1. A method of brokering a network resource comprising the steps of:
a. providing a service broker processor and a service broker registry;
b. receiving a request at the service broker processor to register in the service broker registry a network resource for providing a network service;
c. the service broker processor authenticating the request and authorizing registration to establish an authenticated and authorised network resource;
d. the service broker processor registering the authenticated and authorized network resource in the service broker registry to establish a registered network resource;
e. the service broker processor updating a network client with the availability of the registered network resource;
f. the network client receiving a third party request for the network service;
g. the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource; and
h. the network client setting up a bearer path between the third party and the network resource.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, comprising the additional step of providing a resource manager and the resource manager checking a status of the registered network resource before updating the network client with the availability of the registered network resource.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, comprising a further step of the service broker processor monitoring availability of the registered network resource.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of updating a network client includes the network client activating the service provided by the registered network resource.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource includes the network client determining the availability of the registered network resource.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource comprises the network client requesting allocation of a plurality of registered network resources to provide the said network service by succession brokering of the plurality of registered network resources.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of the network client setting up a bearer path includes the step of the network client monitoring use of the network resource and billing the third party user.
8. A method of registering a network resource comprising the steps of:
a. providing a service broker processor and a service broker registry;
b. receiving a request at the service broker processor to register in the service broker registry a network resource for providing a network service;
c. the service broker processor authenticating the received request and authorizing registration to establish an authenticated and authorized network resource; and
d. the service broker processor registering the authenticated and authorized network resource in the service broker registry to establish a registered network resource.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, comprising the additional step of providing a resource manager and the resource manager checking a status the registered network resource before updating the network client with the availability of the registered network resource.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, comprising a further step of the service broker processor monitoring availability of the registered network resource.
11. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the step of updating a network client includes the network client activating the service provided by the network resource.
12. A method of requesting a network service from a network client comprising the steps of:
a. providing a service broker processor and a service broker registry including an authenticated and authorized registered network resource for providing the network service;
b. the network client receiving a third party request for the network service;
c. the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource; and
d. the network client setting up a bearer path between the third party and the network resource.
13. The method as claimed in claim 12, wherein the step of the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource includes the network client determining the availability of the registered network resource.
14. The method as claimed in claim 12, wherein the step of the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource comprises the network client requesting allocation of a plurality of registered network resources to provide the said network service by succession brokering of the plurality of registered network resources.
15. The method as claimed in claim 12, wherein the step of the network client setting up a bearer path includes the step of the network client monitoring use of the network resource and billing the third party user.
16. A computer executable software code stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the code being for brokering a network resource comprising the steps of:
a. providing a service broker processor and a service broker registry;
b. receiving a request at the service broker processor to register in the service broker registry a network resource for providing a network service;
c. the service broker processor authenticating the request and authorizing registration to establish an authenticated and authorized network resource;
d. the service broker processor registering the authenticated and authorized network resource in the service broker registry to establish a registered network resource;
e. the service broker processor updating a network client with the availability of the registered network resource;
f. the network client receiving a third party request for the network service;
g. the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource; and
h. the network client setting up a bearer path between the third party and the network resource.
17. One or more programmed computers for brokering a network resource comprising the steps of:
a. providing a service broker processor and a service broker registry;
b. receiving a request at the service broker processor to register in the service broker registry a network resource for providing a network service;
c. the service broker processor authenticating the request and authorizing registration to establish an authenticated and authorized network resource;
d. the service broker processor registering the authenticated and authorized network resource in the service broker registry to establish a registered network resource;
e. the service broker processor updating a network client with the availability of the registered network resource;
f. the network client receiving a third party request for the network service;
g. the network client requesting allocation of the registered network resource; and
h. the network client setting up a bearer path between the third party and the network resource.
18. A network resource broker comprising:
a service broker registry configured for storing details of a plurality of network resources;
a service broker processor coupled to the service broker registry, the service broker processor configured to:
receive a request to register in the service broker registry a network resource for providing a network service,
authenticate the request and authorize registration to establish an authenticated and authorized network resource,
register the authenticated and authorized network resource in the service broker registry to establish a registered network resource, and
update a network client with the availability of the registered network resource; and
wherein when the network client receives a third party request for the network service, the network client requests allocation of the registered network resource and sets up a bearer path between the third party and the network resource.
19. The network resource broker as claimed in claim 18, wherein the service broker processor is further configured to check a status of the registered network resource before updating the network client with the availability of the registered network resource.
20. The network resource broker as claimed in claim 18, wherein the service broker processor is further configured to monitor availability of the registered network resource.

1. An electronic component, comprising:
a main body part inserted in an opening part formed in a board; and
a pair of leads each of the leads having an end connected to the main body part and another end connected to a pad formed on the board;
wherein the main body part is provided with the leads so that a functional surface of the main body part is positioned at a side connected to the pads of the board.
2. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the main body part is an electronic element having a structure where a p-type layer and an n-type layer are connected by a pn connection layer; and
an extending direction of the pn connection layer of the electronic component is, in a state where the electronic element is inserted in the opening part, perpendicular to a board surface of the board.
3. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 2,
wherein the electronic element is a light emitting diode chip where the functional surface works as a light emitting surface.
4. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 2,
wherein each of the leads includes:
a supporting part connected to and supporting the electronic element and extending in parallel with the pn connection layer; and
an electrode part formed by bending an edge part at a side of the functional surface of the supporting part and being connected to the corresponding pad of the board.
5. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 2,
wherein each of the leads includes:
a supporting part supporting the electronic element by connecting to a lower surface of the n-type layer or the p-type layer perpendicular to the pn connection layer of the electronic element;
an electrode part functioning as an electrode and being connected to the corresponding pad of the board; and
a connection part connecting the supporting part and the electrode part.
6. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 5,
wherein the connection part comes in contact with an internal wall of the opening part formed in the board in a case where the electronic element is inserted in the opening part formed in the board.
7. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the length of the leads is changeable.
8. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 1,
wherein an external member is provided so as to seal the main body part and parts of the leads; and
a shading member is provided for at least one of a bottom part and a side part of the external member.
9. The electronic component, as claimed in claim 1,
wherein an external member is provided so as to seal the main body part and parts of the leads; and
a reflection member is provided at a bottom part of the external member.
10. An electronic component assembly body, comprising:
the electronic component as claimed in claim 2, and
a board where an opening part and an electrode are formed;
wherein the electronic component is mounted on the board in a state where the electronic component is inserted in the opening part; and
an extending direction of the pn connection layer of the electronic element is perpendicular to a board surface of the board in the state where the electronic component is inserted in the opening part.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
the electronic component assembly body as claimed in claim 10;
wherein the electronic component assembly body is provided inside the electronic device.
12. A manufacturing method of an electronic component, comprising:
a connection step of connecting one lead to a surface parallel with a pn connection layer of an electronic element having a structure where the p-type layer and the n-type layer are connected by the pn connection layer, by using a connection material, and of connecting another lead to another surface parallel with the pn connection layer of the electronic element by using a connection material; and
a lead forming step of forming a supporting part connected to and supporting the electronic element and an electrode part functioning as an electrode, by bending the pair of the leads to an outside.
13. The manufacturing method of an electronic component, as claimed in claim 12 further comprising:
an external member forming step of forming an external member configured to seal at least the electronic element after the lead forming step.
14. A manufacturing method of an electronic component, comprising:
a connection step of connecting one lead to a lower surface perpendicular to a pn connection layer of an electronic element having a structure where a p-type layer and an n-type layer are connected by the pn connection layer, by using a connection material, and of connecting another lead to another lower surface perpendicular to the pn connection layer of the n-type layer of the electronic element by using a connection material; and
a lead forming step of forming a supporting part connected to and supporting the electronic element, an electrode part functioning as an electrode, and a connection part connecting the supporting part and the electrode part, by bending the pair of the leads to an outside.
15. The manufacturing method of an electronic component, as claimed in claim 14 further comprising:
an external member forming step of forming an external member configured to seal at least the electronic element after the lead forming step.
