1. A kit for a speech pathologist to test or evaluate a patient having swallowing deficits, the kit including a plurality compositions of products selected from the group consisting of
(a) a hard shell capsule containing a non-active composition of a powdered substance manufactured in various sizes;
(b) a soft shell capsule containing a non-active composition of a gel substance manufactured in various sizes;
(c) a tablet containing a non-active composition of a compressed powdered substance manufactured in various sizes;
(d) a non-active caplet containing a non-active composition of a coated compressed powdered substance manufactured in various sizes.
2. The kit of claim 1 wherein the plurality of products are specifically designed based upon a physical examination of the patient having swallowing difficulty.
3. The kit of claim 1 wherein the plurality of products are manufactured based upon a standard physical examination of the patient having swallowing difficulty.
4. The kit according to claim 1 wherein the non-active composition products include an imaging agent.
5. The kit according to claim 4 wherein the imaging agent is a barium sulfate-containing compound.
6. The kit according to claim 1 wherein the hard shell capsule is manufactured from a predetermined extra small size to a predetermined large size.
7. The kit according to claim 1 wherein the soft shell capsule is manufactured from a predetermined extra small size to a predetermined large size.
8. The kit according to claim 1 wherein the tablet is manufactured from a predetermined extra small size to a predetermined large size.
9. The kit according to claim 1 wherein the caplet is manufactured from a predetermined extra small size to a predetermined large size.
10. A method for a speech pathologist to evaluate a patient having swallowing deficits, the method comprising:
(1) providing products selected from the a first group of products consisting of:
(a) a hard shell capsule containing a non-active composition of a powdered substance manufactured in various sizes;
(b) a soft shell capsule containing a non-active composition of a gel substance manufactured in various sizes;
(c) a tablet containing a non-active composition of a compressed powdered substance manufactured in various sizes;
(d) a non-active caplet containing a non-active composition of a coated compressed powdered substance manufactured in various sizes.
(2) based upon a physical examination by the speech pathologist, creating a plurality of subsets of products ranging in size from an extra small predetermined size to an extra large predetermine size within the first group of products;
(3) providing the patient with a selected subset within the first group of products;
(4) starting with the extra small size within the selected subset, allowing the patient to swallow each product in the selected subset within the first group of the products;
(5) as the patient swallows, identifying the level of swallowing difficulty;
(6) recording the results of the level of difficulty of swallowing;
(7) progressively moving up in product size within the selected subset; and
(8) repeating steps (3) through (7) for each subset in the plurality of subsets of products.
11. The method of claim 10 wherein the first group of products contain an imaging agent.
12. The method of claim 11 wherein the imaging agent is Barium Sulfate.

1. A method for facilitating a secure transaction over a network, the method comprising:
collecting a username and password associated with a user of the machine;
verifying that the username and password matches a previously collected username and password in an identity profile;
collecting device data from a user machine to uniquely identify the machine; and
verifying that the device data matches previously collected device data in the identity profile.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of activating an exception process upon indication that the device data collected is mismatched with the previously collected device data in the identity profile.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the user may be allowed limited access to the secure transaction depending on the level of mismatch.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction includes accessing an account at a financial institution, and further comprising the step of accessing the account after the steps of verifying.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction includes purchasing a product or a service from an on-line merchant.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising the step of obtaining payment type information from a financial institution server.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the step of prompting the user to select a payment type to be used for paying the on-line merchant.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising the step of creating a one-time use personal account number for the transaction.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising the step of transmitting the one-time use personal account number to the on-line merchant through a merchant webpage.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising the step of sending the one-time personal account number and transaction details to a server machine.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising the steps of replacing the one-time personal account number with a user real personal account number and sending the user real personal account number and transaction details to the financial institution server for approval.
12. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of collecting biometric data from the user and verifying that the biometric data matches a previously collected biometric data in the identity profile.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the biometric data may include typing patterns of the user, fingerprint data or iris pattern data.
14. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include machine level attributes andor system level attributes andor system patterns andor user machine geo location.
15. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include a device ID, a vender ID, information in a Microcode patch, data accessed through a PCI configuration space or data accessed through a SMM memory space.
16. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include chipset hidden andor unhidden registers, graphics card hidden andor unhidden registers, interrupt routing, GPIO routing, PCI Device Select routing or a directory structure.
17. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include installed applications, data at different locations in firmware, a memory type or a memory clock speed.
18. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include an amount of memory, a size of a hard drive, or a name of a maker of the hard drive.
19. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include a MAC address, a hard drive serial number, a check sum of firmwaresBIOS or an operating system registry.
20. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracted device data may include a CPU type, a CPU version or a CPU clock speed.
21. The method of claim 1, wherein the steps of collecting and verifying are activated upon the user selecting a button on a webpage related to the transaction.
22. The method of claim 1, wherein the user proceeds with the secure transaction without providing sensitive personal data.
23. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of detecting a webpage related to the transaction.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein a security agent is activated upon detection of the webpage related to the transaction.
25. The method of claim 23, wherein the step of detecting comprises reading a source code of the webpage or detecting a trigger included in the webpage.
26. The method of claim 23, wherein the step of detecting comprises reading HTML for key words, such as master card, visa, expiry date or CVV2.
27. A computer-readable medium including a set of instructions that when executed by a processor cause the processor to facilitate a secure transaction over a network, by performing the steps of:
collecting a username and password associated with a user of the machine;
transmitting the username and password to a server machine in order to verify that the username and password matches a previously collected username and password in an identity profile;
collecting device data from a user machine to uniquely identify the machine; and
transmitting the device data to the server machine in order to verify that the device data matches a previously collected device data in the identity profile.
28. The computer-readable medium of claim 27, wherein the transaction includes accessing an account at a financial institution, and further comprising the step of accessing the account after the steps of verifying.
29. The computer-readable medium of claim 27, wherein the transaction includes purchasing a product or a service from an on-line merchant.
30. The computer-readable medium of claim 27, further comprising the steps of collecting biometric data from the user and transmitting the biometric data to the server machine in order to verify that the biometric data matches a previously collected biometric data in the identity profile.
31. The computer-readable medium of claim 27, wherein the extracted device data may include machine level attributes andor system level attributes andor system patterns andor user machine geo location.
32. A system for facilitating a secure transaction, the system comprising:
a computing device having a processor and a memory, wherein the memory includes a security agent program configured to:
collect a username and password associated with a user of the computing device and transmit the username and password;
collect device data from the computing device to uniquely identify the computing device and transmit the device data; and
a server machine that includes a user profiles database and configured to:
receive the username and password from the computing device and verify that the username and password matches previously collected username and password in the identity profile stored in user profiles database;
receive the device data from the computing device and verify that the device data matches previously collected device data in an identity profile stored in user profiles database.
33. The system of claim 32, wherein the transaction includes accessing an account at a financial institution, and the computing device is configured to access the account after the steps of verifying.
34. The system of claim 32, wherein the transaction includes purchasing a product or a service from an on-line merchant.
35. The system of claim 34, wherein the server machine is configured to generate a one-time use personal account number and transmit the one-time use personal account number to the computing device.
36. The system of claim 35, wherein the computing device is configured to transmit the one-time use personal account number to the on-line merchant through the webpage.
37. The system of claim 35, wherein the one-time use personal account number has a similar format as a conventional credit card.
38. The system of claim 36, wherein the one-time use personal account number may be entered into the webpage of the on-line merchant without having to change the webpage from its original configuration.
39. The system of claim 36, wherein the one-time use personal account number may be entered into the webpage of the on-line merchant by the user selecting a button on the webpage.
40. The system of claim 36, wherein the one-time use personal account number may be entered into the webpage of the on-line merchant by the security agent.
41. The system of claim 36, wherein the server machine is configured to receive payment information from the on-line merchant.
42. The system of claim 41, wherein the server machine is configured to replace the one-time personal account number with a user real personal account number and send the user real personal account number and transaction details to the financial institution server for approval.
43. The system of claim 42, wherein the server machine is configured to send payment authorization to a merchant financial institution server to make payment.
44. The system of claim 32, wherein the extracted device data may include machine level attributes andor system level attributes andor system patterns andor a geo location of the computing device.
45. The system of claim 32, wherein the user name andor password is collected through a keypad on the computing device.
