1. A method for applying a graphic effect in an electronic device, the method comprising:
receiving an input of a filling line that indicates attribute information of a graphic effect to be applied to at least a partial area of an image displayed in a screen;
identifying an attribute of the received filling line; and
applying the graphic effect corresponding to the identified attribute of the filling line to at least the partial area of the image.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the applying of the graphic effect comprises at least one of:
applying a brightness effect to at least the partial area of the image; and
applying a gradation effect to at least the partial area of the image.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the identifying of the attribute of the filling line comprises at least one of:
identifying a density of the filling line;
identifying a color of the filling line; and
identifying a slope of the filling line.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the applying of the brightness effect to at least the partial area of the image comprises applying a different brightness corresponding to the identified density of the filling line; and
wherein the applying of the gradation effect comprises receiving an input of at least two filling lines each having different colors than each other, and applying the gradation effect by changing the color based on a boundary of the at least two filling lines.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
identifying an object from the image; and
receiving a selection of a specific object from the image,
wherein the applying of the graphic effect to at least the partial area of the image comprises applying the graphic effect corresponding to the filling line only to the selected specific object.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an input of another filling line from an area displayed with a text;
identifying an attribute of the other filling line; and
applying a graphic effect corresponding to the identified attribute of the other filling line to the text.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
dividing an area according to an outline of the received filling line; and
applying the graphic effect to the divided area.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the applying of the graphic effect is performed when a predefined command is input after receiving the input of the filling line, or is automatically performed after a predetermined time elapses if the filling line is input in the state of activating a graphic effect apply mode.
9. An apparatus for applying a graphic effect in an electronic device, the apparatus comprising:
a display unit configured to display an image;
an input unit configured to input a filling line that indicates attribute information of a graphic effect to be applied to at least a partial area of the image; and
a control unit configured to identify an attribute of the input filling line, and to apply the graphic effect corresponding to the attribute of the filling line to at least the partial area of the image.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the graphic effect comprises at least one of a brightness effect and a gradation effect.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the control unit identifies the attribute of the filling line by using at least one of a density, a color, and a slope of the filling line.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the control unit applies a different brightness corresponding to the identified density of the filling line, and wherein the control unit is configured to apply a gradation effect by changing a color based on a boundary of at least two filling lines if an input of the at least two filling lines respectively having different colors is received.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the control unit is configured to receive a selection of a specific object from the image, and to apply the graphic effect corresponding to the filling line only to the selected specific object if the selection of the specific object is received from the image.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the control unit is configured to apply, if the filling line is input on a text included in the image, the graphic effect corresponding to the identified attribute of the filling line to the text.
15. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the control unit is configured to divide an area according to an outline of the received filling line, and to apply the graphic effect to the divided area.

11. A process for preparing human relaxin-2 having the following amino acid sequence:
an A chain having SEQ ID NO:1 wherein the first residue Glu is a pyroglutamic acid and
a B chain having SEQ ID NO:2;
comprising the following steps:
providing the amino acids necessary for the synthesis of the A and B chains with protective groups, wherein the cysteines are employed as trityl-protected amino acids (L-Cys(Trt)-OH);
effecting a chromatographic purification of the individual chains A and B after the solid state synthesis;
followed by the simultaneous folding and combination of the individual chains A and B in ammonium hydrogencarbonate buffer at pH 7.9 to 8.4; and
subsequent purification of the relaxin-2 formed.
12. The process according to claim 11, wherein the following amino acid derivatives are employed:
Fmoc-L-Ala-OH, Fmoc-L-Arg(Pbf)-OH, Fmoc-L-Asn(Trt)-OH, Fmoc-L-Asp(OtBu)-OH, Fmoc-L-Glu(OtBu), Fmoc-L-Cys(Trt), Fmoc-L-Gln(Trt), Fmoc-L-Glu(OtBu)-OH, L-pGlu-OH, Fmoc-Gly-OH, Fmoc-L-His(Trt), Fmoc-L-Ile-OH, Fmoc-L-Leu-OH, Fmoc-L-Lys(Boc)-OH, Fmoc-L-Met-OH, Fmoc-L-Phe-OH, Fmoc-L-Ser(tBu)-OH, Fmoc-L-Thr(tBu)-OH, Fmoc-L-Trp(Boc), Fmoc-L-Tyr(tBu)-OH, and Fmoc-L-Val-OH.
13. The process according to claim 11 wherein a resin support preloaded with serine as the C-terminal, an Fmoc-protected TentaGel R-PHP, is employed for the synthesis of the B chain.
14. The process according to claim 11 wherein a resin support preloaded with Fmoc-L-Cys(Trt) as the C-terminal is employed for the synthesis of the A chain.
15. A medicament comprising human relaxin-2 obtained by the process of claim 11.
16. The medicament according to claim 15 in a lyophilized form with an excipient.
17. The medicament according to claim 16, reconstituted in aqueous solutions.
18. The medicament according to claim 15, encapsulated in liposomes.
19. The medicament according to claim 18, in an aqueous solution containing relaxin-2 encapsulated in liposomes, or in an of ointment containing relaxin-2 encapsulated in liposomes.
20. A method of treating a disease comprising synthesizing Relaxin-2 and administering the Relaxin-2 for the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic and renal systems, for pulmonary hypertension, cardiorenal syndrome, renal fibrosis or hepatic fibrosis;
for the treatment of acute heart failure or chronic heart failure, for diastolic heart failure, or for myocardial hypertrophy;
for treatment of diabetes, for treatment of a consecutive disease that results from diabetes, for renal andor cardiac damage occurring in diabetes mellitus; or
for treatment of proliferative and inflammatory cardiovascular diseases, for growth of endothelium andor blood vessels, or for a peripheral artery occlusive disease.
