The method of claim 19, further comprising:
sending, to the second device, the matching content with the second content.
22. A method, comprising:
comparing, by a computing device, one or more first digests associated with a first device with one or more second digests associated with a second device to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content;
storing an instance of the matching content in response to determining that the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content; and
sending, to the first device, the matching content associated with the first device upon request from the first device.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the one or more first digests are derived from one or more pieces of the matching content at one or more points in time, respectively.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein the one or more first digests are generated by performing an MD5 message-digest algorithm.
25. The method of claim 22, wherein the one or more first digests are derived from one or more motion vectors detected from the content.
26. The method of claim 22, wherein the one or more first digests are derived from one or more images obtained by reducing a resolution of images of the content.
27. The method of claim 22,
wherein the one or more first digests are derived from one or more first frames, respectively, and the one or more second digests are derived from one or more second frames, respectively, and
wherein the one or more first frames comprise timestamps that match the one or more second frames, respectively.
28. The method of claim 22, wherein the comparing that the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content comprises determining that a first segment, represented by the one or more first digests, overlaps with a second segment, represented by the one or more second digests.
29. The method of claim 22, wherein the comparing that the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content comprises determining that a subset of a series of the one or more first digests matches a subset of a series of the one or more second digests.
30. The method of claim 22, wherein the comparing that the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content comprises determining that the one or more first digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a first advertisement and the one or more second digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a second advertisement different from the first advertisement.
31. The method of claim 22, wherein the comparing that the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content comprises determining that the one or more first digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a first content different from the matching content and the one or more second digests represent at least a portion of the matching content and at least a portion of a second content different from the first content and the matching content.
32. The method of claim 22, wherein the comparing that the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content comprises determining that multiple consecutive digests of the one or more first digests match multiple consecutive digests of the one or more second digests.
33. The method of claim 22, further comprising:
receiving, at a network recorder, the one or more first digests over a wide area network, and
wherein the comparing that the one or more first digests with the one or more second digests to determine whether the first device and the second device have requested to record matching content comprises determining that a number of the one or more first digests that match the one or more second digests exceeds a threshold.
34. A method, comprising:
determining, by a computing device, whether a first device and a second device have indicated a request to record matching primary content by comparing one or more first content identifiers from the first device with one or more second content identifiers from the second device;
storing an instance of the primary content in response to determining that the one or more first content identifiers match the one or more second content identifiers;
storing first supplemental content in association with the first device; and
sending, to the first device, the primary content and the first supplemental content upon request from the first device for the primary content.
35. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
storing second supplemental content in association with the second device; and
sending, to the second device, the primary content and the second supplemental content upon request from the second device for the primary content.
36. The method of claim 35, wherein the first supplemental content comprises first advertising content and the second supplemental content comprises second advertising content different from the first supplemental content.
37. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
sending a request to a selected one of the first device or the second device to send the primary content to the computing device in response to the determining that the first device and the second device have indicated a request to record matching primary content,
wherein the determining that the first device and the second device have indicated a request to record matching primary content comprises determining that a percentage of the one or more first content identifiers that match the one or more second content identifiers exceeds a threshold.
38. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
prior to the storing the instance of the primary content, selecting the first device and sending a request to the first device requesting at least a first portion of the primary content in response to the determining that the first device and the second device have indicated a request to record matching primary content.
39. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
instructing the second device to stop recording the primary content in response to the determining that the first device and the second device have indicated a request to record matching primary content.
40. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
storing, in a first file associated with the first device, a first pointer to the primary content; and
storing, in a second file associated with the second device, a second pointer to the primary content.
41. The method of claim 34, further comprising:
storing, in the first file, a third pointer to a first advertisement received from the first device; and
storing, in the second file, a fourth pointer to a second advertisement received from the second device, wherein the second advertisement is different from the first advertisement.
