1. An integrated circuit chip termination structure suitable for making a wire bond over one or more active brittle surface areas of a chip, wherein the integrated circuit chip termination structure comprises:
a bond pad on a surface of the integrated circuit chip;
a conductive bump disposed on the bond pad; and
a wire having a terminal end bonded to the conductive bump, wherein the conductive bump comprises a size configured to spread a compressive force against the surface of the integrated chip during fabrication over an area sufficient to effectively reduce chip damage during fabrication.
2. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 1, where the conductive bump is formed from a metal.
3. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 1, where the conductive bump includes a conductive adhesive.
4. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 2, where the metal comprises tin.
5. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 2, where the metal comprises a solder alloy.
6. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 2, where metal comprises copper.
7. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 2, where metal comprises nickel.
8. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 7, where the nickel metal is plated with a wire bondable metal.
9. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 8, where the metal is from the group of noble metals on the periodic chart of elements that includes gold.
10. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 1, where the chip termination structure comprises transient liquid phase bonding elements.
11. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 1, where the chip termination structure comprises solder.
12. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 1, where the chip termination structure comprises adhesive bonding.
13. The integrated circuit chip termination of claim 1, where the terminal end of the wire comprises a coined ball having micro asperities configured to increase a bond strength.

1. A computer readable medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to:
create a copy of a first purchase document when a request to modify the first purchase document is received, wherein the copy of the first purchase document is a second purchase document;
receive modifications for the second purchase document;
request approval of the modifications of the second purchase document;
receive approval of the modifications of the second purchase document; and
integrate the modifications of the second purchase document into the first purchase document;
wherein the first purchase document remains active at least after the second purchase document is created and before the receiving approval.
2. The computer readable medium of claim 1, wherein when the first purchase document is active, the first purchase document can be executed.
3. The computer readable medium of claim 2, wherein the first purchase document can be executed by validating a product and an invoice received from a supplier using the first purchase document.
4. The computer readable medium of claim 2, wherein the first purchase document can be executed to track a shipment of a product using the first purchase document.
5. The computer readable medium of claim 1, wherein the integrate comprises replacing the first purchase document with the second purchase document, wherein the second purchase document is set to be active.
6. The computer readable medium of claim 1, wherein the integrate comprises replacing content of the first purchase document with corresponding modifications of the second purchase document, wherein the first purchase document remains active before and after replacing the content.
7. The computer readable medium of claim 1, wherein the modifications of the second purchase document includes modifications to at least one of: buyer information, supplier information, product information, and delivery date information.
8. The computer readable medium of claim 1, wherein the first purchase document can be executed by a first entity and a second entity.
9. The computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein when the modifications of the second purchase document is by the first entity, approval of the modifications of the second purchase document is requested from an approving entity of the first entity.
10. The computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein when the modifications of the second purchase document is by the first entity, acceptance of the modifications of the second purchase document is requested from the second entity.
11. An apparatus, comprising:
a creating module configured to create a copy of a first purchase document when a request to modify the first purchase document is received, wherein the copy of the first purchase document is a second purchase agreement;
a receiving module configured to receive modifications for the second purchase document;
a requesting module configured to request approval of the modifications of the second purchase document;
wherein the receiving module is configured to receive approval of the modifications of the second purchase document; and
an integrating module configured to integrate the modifications of the second purchase document into the first purchase document;
wherein the first purchase document remains active at least after the second purchase document is created and before the approval is received.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein when the first purchase document is active, the first purchase document can be executed for at least one of: validating a product received from a supplier, validating invoice received from a supplier, and tracking shipment of a product using the first purchase document.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the integrate comprises replacing content of the first purchase document with corresponding modifications of the second purchase document, wherein the first purchase document remains active before and after replacing the content.
15. A computer implemented method, comprising:
creating a copy of the of the first purchase document when a request is received to modify the first purchase agreement, wherein the copy of the first purchase document is a second purchase document;
receiving modifications for the second purchase document;
requesting approval of the modifications of the second purchase document;
receiving approval of the modifications of the second purchase document; and
integrating the modifications of the second purchase document into the first purchase document;
wherein the first purchase document remains active at least after the requesting approval and before the receiving approval,
wherein when the first purchase document is active, the first purchase document can be executed.
16. The computer implemented method of claim 15, wherein the first purchase document can be executed by validating a product and an invoice received from a supplier.
17. The computer implemented method of claim 15, wherein the integrating comprises replacing content of the first purchase document with corresponding modifications of the second purchase document, wherein the first purchase document remains active before and after replacing the content.
