33. A method for preventing a copying of contents for a wireless communication device, which wireless communications device is provided with identification information, the method comprising:
forming at least one content component from the contents;
supplementing said at least one content component with at least one data structure;
defining information associated with the at least one content component into the data structure;
forming at least one content packet;
supplementing said at least one content packet with said at least one content component with which said at least one data structure is supplemented;
defining copy protection information on the at least one content packet; and
storing said at least one content packet.
34. The method according to claim 33 comprising supplementing the at least one content packet with at least one data structure in which information associated with a content packet and information associated with content component in the at least one content packet is defined.
35. The method according to claim 33 comprising storing the at least one content component as separate files.
36. The method according to claim 33 comprising including at least two separate content components into at least one content packet.
37. The method according to claim 36 comprising defining common copy protection information for all said separate content components.
38. The method according to claim 36 comprising defining separate copy protection information for each said separate content component.
39. A method for loading a content packet, which is provided with copy protection information, to a wireless communication device, which is provided with identification information, the method comprising:
selecting a content packet for loading;
comparing the copy protection information of the content packet with the identification information of the wireless communication device, and
loading the content packet to the wireless communication device, if the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content packet matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.
40. The method according to claim 39, the content packet comprising separate files, wherein the method comprises combining the separate files of the content packet at the loading stage, for loading into the wireless communication device.
41. The method according to claim 39, content packet comprising at least two separate content components and common copy protection information for all said separate content components, wherein loading the content packet comprises loading all the separate content components of the content packet if the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content packet matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.
42. The method according to claim 39, the content packet comprising at least two separate content components and separate copy protection information for each said separate content component, wherein
comparing the copy protection information comprises comparing copy protection information of each content component of the content packet with the identification information of the wireless communication device; and
loading the content packet comprises loading only such content components of the content packet for which the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content component matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.
43. A method for preventing a copying of contents for a wireless communication device, which wireless communications device is provided with identification information, the method comprising:
forming at least one content component from the contents;
supplementing said at least one content component with at least one data structure;
defining information associated with the content component into the data structure;
forming at least one content packet;
supplementing said at least one content packet with said at least one content component with which said at least one data structure is supplemented;
defining copy protection information on the content packet;
storing said content packet;
selecting the content packet for loading;
comparing the copy protection information of the content packet with the identification information of the wireless communication device; and
loading the content packet to the wireless communication device, if the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content packet matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.
44. A content packet server comprising:
means for forming at least one content component of contents for a wireless communication device;
means for supplementing said at least one content component with at least one data structure;
means for defining information associated with the at least one content component into the at least one data structure;
means for forming at least one content packet;
means for supplementing said at least one content packet with said at least one content component with which said at least one data structure is supplemented; and
means for defining copy protection information on the content packet.
45. The content packet server according to claim 44 comprising:
means for storing said at least one content packet; and
means for loading said at least one content packet into the wireless communication device.
46. The content packet server according to claim 45, in which the content components are stored as separate files, wherein the content packet server comprises means for combining content components belonging to a content packet with the content packet, for loading into the wireless communication device.
47. The content packet server according to claim 44 comprising means for encrypting the at least one content component.
48. The content packet server according to claim 44 comprising means for searching content packets.
49. A content packet server comprising:
means for receiving a content packet comprising at least one content component of contents for a wireless communication device, said at least one content component supplemented with at least one data structure, and said data structure comprising information associated with the at least one content component;
means for defining copy protection information on the content packet;
means for storing said content packet; and
means for loading said content packet into the wireless communication device.
50. A content packet server according to claim 49 comprising:
means for selecting the content packet for loading;
means for receiving identification information of the wireless communication device;
means for comparing the copy protection information of the content packet with the identification information of the wireless communication device, and
means for utilizing the content packet by the wireless communication device, if the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content packet matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.
51. A device comprising:
means for receiving a content packet comprising at least one content component of contents, said at least one content component supplemented with at least one data structure, and said data structure comprising information associated with the content component;
means for comparing the copy protection information of the content packet with the identification information of the wireless communication device, and
means for utilizing the content packet by the wireless communication device, if the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content packet matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.
52. A wireless communication device comprising:
means for receiving a content packet comprising at least one content component of contents, said at least one content component supplemented with at least one data structure, and said data structure comprising information associated with the content component;
means for comparing the copy protection information of the content packet with the identification information of the wireless communication device, and
means for utilizing the content packet by the wireless communication device, if the comparison indicates that the copy protection information of the content packet matches with the identification information of the wireless communication device.

What is claimed is:
1. An actuator unit comprising:
a motor;
a cylindrical worm for connection to the motor;
a worm wheel engaged with the cylindrical worm and supported by a first shaft, said worm wheel being rotated in a first direction and in a second direction opposite to the first direction by power of the motor;
a return spring for holding the worm wheel in a neutral position;
an output gear arranged to be rotated integrally with the worm wheel around the first shaft; and
a rotational lever supported by a second shaft in parallel with the first shaft and displaceable between a first position and a second position, said rotational lever having a toothed portion engaged with the output gear;
wherein said output gear has a first motor side gear means, a second motor side gear means, and a third motor side gear means;
wherein said first, second and third motor side gear means are shifted each other in an axial direction of the first shaft;
wherein said toothed portion has a first lever side gear means engageable only with the first motor side gear means, a second lever side gear means engageable only with the second motor side gear means, and a third lever side gear means engageable only with the third motor side gear means;
wherein said toothed portion is arranged such that it does not rotate the output gear when the rotational lever is rotated from the first position to the second position or vise versa while the worm wheel is located in the neutral position.
2. An actuator unit according to claim 1, wherein when said worm wheel is located in the neutral position, said first motor side gear means has a gear tooth which can overlap with a rotational locus of the first lever side gear means but cannot be pushed out by rotation of said rotational lever from the first position to the second position or vise versa.
3. An actuator unit according to claim 2, wherein when said worm wheel is located in the neutral position, said second and third motor side gear means have no gear tooth which can overlap with a rotational locus of the second and third lever side gear means, respectively.
4. An actuator unit according to claim 1, wherein said first motor side gear means comprises one gear tooth, and said second motor side gear means comprises two gear teeth, and said third motor side gear means comprises two gear teeth.
5. An actuator unit according to claim 1, wherein said first lever side gear means comprises two gear teeth, and said second lever side gear means comprises one gear tooth, and said third lever side gear means comprises one gear tooth.
6. An actuator unit according to claim 1, wherein said first motor side gear means comprises one gear tooth, and said second motor side gear means comprises two gear teeth, and said third motor side gear means comprises two gear teeth, and wherein said first lever side gear means comprises two gear teeth, and said second lever side gear means comprises one gear tooth, and said third lever side gear means comprises one gear tooth.
7. An actuator unit according to claim 1, further comprising;
a housing having a base case and a cover case fixed to the base case, said housing accommodating the motor, the cylindrical worm, the worm wheel, the return spring and the rotational lever;
an output lever located on the outside of the housing and coupled to the rotational lever through an output shaft which passes through the cover case;
wherein said output shaft has a T-head on one end thereof;
wherein said cover case has an shaft hole for allowing the T-head to pass therethrough;
wherein said rotational lever has a recess with which the T-head is engaged.
8. An actuator unit according to claim 1, further comprising a housing for storing the motor, the cylindrical worm, the worm wheel, the return spring, and the rotational lever; wherein said housing is inflectional on a circular arc shape.
9. An actuator unit comprising:
a housing having a base case and a cover case fixed to the base case;
a motor accommodated in the housing;
a rotational lever accommodated in the housing and rotateable between a first position and a second position by the motor; and
an output lever located on the outside of the housing and coupled to the rotational lever through an output shaft which passes through the cover case;
wherein said output shaft has a T-head on one end thereof;
wherein said cover case has an shaft hole for allowing the T-head to pass therethrough;
wherein said rotational lever has a recess with which the T-head is engaged.
10. An actuator unit according to claim 9, wherein said T-head is brought into contact with an inner surface of the cover case so as not to be left off the housing in the state where said cover case is fixed to the base case.
11. An actuator unit comprising:
a motor;
a cylindrical worm attached to a motor shaft of the motor;
a worm wheel engaged with the cylindrical worm and supported by a first shaft, said worm wheel being rotated in a first direction and in a second direction opposite to the first direction by power of the motor;
a rotational lever supported by a second shaft in parallel with the first shaft and displaceable between a first position and a second position by a rotational force of the worm wheel; and
a housing for storing the motor, the cylindrical worm, the worm wheel, and the rotational lever;
wherein said housing is inflectional on a circular arc shape.
12. An actuator unit according to claim 11, wherein said motor shaft and said cylindrical worm are aligned along a reference straight line, said first shaft is arranged on a first area with respect to the reference straight line as a boundary and said second shaft is arranged on a second area opposite to the first area.
13. An actuator unit according to claim 12, wherein said housing has a hollow portion located beside the motor on the first area and located on an additional line, in parallel with the reference straight line, passing through the first shaft.
14. An actuator unit according to claim 11, wherein said cylindrical worm is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft.
15. An actuator unit according to claim 14, wherein said rotational lever extends from the second shaft to the first shaft passing over the cylindrical worm.
