1. A composition for paper coating, comprising aliphatic polycarbonate having an average molecular weight of 50000˜3000000 obtained by reaction of one or at least two different kinds of epoxide compounds selected from the group consisting of (C2-C10)alkylene oxide substituted or unsubstituted with carbon dioxide, halogen, or alkoxy; (C4-C20) cycloalkylene oxide substituted or unsubstituted with halogen or alkoxy; and (C8-C20)styrene oxide substituted or unsubstituted with halogen, alkoxy, alkyl or aryl.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the aliphatic polycarbonate is expressed by Chemical formula 1 below:
Where, w is an integer of 2 to 10, x is an integer of 5 to 100, y is an integer of 0 to 100, n is an integer of 1 to 3, and R is hydrogen, (C1-C4) alkyl or —CH2-O—R′, wherein R′ is (C1˜C8)alkyl.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition for paper coating contains 1 to 70 wt % of polylactic acid based on the total amount of the composition.
4. A method for coating a paper, by extrusion-coating the composition for paper coating of claim 1 at 150 to 230\xb0 C. on the paper to manufacture a coated paper.
5. A method for coating a paper, by extrusion-coating the composition for paper coating of claim 2 at 150 to 230\xb0 C. on the paper to manufacture a coated paper.
6. A method for coating a paper, by extrusion-coating the composition for paper coating of claim 3 at 150 to 230\xb0 C. on the paper to manufacture a coated paper.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the manufactured coated paper contains a residual coating composition in a content of 2 wt % or less based on the total amount of the composition before thermal treatment, when the thermal treatment is performed at 220\xb0 C. for 60 minutes under the inert gas ambience.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the manufactured coated paper contains a residual coating composition in a content of 2 wt % or less based on the total amount of the composition before thermal treatment, when the thermal treatment is performed at 220\xb0 C. for 60 minutes under the inert gas ambience.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the manufactured coated paper contains a residual coating composition in a content of 2 wt % or less based on the total amount of the composition before thermal treatment, when the thermal treatment is performed at 220\xb0 C. for 60 minutes under the inert gas ambience.

127. A method of detecting a chromosomal translocation resulting in a fusion gene between BCR and ABL, said fusion gene associated with cancer, said method comprising:
(a) preparing at least two nucleic acid probes, each labeled with a distinguishable label, wherein a first of said probes hybridizes to the BCR gene side of the translocation, and the second probe hybridizes to a part of the ABL gene;
(b) contacting said probes to chromosomes under conditions of appropriate stringency to allow specific hybridization of the probes to complementary DNA sequences in the chromosomes;
(c) detecting the presence of hybridized probes; and
(d) identifying the chromosomal translocation by the labeling pattern of the probes relative to the chromosomes;
wherein said translocation results in a fusion gene that encodes either of two proteins designated as p190 and p210.
