1. A field effect transistor device comprising a Group III-V semiconductor and a gate dielectric coupled thereto, said gate dielectric comprising an organic dielectric component comprising at least two of a siloxane moiety, a hydrocarbon moiety and a \u03c0-polarizable moiety.
2. The device of claim 1 wherein said dielectric component comprises one of said \u03c0-polarizable and hydrocarbon moieties cross-linked with a siloxane moiety.
3. The device of claim 2 wherein said \u03c0-polarizable moiety comprises a non-linear optical chromophore.
4. The device of claim 2 wherein said chromophore comprises a stilbazolium ion.
5. The device of claim 2 wherein said dielectric component is selected from the condensation product of a bis(silyl)alkyl compound and a siloxane compound, the condensation product of a \u03c0-polarizable compound and a siloxane compound, and combinations of said condensation products.
6. The device of claim 5 wherein said dielectric component is selected from a condensation product of a C4- about C10bis(silyl)alkyl compound and a trisiloxane compound, and a condensation product of a C4- about C10bis(silylated) fluorosubstituted alkyl compound and a trisiloxane compound.
7. The device of claim 5 wherein said dielectric component comprises the condensation product of a silane-substituted stilbazolium compound and a trisiloxane compound.
8. The device of claim 5 wherein said dielectric component comprises the sequential condensation products of bis-trichlorosilyloctane, octachlorotrisiloxane, 4-(4-(N,N,-bis((hydroxy)ethyl)amino-phenyl-1-(4-trichlorosilyl)benzyl-pyridinium iodide and octachlorotrisiloxane.
9. The device of claim 5 wherein said dielectric component comprises iterations of at least one of said condensation products.
10. The device of claim 1 wherein said semiconductor is selected from GaAs, InP, InAs, InSb and GaP compounds, doped GaAs, InP, InAs, InSb and GaP compounds and combinations thereof.
11. The device of claim 1 wherein said semiconductor is selected from GaAs, a doped GaAs compound and combinations thereof.
12. The device of claim 11 comprising a doped-GaAs channel component.
13. The device of claim 1 wherein said gate dielectric comprises an inorganic dielectric component.
14. The device of claim 13 wherein said inorganic dielectric component is selected from SiO2, Si3N4, HfO2, Al2O3, Ga2O3, Gd2O3, ZrO2 and Ta2O5 and combinations thereof.
15. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is a MISFET.
16. A metal-insulator-semiconductor field effect transistor device comprising a GaAs semiconductor and a gate dielectric comprising an organic dielectric component comprising at least one of a \u03c0-polarizable moiety and a hydrocarbon moiety, said moiety cross-linked by a siloxane moiety.
17. The device of claim 16 wherein said dielectric component comprises a hydrocarbon moiety coupled with silicon-oxygen bonds to a \u03c0-polarizable moiety.
18. The device of claim 17 wherein said component comprises a siloxane moiety coupled to said \u03c0-polarizable moiety with silicon-oxygen bonds.
19. The device of claim 18 wherein each said silicon-oxygen bond is the condensation product of a hydrolyzable silicon moiety and a hydroxy functionality.
20. The device of claim 16 wherein said \u03c0-polarizable moiety comprises a non-linear optical chromophore.
21. The device of claim 20 wherein said chromophore comprises a stilbazolium ion.
22. The device of claim 16 wherein said gate dielectric comprises an inorganic dielectric component.
23. The device of claim 22 wherein said inorganic dielectric component is selected from SiO2, Si3N4, HfO2, Al2O3, Ga2O3, Gd2O3, ZrO2 and Ta2O5 and combinations thereof.
24. The device of claim 16 comprising at least one of an n-channel semiconductor and a p-channel semiconductor.
25. The device of claim 16 wherein said gate dielectric material has a thickness dimension between about 2 nm and about 20 nm.

1. A system for supporting allocation, to a customer, of reward points redeemable for an article or a service, the system comprising:
a reward point data obtaining portion that obtains reward point data indicating an amount of reward points of reward programs in which the customer participates;
a calculator that calculates, for each of the reward programs, an amount of soon-to-be-lost-reward points that is an amount of reward points to be lost during a predetermined period among the reward points, based on the reward point data obtained by the reward point data obtaining portion; and
a display that displays, based on a result of calculation performed by the calculator, a screen for indicating, among the reward programs, a reward program having the soon-to-be-lost-reward points whose amount is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
2. The system according to claim 1, further comprising an information obtaining portion that obtains information from a multiple-service card that is a card into which membership cards issued, to the customer, by providers of the reward programs in which the customer participates are integrated,
wherein the calculator calculates the amount of soon-to-be-lost-reward points for each of the reward programs corresponding to the membership cards integrated into the multiple-service card.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the display displays, as the screen, a screen in which identification information of the reward programs is listed in descending order of a value of the soon-to-be-lost-reward points.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the display displays, as the screen, a screen in which identification information of the reward programs is listed in chronological order in which the soon-to-be-lost-reward points are lost.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the display displays, as the screen, a screen in which identification information of the reward programs is listed in descending order of an amount of accumulated reward points redeemable for an article or a service.
6. A method for supporting allocation, to a customer, of reward points redeemable for an article or a service, the method comprising:
causing a computer to perform:
a process of obtaining reward point data indicating an amount of reward points of reward programs in which the customer participates;
a calculation process of calculating, for each of the reward programs, an amount of soon-to-be-lost-reward points that is an amount of reward points to be lost during a predetermined period among the reward points, based on the reward point data thus obtained; and
a displaying process of displaying, based on a result of the calculation process, a screen for indicating, among the reward programs, a reward program having the soon-to-be-lost-reward points whose amount is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
7. A method for supporting allocation, to a customer, of reward points redeemable for an article or a service, the method comprising:
causing, when the customer pays for a purchase, a card reader and writer to read a multiple-service card that is provided to the customer in advance and is a card into which membership cards issued, to the customer, by providers of reward programs in which the customer participates are integrated, then to determine each of the membership cards integrated into the multiple-service card;
causing a computer to calculate, for each of the reward programs corresponding to the membership cards thus determined, an amount of soon-to-be-lost-reward points that is an amount of reward points to be lost during a predetermined period among the reward points accumulated by the customer; and
displaying, based on a result of calculation performed by the computer, a screen for indicating, among the reward programs, a reward program having the soon-to-be-lost-reward points whose amount is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
8. A computer-readable storage medium storing thereon a computer program used in a computer for supporting allocation, to a customer, of reward points redeemable for an article or a service, the computer program causing the computer to perform:
an obtaining process of obtaining reward point data indicating an amount of reward points of reward programs in which the customer participates;
a calculation process of calculating, for each of the reward programs, an amount of soon-to-be-lost-reward points that is an amount of reward points to be lost during a predetermined period among the reward points; and
a display process of displaying, based on a result of the calculation process, a screen for indicating, among the reward programs, a reward program having the soon-to-be-lost-reward points whose amount is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
