1. An image forming apparatus allowing insertion of an insert-sheet indicating separation between a plurality of sheets of recording paper each having an image formed on its surface and then discharged, comprising:
an image forming unit forming an image on the recording paper;
an input unit designating an insertion position to insert said insert-sheet;
a discharge unit discharging said recording paper having the image formed thereon and said insert-sheet; and
a control unit controlling said discharge unit; wherein
said insertion position is designated on a copy-by-copy basis with one copy being a set of sheets of recording paper on which all images included in a job instructing image formation on the recording paper are formed; and
said control unit causes said discharge unit to discharge the sheets of recording paper having the images formed thereon by the number of copies determined from said insertion position, and thereafter to discharge said insert-sheet.
2. The image forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
said input unit includes
a display unit displaying pieces of information each indicating each of the number of said sets on which image formation is instructed, in a manner distinguishable from each other and in the order of discharge of said sets, and
an insertion designating unit designating said insertion position by designating whether or not said insert-sheet is to be inserted between said pieces of information indicating consecutively discharged two said sets.
3. The image forming apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
an insert-sheet designating unit designating a paper feed tray from which said insert-sheet is fed; wherein
said control unit causes said discharge unit to pick up and discharge said insert-sheet from said paper feed tray designated by said insert-sheet designating unit.
4. The image forming apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a size designating unit designating a size of said insert-sheet; wherein
said control unit includes a determining unit determining whether an insert-sheet of the size designated by said size designating unit can be discharged to a discharge destination to which said recording paper having the image formed thereon is discharged; and
in response to a determination by said determining unit that said insert-sheet cannot be discharged to said discharge destination to which said recording paper having the image formed thereon is discharged, said control unit controls said discharge unit such that a sheet of recording paper is picked up from a tray containing said recording paper on which the image is to be formed and discharged in place of said insert-sheet.
5. The image forming apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a character input unit allowing input of a character; wherein
said image forming unit forms an image of the character input by said character input unit, on said insert-sheet before the insert-sheet is discharged.
6. The image forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
said image forming unit
forms, on an insert-sheet to be discharged first, an image indicating a value larger by 1 than the number of said sets discharged before discharge of said insert-sheet to be discharged first, and
forms, on each of the insert-sheets to be discharged second and thereafter, an image indicating a value larger by 1 than the number of said sets discharged after the immediately preceding discharged insert-sheet until immediately before each of the insert-sheets to be discharged second and thereafter.
7. The image forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said input unit includes a designating unit designating any of positions before and after all sheets of recording paper having images of said job formed thereon and discharged, and before and after every prescribed number of copies of sheets of recording paper having images of said job formed thereon and discharged, as said insertion position.

1. A pharmaceutical preparation for treating endometriosis, said pharmaceutical preparation comprising a daily dose of a gestagen with anti-androgenic activity, which is up to twice that for inhibiting ovulation, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable aids andor carriers.
2. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 1, in which said gestagen is dienogest, cyproterone acetate, or chlormadinone acetate.
3. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 2, in which said daily dose is 2 mg of said dienogest, an equivalent amount of said cyproterone acetate, or an equivalent amount of said chlormadinone acetate.
4. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 3, which comprises a package unit and at least 28 separately packaged and individually removable daily dose units contained in the package unit, and in which said daily dose units each consist of 2 mg of said dienogest, said equivalent amount of said cypropterone acetate, or said equivalent amount of said chlormadinone acetate and said one or more pharmaceutically acceptable aids andor carriers.
5. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 4, wherein said package unit contains 30 of said separately packaged and individually removable daily dose units.
6. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 4, wherein said gestagen and said daily dose units are selected for prophylaxis andor therapy of said endometriosis by continuous administration of said daily dose units during a time interval of at least 169 days or at least 25 weeks.
7. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 6, wherein said time interval is more than 2 years.
8. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 1, which does not negatively affect bone metabolism and thus reduce bone density.
9. The pharmaceutical preparation as defined in claim 1, in which said gestagen and said daily dose are selected so that said bone metabolism is not negatively affected and bone density is not reduced.
10. The pharmaceutical preparation said defined in claim 1, and in the form of tablets, capsules, sugar-coated tablets, wafers, transdermal therapy systems, ampoules, suppositories, gels, ointments, implants, vaginal rings, or nasal sprays.
11. A kit comprising containing at least 28 daily dose units of a pharmaceutical preparation for treating endometriosis, wherein each of said at least 28 daily dose units comprises a gestagen with anti-androgenic activity at a daily dose that is up to twice that for inhibiting ovulation and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable aids andor carriers.
12. The kit as defined in claim 11, containing 28 of said daily dose units.
13. The kit as defined in claim 11, containing 30 of said daily dose units.
14. The kit as defined in claim 11, wherein said gestagen is dienogest, cyproterone acetate, or chlormadinone acetate and said daily dose is 2 mg of said dienogest, said equivalent amount of said cypropterone acetate, or said equivalent amount of said chlormadinone.
15. A method of treating endometriosis, said method comprising administering a pharmaceutical preparation containing at least one gestagen with anti-androgenic activity at a daily dose amounting to up to twice that for inhibiting ovulation.
16. The method as defined in claim 15, wherein said at least one gestagen component is dienogest, cyproterone acetate, or chlormadinone acetate.
17. The method as defined in claim 16, wherein said daily dose is 2 mg of said dienogest, an equivalent amount of said cyproterone acetate, or an equivalent amount of said chlormadinone acetate.
18. The method as defined in claim 15, wherein said administering comprises continuous administration of said daily dose of said at least one gestagen for a time interval of at least 169 days or at least 25 weeks.
19. The method as defined in claim 18, wherein said time interval is more than 2 years.
20. The method as defined in claim 15, wherein said administering comprises administration of said daily dose of said at least one gestagen to an individual suffering from said endometriosis in order to reduce said endometriosis.
21. The method as defined in claim 15, wherein said administering comprises administration of said daily dose of said at least one gestagen to an individual to prevent occurrence of said endometriosis.
22. The method as defined in claim 15, wherein said at least one gestagen and said daily dose are selected so that said administering has no negative effect on bone metabolism and thus does not reduce bone density.
23. The method as defined in claim 15, wherein said administering comprises administration of a pharmaceutical preparation containing said daily dose of said at least one gestagen and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable aids andor carriers, and wherein said pharmaceutical preparation is in the form of tablets, capsules, sugar-coated tablets, wafers, transdermal therapy systems, ampoules, suppositories, gels, ointments, implants, vaginal rings, or nasal sprays.
24. A method of making a pharmaceutical preparation for treating endometriosis, said pharmaceutical preparation comprising a package unit containing at least 28 daily dose units, and wherein each of said daily dose units contains at least one gestagen at a daily doses up to twice that required for inhibiting ovulation and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable aids andor carriers, and wherein said at least one gestagen is dienogest, cyproterone acetate, or chlormadinone acetate.
