1. Mixture comprising trimellitic esters and polyether polyol ester, characterized in that the mixture comprises from 51-84.5% by weight of trimellitic esters and 49-15.5% by weight of a polyether polyol ester, wherein the polyether polyol ester is triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate and further characterized in that trimellitic esters are selected from tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate, tri(n-octyl, n-decyl) trimellitate, tri(heptyl, nonyl) trimellitate, tri(n-octyl) trimellitate, tri(isononyl) trimellitate, tri(isodecyl) trimellitate or mixtures thereof.
2. Mixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixture consists of tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate and triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate.
3. Mixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixture has a viscosity of <300 mm2s at 20\xb0 C. and <80 mm2s at 40\xb0 C.
4. PVC materials comprising the mixture according to Claim 1, characterized in that the PVC materials have a glass transition temperature of <20\xb0 C.
5. PVC materials comprising the mixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the PVC materials have a fogging number of at least 60.
6. A method using the mixture according to claim 1 comprising incorporating the mixture into polymer compounds having a Shore A hardness of <90.
7. A method using the mixture according to claim 1 comprising incorporating the mixture into a product selected from the group consisting of: polymer compounds; masterbatches; semifinished products and finished products.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the product comprises PVC.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the mixture consists of tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate and triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate.
10. A product comprising PVC and provided with a mixture comprising from 51-84.5% by weight of trimellitic esters and 49-15.5% by weight of a polyether polyol ester, wherein the polyether polyol ester is triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate, wherein further the trimellitic esters are selected from tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate, tri(n-octyl, n-decyl) trimellitate, tri(heptyl, nonyl) trimellitate, tri(n-octyl) trimellitate, tri(isononyl) trimellitate, tri(isodecyl) trimellitate or mixtures thereof.
11. The product according to claim 10, characterized in that the mixture consists of tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate and triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate.

1. A composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, comprising an Asiasari Radix extract as an active ingredient.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the Asiasari Radix extract is in an amount of 0.01\u02dc10% by weight based on the solid content, relative to the total weight of the composition.
3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the Asiasari Radix extract is obtained by extracting Asiasari Radix with a lower alcohol, n-hexane or a mixture thereof.
4. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the Asiasari Radix extract is obtained by extracting Asiasari Radix with a lower alcohol, n-hexane or a mixture thereof.
5. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one ingredient selected from an inhibitor of 5\u03b1-reductase activity and an activator of hair follicle cells.
6. The composition according to claim 5, wherein the inhibitor of 5\u03b1-reductase activity is at least one selected from Sophorae Radix extract, Coicis Semen extract and Caryophylli Flos extract; and the activator of hair follicle cells is at least one selected from hinokitiol and nicotinamide.
7. The composition according to claim 5, wherein the inhibitor of 5\u03b1-reductase activity is in an amount of 0.001\u02dc10% by weight and the activator of hair follicle cells is in an amount of 0.001\u02dc10% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition.
8. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one selected from capsicum tincture, tocopherol acetate, benzyl nicotinate, piroctonolamine, salicylic acid and 1-menthol.
9. The composition according to claim 5, further comprising at least one selected from capsicum tincture, tocopherol acetate, benzyl nicotinate, piroctonolamine, salicylic acid and 1-menthol.
10. A topical formulation for transdermal application, comprising the composition according to claim 1.
