1. A transmission rate control method for controlling a transmission rate of uplink user data, comprising:
transmitting, from a radio base station to a mobile station, a relative transmission rate control channel for instructing to decrease the transmission rate of the uplink user data, only when the uplink user data transmitted from the mobile station has been successfully received.
2. A transmission rate control method for controlling a transmission rate of uplink user data, comprising:
decreasing, at a mobile station, the transmission rate of the uplink user data in accordance with a relative transmission rate control channel for instructing to decrease the transmission rate of the uplink user data, only when a positive transmission acknowledgment signal from a radio base station has been received.
3. A mobile station for transmitting uplink user data, comprising:
a transmission rate control section configured to decrease a transmission rate of the uplink user data in accordance with a relative transmission rate control channel for instructing to decrease the transmission rate of the uplink user data, only when a positive transmission acknowledgment signal from a radio base station has been received.
4. A radio base station used in a transmission rate control method for controlling a transmission rate of uplink user data, comprising:
a relative grant channel transmitter configured to transmit, to a mobile station, a relative transmission rate control channel for instructing to decrease the transmission rate of the uplink user data, only when the uplink user data transmitted from the mobile station has been successfully received.

a self-dispersible pigment;
water;
at least one compound A selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by a general formula (A1), a compound represented by a chemical formula (A2), and a compound represented by a general formula (A3); and
at least one compound B selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by a general formula (B1), a compound represented by a chemical formula (B2), and a compound represented by a general formula (B3);

2. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1, wherein the compound A is at least one of a compound represented by the general formula (A1) in which a=6 and x=9 to 11 and a compound represented by the general formula (A3) in which b=10, y\u22671, z\u22671, and y+z=11 to 13.
3. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound represented by the general formula (B1) is at least one of diethylene glycol-n-hexyl ether and ethylene glycol-n-hexyl ether;
the compound represented by the chemical formula (B2) is diethylene glycol-2-ethylhexyl ether; and
the compound represented by the general formula (B3) is at least one selected from the group consisting of tripropylene glycol-n-butyl ether, dipropylene glycol-n-butyl ether, and propylene glycol-n-butyl ether.
4. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is at least one of the compound represented by the general formula (A1) and the compound represented by the chemical formula (A2); and
the compound B is at least one of the compound represented by the general formula (B1) and the compound represented by the chemical formula (B2).
5. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is a compound represented by the general formula (A1) in which a=6 and x=9 to 11; and
the compound B is at least one selected from the group consisting of diethylene glycol-n-hexyl ether, ethylene glycol-n-hexyl ether, and diethylene glycol-2-ethylhexyl ether.
6. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is at least one of the compound represented by the general formula (A1) and the compound represented by the chemical formula (A2); and
the compound B is the compound represented by the general formula (B3).
7. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is a compound represented by the general formula (A1) in which a=6 and x=9 to 11; and
the compound B is at least one selected from the group consisting of tripropylene glycol-n-butyl ether, dipropylene glycol-n-butyl ether, and propylene glycol-n-butyl ether.
8. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is the compound represented by the general formula (A3); and
the compound B is at least one of the compound represented by the general formula (B1) and the compound represented by the chemical formula (B2).
9. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is a compound represented by the general formula (A3) in which b=10, y\u22671, z\u22671, and y+z=11 to 13; and
the compound B is at least one selected from the group consisting of diethylene glycol-n-hexyl ether, ethylene glycol-n-hexyl ether, and diethylene glycol-2-ethylhexyl ether.
10. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is the compound represented by the general formula (A3); and
the compound B is the compound represented by the general formula (B3).
11. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is a compound represented by the general formula (A3) in which b=10, y\u22671, z\u22671, and y+z=11 to 13; and
the compound B is at least one selected from the group consisting of tripropylene glycol-n-butyl ether, dipropylene glycol-n-butyl ether, and propylene glycol-n-butyl ether.
12. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A includes a compound represented by the general formula (A1) in which a=6 and x=9 to 11 and the compound represented by the chemical formula (A2); and
the compound B is the compound represented by the general formula (B1) or the compound represented by the general formula (B3).
13. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is a compound represented by the general formula (A1) in which a=6 and x=9 to 11 or a compound represented by the general formula (A3) in which b=10, y\u22671, z\u22671, and y+z=11 to 13; and
the compound B includes the compound represented by the general formula (B1) and the compound represented by the chemical formula (B2).
14. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A includes the compound represented by the general formula (A1) and a compound represented by the general formula (A3) in which b=10, y\u22671, z\u22671, and y+z=11 to 13; and
the compound B is the compound represented by the general formula (B1) or the compound represented by the general formula (B3).
15. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is the compound represented by the general formula (A1) or a compound represented by the general formula (A3) in which b=10, y\u22671, z\u22671, and y+z=11 to 13; and
the compound B includes the compound represented by the general formula (B1) and the compound represented by the general formula (B3).
16. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein the compound A is contained in the water-based ink in an amount of 0.1% by weight to 2% by weight and the compound B is contained in the water-based ink in an amount of 0.1% by weight to 5% by weight.
17. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein a total amount of the compound A and the compound B in the water-based ink is 0.2% by weight to 7% by weight.
18. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1,
wherein a weight ratio (A:B) of the compound A (A) to the compound B (B) in the water-based ink is in a range of 1:0.2 to 1:1.4.
19. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1, wherein the self-dispersible pigment is a self-dispersible pigment modified by carboxylic acid group.
20. The water-based ink for ink-jet recording according to claim 1, wherein a total blending amount of the compound A and the compound B with respect to an entire blending amount of glycol ether contained in the water-based ink is 10% by weight to 100% by weight.
21. An ink cartridge containing the water-based ink for ink-jet recording as defined in claim 1.
