1. A golf ball comprising:
a center comprising a first resilient rubber-based component comprising a first base rubber and a first amount of crosslinking agent, wherein the first amount is about 19 to about 25 parts per hundred of the first base rubber;
an outer core layer comprising a second resilient rubber-based component comprising a second base rubber and a second amount of crosslinking agent, wherein the second amount is about 30 to about 38 parts per hundred of the second base rubber;
an inner cover layer formed from a material having a flexural modulus of at least about 65,000 psi and a first Shore D hardness; and
an outer cover layer formed from a thermoset material and having a thickness of less than 0.05 inches and a second Shore D hardness less than the first Shore D hardness.
2. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the outer cover has a thickness of less than about 0.02 inches to about 0.04 inches.
3. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the thermoset material comprises polyurethane.
4. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the inner cover layer is formed from a material having a flexural modulus of at least about 75,000 psi.
5. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the inner cover layer is formed from an ionomer resin.
6. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the first Shore D hardness is about 68 to about 74.
7. A golf ball comprising:
a center comprising a first resilient rubber-based component comprising a first base rubber and a first amount of crosslinking agent, wherein the first amount is about 19 to about 25 parts per hundred of the base rubber;
an outer core layer comprising a second resilient rubber-based component comprising a second base rubber and a second amount of crosslinking agent, wherein the second amount is about 30 to about 38 parts per hundred of the second base rubber;
an inner cover layer having a Shore D hardness of about 68 to about 74; and
an outer cover layer formed from a castable reactive liquid material, wherein the outer cover layer has a thickness of less than 0.05 inches and a Shore D hardness of about 50 to about 60.
8. The golf ball of claim 7, wherein the castable reactive liquid material comprises polyurethane.
9. The golf ball of claim 7, wherein the inner cover layer comprises ionomer resin.
10. The golf ball of claim 7, wherein the first and second resilient rubber-based components each further comprise an initiator agent.
11. The golf ball of claim 7, wherein the first and second resilient rubber-based components have different physical properties.
12. A golf ball comprising:
a center comprising a first resilient rubber-based component comprising a first base rubber and a first amount of crosslinking agent, wherein the first amount is about 19 to about 25 parts per hundred of the first base rubber;
an outer core layer comprising a second resilient rubber-based component comprising a second base rubber and a second amount of crosslinking agent, wherein the second amount is about 30 to about 38 parts per hundred of the second base rubber;
an inner cover layer comprising ionomer resin having a Shore D hardness of about 68 to about 74; and
an outer cover layer comprising polyurethane, wherein the outer cover layer has a thickness of about 0.02 inches to about 0.04 inches and a Shore D hardness of about 50 to about 60.
13. The golf ball of claim 12, wherein the polyurethane is thermoset.
14. The golf ball of claim 12, wherein the inner cover layer has a thickness of about 0.02 inches to about 0.045 inches.
15. The golf ball of claim 12, wherein the ionomer resin has a flexural modulus of at least about 75,000 psi.

1. A disbursement module (DM) computer device for processing an electronic disbursement, said DM computer device comprising:
a memory device for storing data; and
a processor in communication with said memory device, said processor programmed to:
register a payor with a disbursement service provided by said DM computer device;
receive a disbursement command from the payor, the disbursement command instructing a disbursement to be made by the disbursement service to a payee, the disbursement command including payee contact information, payee verification data, and a disbursement amount to be paid to the payee;
automatically transmit a disbursement notification message to the payee in response to the disbursement command, the disbursement notification message including a payee identifier corresponding to the payee verification data;
receive a disbursement request message from the payee requesting that the disbursement be made to the payee, the disbursement request message including the payee identifier;
verify the payee by matching the payee identifier to the payee verification data; and
electronically transfer funds from a bank account associated with the payor to a bank account associated with the payee.
2. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 1, wherein said DM computer device is in communication with a payment system, and wherein the disbursement service is an electronic wallet application hosted on said DM computer device, said DM computer device is further programmed to:
prompt the payor to register with the payment system for the disbursement service by entering payor registration data.
3. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 1, wherein said DM computer device is further programmed to:
display a disbursement document on a payor computer device;
prompt the payor to input data into the disbursement document; and
transmit the disbursement document with the disbursement command to said DM computer device.
4. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 1, wherein said DM computer device is further programmed to:
download computer code to a payor computer device for displaying a disbursement command button on a website associated with the payor.
5. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 4, wherein said DM computer device is further programmed to:
automatically transmit a disbursement notification message to the payee upon the payor selecting the disbursement command button, wherein the message is sent to the payee by at least one of email, text message, and push alert.
6. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 5, wherein the payee is not registered with the disbursement service upon receipt of the disbursement notification message wherein, and wherein said DM computer device is in communication with a payment system, said DM computer device is further programmed to:
provide a link in the disbursement notification message that directs the payee to the payor website;
display a second disbursement command button for directing the payee from the payor website to the disbursement service; and
prompt the payee to register with the payment system for the disbursement service by entering payee registration data, the payee registration data including at least one of a receiving Primary Account Number (PAN), a receiving bank account number, a payment PAN, and a payment bank account number.
7. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 6, wherein said DM computer device is further programmed to:
receive a disbursement transaction request from the payor for initiating the electronic disbursement transaction; and
provide the electronic funds to at least one of the receiving PAN, the payee bank account, and a prepaid payment card associated with the payee.
8. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 6, wherein in the case that the payee does not have an eligible PAN, said DM computer device is further programmed to:
prompt the payee to register with the payment system for a prepaid payment card associated with the DM payment system.
9. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 1, wherein said DM computer device is further programmed to:
request the disbursement funds from an issuing bank associated with the payor;
transmit an authorization request message to a receiving bank associated with the payee, the authorization request message requesting verification of a good-standing payee bank account;
receive an authorization response message from the receiving bank, the authorization response message including one of an affirmation and a denial of the authorization request;
transmit the authorization response message to the issuing bank; and
instruct the issuing bank to disburse funds to one of a receiving bank account, a retail location for payee pickup, and a prepaid payment card upon receiving an affirmation authorization response message.
10. A DM computer device in accordance with claim 1, wherein said DM computer device is in communication with a payment system, and wherein the payee has a registered account with the payment system, said DM computer device is further programmed to:
prompt the payee to submit credentials to access the disbursement funds, wherein the credentials are selected by the payee upon registration with the payment system.
11. A computer-implemented method for processing an electronic disbursement by a disbursement module (DM) computer device, wherein the DM computer device includes a memory device and a processor, said method comprising:
registering a payor with a disbursement service provided by the DM computer device;
receiving a disbursement command from the payor instructing a disbursement to be made to a payee, wherein the disbursement command includes payee contact information, payee verification data, and a disbursement amount to be paid to the payee;
automatically transmitting a disbursement notification message to the payee in response to the disbursement command, the disbursement notification message including a payee identifier corresponding to the payee verification data;
receiving a disbursement request message from the payee requesting that the disbursement be made to the payee, wherein the disbursement request message includes the payee identifier;
matching the payee identifier to the payee verification data to verify the payee; and
electronically transferring funds from a bank account associated with the payor to a bank account associated with the payee.
12. A computer-implemented method in accordance with claim 11, further comprising:
downloading computer code to a payor computer device, wherein the payment system is in communication with the DM computer device; and
displaying a disbursement command button on a website associated with the payor, wherein the disbursement button is associated with the computer code.
13. A computer-implemented method in accordance with claim 12, further comprising:
automatically transmitting a disbursement notification message to the payee upon the payor selecting the disbursement command button, wherein the message is sent to the payee by at least one of email, text message, and push alert.
14. A computer-implemented method in accordance with claim 13, wherein the payee is not registered with the disbursement service upon receipt of the disbursement notification message, and wherein the DM computer device is in communication with a payment system, said method further comprising:
linking the payee to the payor website by providing a link in the disbursement notification message;
displaying a second disbursement command button for directing the payee from the payor website to the disbursement service; and
prompting the payee to register with the payment system for the disbursement service by entering payee registration data, wherein the payee registration data includes at least one of a receiving Primary Account Number (PAN), a receiving bank account number, a payment PAN, and a payment bank account number.
15. A computer-implemented method in accordance with claim 14, further comprising:
receiving a disbursement transaction request from the payor;
initiating the electronic disbursement transaction based on the disbursement transaction request; and
providing the electronic funds to at least one of a receiving bank account, the payee bank account, and a prepaid payment card associated with the payee.
16. A computer-implemented method in accordance with claim 14, wherein in the case that the payee does not have one of an eligible PAN and bank account, said method further comprising:
prompting the payee to register with the payment system for a prepaid payment card associated with the DM payment system.
17. A computer-implemented method in accordance with claim 11, further comprising:
requesting the disbursement funds from an issuing bank associated with the payor;
transmitting an authorization request message to a receiving bank associated with the payee, the authorization request message requesting verification of a good-standing payee bank account;
receiving an authorization response message from the receiving bank, the authorization response message including one of an affirmation and a denial of the authorization request;
communicating the authorization response message to the issuing bank; and
instructing the issuing bank to disburse funds to one of a receiving bank account, a retail location for payee pickup, and a prepaid payment card upon receiving an affirmation authorization response message.
18. One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having computer-executable instructions embodied thereon for processing an electronic disbursement by a disbursement module (DM) computer device, wherein the DM computer device includes a memory device and a processor, wherein when executed by said processor, said computer-executable instructions cause said processor to:
register a payor with a disbursement service provided by said DM computer device;
receive a disbursement command from the payor, the disbursement command instructing a disbursement to be made by the disbursement service to a payee, the disbursement command including payee contact information, payee verification data, and a disbursement amount to be paid to the payee;
automatically transmit a disbursement notification message to the payee in response to the disbursement command, the disbursement notification message including a payee identifier corresponding to the payee verification data;
receive a disbursement request message from the payee requesting that the disbursement be made to the payee, the disbursement request message including the payee identifier;
verify the payee by matching the payee identifier to the payee verification data; and
electronically transfer funds from a bank account associated with the payor to a bank account associated with the payee.
19. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media in accordance with claim 18, wherein said computer-executable instructions further cause said processor to:
download computer code to a payor computer device for displaying a disbursement button on a website associated with the payor.
20. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media in accordance with claim 19, wherein said computer-executable instructions further cause said processor to:
automatically transmit a disbursement notification message to the payee upon the payor selecting the disbursement command button, wherein the message is sent to the payee by at least one of email, text message, and push alert.
21. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media in accordance with claim 20, wherein the payee is not registered with the disbursement service upon receipt of the disbursement notification message, and wherein the DM computer device is in communication with a payment system, said computer-executable instructions further cause said processor to:
provide a link in the disbursement notification message that directs the payee to the payor website;
display a second disbursement button for directing the payee from the payor website to the disbursement service; and
prompt the payee to register with the payment system for the disbursement service by entering payee registration data, the payee registration data including at least one of a receiving Primary Account Number (PAN), a receiving bank account number, a payment PAN, and a payment bank account number.
22. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media in accordance with claim 21, wherein said computer-executable instructions further cause said processor to:
receive a disbursement transaction request from the payor for initiating the electronic disbursement transaction; and
provide the electronic funds to at least one of the receiving PAN, the payee bank account, and a prepaid payment card associated with the payee.
23. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media in accordance with claim 18, wherein said computer-executable instructions further cause said processor to:
request the disbursement funds from an issuing bank associated with the payor;
transmit an authorization request message to a receiving bank associated with the payee, the authorization request message requesting verification of a good-standing payee bank account;
receive an authorization response message from the receiving bank, the authorization response message including one of an affirmation and a denial of the authorization request;
transmit the authorization response message to the issuing bank; and
instruct the issuing bank to disburse funds to one of a receiving bank account, a retail location for payee pickup, and a prepaid payment card upon receiving an affirmation authorization response message.
