1. A board game, comprising:
a plurality of game pieces;
a plurality of reward cards; and
a game board, comprising:
a travel path on the game board, said travel path comprising a plurality of instruction spaces;
a plurality of hidden cache spaces; and
a plurality of open cache spaces, wherein one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces and one of said plurality of open cache spaces are associated with one of said plurality of game pieces,
wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction spaces comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
2. The board game of claim 1, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction spaces comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
3. The board game of claim 2, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction spaces comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
4. The board game of claim 3, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction spaces comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
5. The board game of claim 2, further comprising a plurality of instruction cards, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction cards comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces, and at least one of said plurality of instruction cards comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
6. The board game of claim 7, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
7. The board game of claim 6, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
8. The board game of claim 6, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces, and if no reward card is present in said open cache space, to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with said game piece.
9. The board game of claim 2, further comprising a plurality of question cards comprising a question and a correct answer to the question, wherein a player who provides the correct answer to the question is entitled to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces the player is using.
10. The board game of claim 2, further comprising a plurality of question cards comprising a question and a correct answer to the question, wherein a player who provides the correct answer to the question is entitled to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces the player is using.
11. The board game of claim 2, further comprising a plurality of question cards, wherein said plurality of game pieces comprise bird indicia, said plurality of reward cards comprise food indicia, and said plurality of question cards comprise trivia related to birds.
12. A method of playing a board game that comprises a plurality of game pieces, a plurality of reward cards, and a game board that comprises a travel path on the game board, said travel path comprising a plurality of instruction spaces, a plurality of hidden cache spaces, and a plurality of open cache spaces, wherein one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces and one of said plurality of open cache spaces are associated with one of said plurality of game pieces, the method comprising:
beginning a turn with one of said plurality of game pieces at a first instruction space;
advancing said game pieces along said travel path until said game piece has moved a predetermined number of spaces and lands on a second instruction spaces, said second instruction spaces comprising directions to interact with one of said plurality of game cards;
interacting with one of said plurality of game cards, wherein at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces other than one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with said game piece; and
ending said turn.
13. The method of playing the board game of claim 12 further comprising, removing one of said plurality of reward cards from said open cache space if one of said plurality of reward cards is present in said open cache space.
14. The method of playing the board game of claim 12, wherein at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces other than one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with said game card, and if no reward card is present in said open cache space, to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of closed cache spaces that is associated with said open cache space, the method further comprising removing a reward card from said closed cache space.
15. A board game related to birds, comprising:
a plurality of game pieces comprising bird indicia;
a plurality of reward cards comprising food indicia; and
a game board, comprising:
a travel path on the game board, the travel path comprising a plurality of instruction spaces and at least one start space;
a plurality of hidden cache spaces; and
a plurality of open cache spaces, wherein one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces and one of said plurality of open cache spaces are associated with one of said plurality of game pieces,
wherein the instruction spaces comprise directions that relate to a behavior of birds.
16. The board game related to birds relating to birds of claim 15, wherein at least one of said plurality of instruction spaces comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces and at least one of said plurality of instruction spaces comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
17. The board game relating to birds of claim 16, further comprising a plurality of game cards comprising a plurality of instruction cards and a plurality of question cards.
18. The board game relating to birds of claim 17, wherein at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces, and at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to add one of said plurality of reward cards to one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with one of said plurality of game pieces.
19. The board game relating to birds of claim 18, wherein at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces that is associated with the game piece, and if no reward card is present in said open cache space, to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that is associated with said game piece.
20. The board game relating to birds of claim 19, wherein at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of open cache spaces that corresponds with one of said plurality of game pieces, and at least one of said plurality of game cards comprises directions to remove one of said plurality of reward cards from one of said plurality of hidden cache spaces that corresponds with one of said plurality of game pieces.

1. An inspection device comprising:
a storage means for storing image data obtained by imaging a specimen,
a display means for displaying said image data and an operation button,
an input means for receiving an operation by said operation button, and
a computer for classifying said image data according to a classification category, wherein
said computer controls said display means so as to display
a category hierarchy display area being capable of displaying said classification category of said specimen and a user category (sub class) arbitrarily and selectively set corresponding to said classification category,
a first display area being capable of displaying plurality of said image data corresponding to said classification category selected by said category hierarchy display area, and
a second display area being capable of displaying plurality of said image data corresponding to said user category selected by said category hierarchy display area, and
said computer receives a moving operation of said image data from said first display area to said second display area from said input means, and stores said user category in an area where said image data is moved as that of said image data.
2. An inspection device according to claim 1, wherein
said second display area displayed on said display means by said computer is capable of displaying plurality of said image data corresponding to said user category selected by said hierarchy display area.
3. An inspection device according to claim 1, wherein
said computer controls said display means so as to display a third display area for displaying an enlarged image of said image data by receiving said image data selectively displayed on said first display area through said input means.
4. An inspection device according to claim 2, wherein
said enlarged image comprises a right side view, a left side view and a front view of said specimen.
5. An inspection device according to claim 1, wherein
said computer controls said display means so as to sequentially display a system category display control MAP area for displaying all images loaded as aggregation of points, and
plurality of said image data displayed in said first display area are a part of said all of the imaged data loaded and are sequentially displayed, wherein
an identification mark for identifying a range of said first display area is displayed on said system category display control MAP area.
6. An inspection device according to claim 1, wherein
said specimen is a semiconductor wafer and said classification category is based on a classification of defects of said semiconductor wafer.
7. An inspection device according to claim 2, wherein
said specimen is a semiconductor wafer and said classification category is based on a classification of defects of said semiconductor wafer.
8. An inspection device according to claim 4, wherein
said specimen is a semiconductor wafer and said classification category is based on a classification of defects of said semiconductor wafer.
9. An inspection device according to claim 1, wherein
size of said image data simultaneously displayed in said first display area is more than 48 pixel and less than 70 pixel per one side.
10. An inspection device according to claim 1, wherein
row number of said image data capable of being simultaneously displayed in said first display area is more than 6 and less than 9 pictorial images, and line number of said image data capable of being simultaneously displayed in said first display area is more than 6 and less than 9 pictorial images.
