1. A content tagging method of an electronic device, the method comprising:
displaying at least one or more semantic locations;
selecting one of the at least one or more semantic locations; and
based on the selected semantic location, creating a place tag related to a corresponding content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein creating the place tag related to the corresponding content comprises:
determining an association type;
determining content identification information;
determining identification information about a current semantic location;
determining current time information; and
tagging the place tag with at least one or more of the association type, the content identification information, the identification information about the current semantic location, and the current time information, and
wherein the association type defines whether an association is a new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the identification information about the current semantic location of the place tag does not comprise a latitudelongitude coordinate value about a place or an address value.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device, and data related to one of a plurality of software modules executed within the electronic device.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the identification information about the current semantic location is stored in a database as a place identifier, a place class, and a place name, and
wherein the content identification information is stored in a database as one of a contents identifier, a content type, and a content access path.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the semantic location is a location of a user’s perspective selected by a user, and the semantic location is a location corresponding an indoor location, an outdoor location, or a moving car location.
7. A content tagging using method of an electronic device, the method comprising:
searching a place tag DataBase (DB) for place tags stored therein, and displaying at least one or more semantic locations;
selecting one of the at least one or more semantic locations; and
displaying at least one or more contents related to the selected semantic location.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein each place tag comprises at least one of an association type, content identification information, identification information about the semantic location, and time information, and
wherein the association type defines whether an association is new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the identification information about the current semantic location of the place tag does not comprise a latitudelongitude coordinate value about a place or an address value.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device, and data related to one of a plurality of software modules executed within the electronic device.
11. A content tagging using method of an electronic device, the method comprising:
recognizing a semantic location of a user’s perspective corresponding to a current place; and
displaying at least one or more contents related to the semantic location corresponding to the current place.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the semantic location includes a place tag which comprises at least one of an association type, content identification information, identification information about the semantic location, and time information, and
wherein the association type defines whether an association is new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the identification information about the current semantic location of the place tag does not comprise a latitudelongitude coordinate value about a place or an address value.
14. The method of claim 11, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device and data related to one of a plurality of software modules executed within the electronic device.
15. The method of claim 11, wherein the at least one or more contents are arranged based on at least one or more of the number of tagging for contents and tagged time.
16. A content tagging method of an electronic device, the method comprising:
requesting for content tagging;
according to the content tagging request, determining at least one or more of an association type, a contents identifier, a place identifier, and a current time; and
creating a place tag comprising the determined at least one or more of the association type, the contents identifier, the place identifier, and the current time.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the association type is determined depending on whether an association is new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
18. The method of claim 16, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device and data related to one of a plurality of software modules executed within the electronic device.
19. An electronic device comprising:
one or more processors for executing computer programs;
a memory for storing data and instructions; and
one or more computer programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors,
wherein the one or more computer programs comprises a command for:
displaying at least one or more semantic locations;
selecting one of the at least one or more semantic locations; and
creating a place tag related to a corresponding content, based on the selected semantic location.
20. The device of claim 19, wherein the command for creating the place tag related to the corresponding content comprises a command for:
determining an association type;
determining content identification information;
determining identification information about a current semantic location;
determining current time information; and
tagging the place tag with at least one or more of the association type, the content identification information, the identification information about the current semantic location, and the current time information, and
wherein the association type defines whether an association is new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
21. The device of claim 20, wherein the identification information about the semantic location of the place tag does not comprise a latitudelongitude coordinate value about a place or an address value.
22. The device of claim 19, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device and data related to one of the one or more computer programs executed within the electronic device.
23. The device of claim 20, wherein the identification information about the semantic location is stored in a database in the memory as a place identifier, a place class, and a place name, and
wherein the content identification information is stored in the database in the memory as a contents identifier, a content type, and a content access path.
24. The device of claim 20, wherein the semantic location is a location of a user’s perspective selected by a user, and
the semantic location is a location corresponding an indoor location, an outdoor location, or a moving car location.
25. An electronic device comprising:
one or more processors for executing computer programs;
a memory for storing data and instructions; and
one or more computer programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors,
wherein the one or more computer programs comprises a command for:
searching a place tag DataBase (DB) of place tags, and displaying at least one or more semantic locations;
selecting one of the at least one or more semantic locations; and
displaying at least one or more contents related to the selected semantic location.

one or more processors for executing computer programs;
a memory for storing data and instructions; and
one or more computer programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors,
wherein the one or more computer programs comprises a command for:
recognizing a semantic location corresponding to a current place; and
displaying at least one or more contents related to the semantic location corresponding to the current place.
30. The device of claim 29, wherein the semantic location includes a place tag which comprises at least one of an association type, content identification information, identification information about the semantic location, and time information, and
wherein the association type defines whether an association is new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
31. The device of claim 30, wherein the identification information about the semantic location of the place tag does not comprise a latitudelongitude coordinate value about a place or an address value.
32. The device of claim 28, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device and data related to one of the one or more computer programs executed within the electronic device.

34. An electronic device comprising:
one or more processors for executing computer programs;
a memory for storing data and instructions; and
one or more computer programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors,
wherein the one or more computer programs comprises a command for:
requesting for content tagging;
determining at least one or more of an association type, a contents identifier, a place identifier, and a current time, according to the content tagging request; and
creating a place tag comprising the determined at least one or more of the association type, the contents identifier, the place identifier, and the current time.
35. The device of claim 34, wherein the association type is determined depending on whether an association is new content creation, is an access to existing contents, or is designated by a user.
36. The device of claim 34, wherein the content is one of multimedia data newly created or previously stored within the electronic device and data related to one of the one or more computer programs executed within the electronic device.

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a user input unit configured to select a broadcast channel;
a timer configured to start counting a predetermined time when a first broadcast channel is selected by a channel entry or a channel switching; and
a controller configured to buffer broadcast data of at least one second broadcast channel different than the first broadcast channel for the predetermined time if the first broadcast channel is selected by the channel entry or the channel switching and to stop buffering the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel when the predetermined time expires.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the first channel is selected when a broadcasting function of the mobile terminal is initiated.
3. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to determine a remaining amount of battery capacity of the mobile terminal, and to stop buffering the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel when the remaining amount of battery capacity is less than a predetermined threshold.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 1, further comprising:
a wireless communication unit configured to receive the broadcast data,
wherein the controller is further configured to receive and buffer the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel based on a time slicing operation such that the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel is only received in an ON period of the time splicing operation.
5. The mobile terminal of claim 1, further comprising:
a wireless communication unit configured to receive per-channel identification information; and
a memory configured to store the per-channel identification information,
wherein the controller is further configured to identify the broadcast data of at the least one second channel using the per-channel identification information.
6. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the input unit is further configured to receive a command signal for a channel entry operation to enter the first broadcast channel or a channel switching operation to be switched to the first broadcast channel.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the at least one second broadcast channel includes at least one of neighbor channels of the selected first broadcast channel, user-preferred channels, user-specified channels, previously selected channels, channels based on a channel selection pattern and a combination of the above channels.
8. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to automatically set without user intervention the at least one second broadcast channel to be at least one of preset buffering target channels, a number of the buffering target channels, a buffering execution time, a buffering period, and a buffering sequence.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 8, wherein the controller is further configured to automatically set the at least one second broadcast channel according to a remaining quantity of a battery of the terminal.
10. The mobile terminal of claim 1, further comprising:
a display configured to display information indicating that the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel is being buffered.
11. The mobile terminal of claim 10, wherein the display is further configured to display the information indicating the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel is being buffered when the first broadcast channel is selected and the controller is entering the first broadcast channel or when the controller switches into the at least one second broadcast channel from the first broadcast channel.
12. The mobile terminal of claim 10, wherein the display is further configured to display information indicating an amount of time left for buffering the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel.
13. The mobile terminal of claim 10, wherein the display is further configured to display information indicating the buffering of the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel will be performed in a certain amount of time.
14. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the user input unit is further configured to receive at least one of a buffering stop signal to stop buffering the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel, a buffering command signal to display information about the buffering of the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel, and a buffering target channel editing signal to edit the buffering of the at least one second broadcast channel.
15. The mobile terminal of claim 10, further comprising:
an output unit configured to output a broadcast signal corresponding to the selected first broadcast channel,
wherein the controller is further configured to buffer the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel when outputting the broadcast signal via the output unit.
16. The mobile terminal of claim 15, wherein the display is further configured to display information indicating how much time is left before the output broadcast signal is going to end.
17. The mobile terminal of claim 15, wherein the controller is further configured to buffer the broadcast data of the at least one second channel when the broadcast signal is stopped being output or a predetermined time before the broadcast signal is stopped from being output.
18. The mobile terminal of claim 15, wherein the controller is further configured to buffer the broadcast data of the at least one second channel at a random point from when the broadcast program corresponding to the first broadcast channel is being output.
19. A method of controlling a mobile terminal, the method comprising:
selecting a broadcast channel;
counting a predetermined time when a first broadcast channel is selected by a channel entry or a channel switching;
buffering broadcast data of at least one second broadcast channel different than the first broadcast channel for the predetermined time when the first broadcast channel is selected by the channel entry or the channel switching; and
stopping the buffering the broadcast data of the at least one second broadcast channel when the predetermined time expires.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the at least one second broadcast channel includes at least one of neighbor channels of the selected first broadcast channel, user-preferred channels, user-specified channels, previously selected channels, channels based on a channel selection pattern and a combination of the above channels.
