1. A high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus, comprising:
a portable casing;
a pair of side-by-side electrodes to be contacted with a skin of a user, disposed at a tip portion of the casing; and
a first power supply disposed in the casing, and to supply a high-frequency current between the pair of side-by-side electrodes.
2. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a heat sink disposed in the tip portion of the casing;
a Peltier element disposed on the heat sink and in the casing; and
a second power supply to supply a drive current to the Peltier element, wherein
the pair of side-by-side electrodes is disposed on the heat sink via the Peltier element.
3. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 1,
wherein the pair of side-by-side electrodes is formed in a pair of concentric rings.
4. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 1,
wherein the pair of side-by-side electrodes is formed in a pair of parallel electrodes.
5. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 1,
wherein the pair of side-by-side electrodes comprise a first electrode having a first diameter, and a second electrode having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter;
the cosmetic treatment apparatus further comprises a third electrode with an approximately columnar shape, having a third diameter smaller than the second diameter, and having a peripheral edge which is disposed to be side-by-side with the pair of side-by-side electrodes; and
the first power supply further supplies a current of a second frequency between the first and third electrodes, or between the second and third electrodes.
6. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
an ultrasonic vibrator to vibrate the third electrode;
a third power supply to supply electric power to the ultrasonic vibrator; and
a vibration controller to control the supply of the electric power to the ultrasonic vibrator.
7. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising
a current sensor to detect a value of the high-frequency current flowing through the pair of side-by-side electrodes,
wherein the first power supply does not supply the high-frequency current to the pair of side-by-side electrodes or reduces power of the high-frequency current, when the value of the high-frequency current detected by the current sensor is equal to or greater than a threshold value.
8. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising
a contact sensor to detect contact between the pair of side-by-side electrodes and a skin surface of the user,
wherein the first power supply supplies the high-frequency current to the pair of side-by-side electrodes in response to the detection of the contact between the pair of side-by-side electrodes and the skin surface detected by the contact sensor.
9. The high-frequency cosmetic treatment apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising
a first and a second contact sensors to detect contact between the pair of side-by-side electrodes and a skin surface of the user,
wherein the first power supply changes power of the high-frequency current or the current of the second frequency in response to the detection of the contact of the skin surface detected by the first andor second contact sensor.

1. A bag having two generally parallel sheets forming main walls of the bag, closure strips fixed to respective ones of the sheets, and a cursor for actuating the closure strips for closing and opening purposes, the bag comprising, parallel to the closure strips, between said sheets, and level with a mouth of the bag, leakproofing structure in relief disposed on an inside of the closure strips, designed to provide sealing by forming a barrier between the sheets in a closed position of the bag, said leakproofing structure in relief being adapted to be urged towards a sealing position by the cursor when the cursor is moved towards a position for closing the bag, the leakproofing structure being made up of two beads secured respectively to inside surfaces of the two sheets, grooves located at the mouth of the bag, and also ribs projecting from inside surfaces of flanks of the cursor, which ribs penetrate respectively into said grooves.
2. A bag according to claim 1, wherein a tamperproofing web at the mouth shows whether or not the bag has been opened.
3. A bag according to claim 2, wherein the tamperproofing web forms a bellows that is folded towards an inside of the bag at the mouth and in continuity with support webs for the closure strips or the leakproofing structure.
4. A bag according to claim 2, wherein the tamperproofing web is formed by a bellows folded toward an inside of the bag at the mouth in continuity with the sheets constituting the bag.
5. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the bag is made from a single film that is folded over onto itself with a fold constituting a bottom of the bag.
6. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the bag is formed from a single film that is folded over onto itself with a fold being at the mouth of the bag.
7. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the two sheets are initially separate and are superposed during manufacture.
8. A bag according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the closure strips and the leakproofing structure is extruded together with the sheets constituting the bag.
9. A bag according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the closure strips and the leakproofing structure is initially formed on respective support webs that are fitted to the sheets at the mouth of the bag.
10. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the closure strips and the leakproofing structure are initially formed on common support webs that are secured to the sheets at the mouth of the bag.
11. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the closure strips are of a malefemale type and comprise at least one asymmetrical male or female closure strip.
12. A bag according to claim 11, wherein a height occupied by an element defining an inner lip of the female closure strip is less than a height occupied by an element defining an outer lip of the female closure strip.
13. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the closure strips include at least two pairs of complementary hooks defining widths in an assembled position that are different from one pair of hooks to the other.
14. A bag according to claim 13, wherein the two complementary hooks situated towards an inside of the bag define, in an assembled position, a width between inside faces of the sheets that is smaller than a width taken between the same faces of the sheets in a vicinity of the pair of complementary hooks situated towards an outside of the bag.
15. A bag according to claim 1, wherein the cursor is provided on an end with a rim directed towards an inside of the bag and positioned so as to be situated beyond the leakproofing structure.
16. A bag having two generally parallel sheets forming main walls of the bag, closure strips fixed to respective ones of the sheets, and a cursor for actuating the closure strips for closing and opening purposes, the bag comprising, parallel to the closure strips, between said sheets, and level, with a mouth of the bag, leakproofing structure in relief disposed on an inside of the closure strips, designed to provide sealing by forming a barrier between the sheets in a closed position of the bag, said leakproofing structure in relief being adapted to be urged towards a sealing position by the cursor when the cursor is moved towards a position for closing the bag, the leakproofing structure being made up of two beads secured respectively to inside surfaces of the two sheets, the cursor having side flanges, each of said side flanges being provided on an end with a rim directed towards an inside of the bag and positioned so as to be situated beyond the leakproofing structure, the cursor being also provided at the end of said rim with an additional flange directed toward a web of the cursor.
17. A bag according to claim 16, wherein portions of support films situated facing the closure strips and the leakproofing structure are of a thickness greater than a thickness of a remainder of a film constituting the bag.
18. A bag according to claim 17, wherein a local extra thickness of the sheets is obtained during extrusion of the film.
19. A bag according to claim 17, wherein a local extra thickness of the sheets results from support webs for one of the closure strips and the leakproofing structure is fixed thereto.
20. bag according to claim 16, wherein said leakproofing structure in relief is placed in register with flanks of the cursor.
21. A reclosable fastener comprising base webs with interlocking elements integrally attached thereto, said interlocking elements being opened and closed by a cursor mounted thereon and comprising integrally attached leakproof structure consisting of (a) two beads secured respectively to inside surfaces of the base webs, (b) grooves, and (c) ribs projecting from inside surfaces of flanks of the cursor, which ribs penetrate respectively into said grooves.
22. A reclosable fastener comprising base webs with interlocking elements integrally attached thereto, said interlocking elements being opened and closed by a cursor mounted thereon and comprising integrally attached leakproof structure consisting of two beads secured respectively to inside surfaces of the base webs, and the cursor including side flanges, each of said side flanges being provided with a rim directed towards an inside of the fastener and being also provided at the end of said rim with an additional flange directed toward a web of the cursor.
