1. A primary radiator for a parabolic antenna comprising:
a radiator body having a waveguide and a horn part provided at one end of said waveguide; and
a waterproof cover covering an open end of said horn part,
wherein a step for reducing reflection loss is provided on an inner surface of said radiator body, and
a position and a size of said step are set so as to limit reflection loss that occurs in said radiator body to an allowable upper limit or lower,
wherein a distance between said waterproof cover and said step is set to be substantially equal to an odd multiple of 180\xb0 in terms of a phase angle of a radio wave propagating in said radiator body.
2. The primary radiator according to claim 1, wherein said step is provided on an inner surface of said horn part.
3. The primary radiator according to claim 1, wherein said step is provided on a border between said horn part and the waveguide.
4. The primary radiator according to claim 1, wherein said step is provided on an inner surface of said waveguide.
5. The primary radiator according to claim 1, wherein said step is integrally formed on said radiator body.
6. The primary radiator according to claim 1, wherein said radiator body is formed to have an inner surface rotationally symmetric with respect to a central axis, and said step is formed to be rotationally symmetric with respect to the central axis of said radiator body.

1. A method for managing abrupt customer call disconnects from an IVR system, dependent upon variations of call disconnect scenarios, comprising:
detecting an abrupt customer call disconnect;
storing IVR options selected by customer before the abrupt customer call disconnect;
sending an SMSvoice message notification to the customer;
receiving customer call re-connection;
determining whether there is status information of an abnormally terminated call corresponding to the customer call re-connection;
retrieving status information of the abnormally terminated call;
connecting the IVR system to the customer; and
providing IVR system options to the customer based upon the particular disconnect scenario.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the SMSvoice message notification comprises a keystring of selected IVR options and a reference number.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining step comprises requesting the reference number from the customer to identify and verify the re-connected customer call.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the IVR system options provided to the customer comprise the option of directly jumping to the last saved option of the abruptly disconnected call, or the option of following the normal IVR system option flow.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the disconnect scenario comprises a network issue, or a process exception in the IVR system.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the abrupt customer call disconnect occurs during a self service application (SSA) session.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the IVR system options provided to the customer calling back comprise the option of directly jumping to the last saved option in the IVR keystring, or the option of following the normal SSA flow.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the abrupt customer call disconnect occurs during a wait treatment application (WTA) session.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the IVR system options provided to the customer calling back comprise the option of directly connecting to an agent in the IVR system keystring, or the option of following the normal SSA flow.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein if the customer chooses to connect to the agent, the WTA session is played to the customer if the agent is unavailable.
11. A method for managing abrupt customer call disconnects from an IVR system, dependent upon variations of call disconnect scenarios, comprising:
providing a gateway for receiving a new customer call;
executing call control XML (CCXML) to launch a self service application (SSA);
collecting customer information and input data;
storing the customer information and input data in a database;
detecting an abrupt customer call disconnect;
exiting the SSA upon detecting the abrupt customer call disconnect;
retaining customer information and input data in the database;
sending an SMSvoice message notification to the customer including an IVR options keystring and a reference number;
determining, upon customer call re-connect, whether there is status information of an abnormally terminated call corresponding to the customer call re-connect;
retrieving status information of the abnormally terminated call from the database;
connecting the IVR system to the re-established customer call; and
providing IVR system options to the customer based upon the particular disconnect scenario.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the CCXML of the IVR system provides the IVR system options to the customer dependent upon the various disconnect scenarios.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the IVR systems options comprise the option of starting the normal SSA flow, or the option of jumping to the last saved option in the IVR keystring.
14. A method for managing abrupt customer call disconnects from an IVR system, dependent upon variations of call disconnect scenarios, comprising:
providing a gateway for receiving a new customer call;
executing call control XML (CCXML) to launch a self service application (SSA);
collecting customer information and input data;
storing the customer information and input data in a database;
receiving an agent request from the customer;
launching a wait treatment application (WTA);
playing the WTA to the customer;
detecting an abrupt customer call disconnect;
exiting the WTA upon detecting the abrupt customer call disconnect;
retaining customer information and input data in the database;
sending an SMSvoice message notification to the customer including an IVR options keystring and a reference number;
determining, upon customer call re-connect, whether there is status information of an abnormally terminated call corresponding to the customer call re-connect;
retrieving status information of the abnormally terminated call from the database;
connecting the IVR system to the re-established customer call; and
providing IVR system options to the customer based upon the particular disconnect scenario that occurred during the IVR session.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the CCXML of the IVR system provides the IVR system options to the customer.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the IVR systems options comprise the option of starting the normal SSA flow, or the option of connecting to the agent in the IVR keystring.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein if the customer chooses to connect to the agent, then the method further comprises playing the WTA to the customer while waiting for the agent.
18. A system for managing abrupt customer call disconnects from an IVR system, dependent upon variations of call disconnect scenarios, comprising:
a gateway for receiving a customer call signal;
a session manager for receiving the customer call signal from the gateway;
a media processing platform (MPP) for receiving the customer call signal from the session manager;
an application server for hosting call control XML (CCXML) and a self service application (SSA) to be fetched by the MPP;
a database for storing customer information and input data received from the customer collected by the and SSA;
wherein, upon a customer call re-connect from an abrupt customer call disconnect, the system provides the customer with IVR system options based upon the particular disconnect scenario that occurred during the IVR session.
19. The system of claim 18, wherein the disconnect scenario comprises the abrupt customer call disconnect occurring during an SSA session, and the customer is provided with the option of starting the normal SSA flow or the option of jumping to the last saved IVR option in a keystring.
20. The system of claim 18, wherein the application server further hosts a wait treatment application (WTA).
21. The system of claim 20, wherein the disconnect scenario comprises the abrupt customer call disconnect occurring during a WTA session, and the customer is provided with the option of starting the normal SSA flow or the option of connecting to an agent in keystring.
