17. The polyphosphate flame retardant according to claim 16, in which the silicone resin is adhered around the particles of said polyphosphate compound.
18. The polyphosphate flame retardant according to claim 16, in which the weight average polymerization degree of said polyphosphate compound is 20 to 2000.
19. The polyphosphate flame retardant according to claim 16, in which said polyphosphate compound is ammonium polyphosphate.
20. The polyphosphate flame retardant according to claim 16, in which said silicone resin comprises a combination of a monofunctional monomer unit and a tetrafunctional monomer unit andor a trifunctional monomer unit.

A flame retardant composition prepared by compounding a polyphosphate flame retardant comprising complex particles of a flame retardant polyphosphate compound and a silicone resin to a binder resin, in which said polyphosphate compound includes particles having an average particle size of 3 to 50 \u03bcm, and said silicone resin is expressed by a general formula (RnSiO(4\u2212n)2)m where R is methyl, alkyl, fluoroalkyl, phenyl or vinyl, n=1 to 3, and m\u22672.
22. The flame retardant resin composition according to claim 21, in which said polyphosphate flame retardant has a structure in which the silicone resin is fixed around the particles of the polyphosphate compound.
23. The flame retardant resin composition according to claim 21, in which the weight average polymerization degree of said polyphosphate compound is 20 to 2000.
24. The flame retardant resin composition according to claim 21, in which said polyphosphate compound is ammonium polyphosphate.
25. The flame retardant resin composition according to claim 21, in which said binder resin is an acrylic resin.
26. A flame retardant textile product prepared by a procedure in which a flame retardant resin composition prepared by compounding a polyphosphate flame retardant comprising complex particles of a flame retardant polyphosphate compound and a silicone resin in a binder resin is fixed on fibers, in which said polyphosphate compound includes particles having an average particle size of 3 to 50 \u03bcm, and said silicone resin is expressed by a general formula (RnSiO(4\u2212n)2)m where R is methyl, alkyl, fluoroalkyl, phenyl or vinyl, n=1 to 3, and m\u22672.
27. The flame retardant textile product according to claim 26, in which said polyphosphate flame retardant has a structure in which the silicone resin is fixed around the particles of the polyphosphate compound.

1. A device for inputting commands for operating a system, the device comprising:
means for inputting commands;
a display device for displaying a list showing commands to be used for operating the system;
memory means for memorizing usage frequencies of respective commands; and
a controller for controlling the display device so that the commands are displayed in a reverse order of the usage frequency.
2. The device as in claim 1, wherein:
the commands are voice commands inputted through a voice recognizer.
3. A device for inputting commands for operating a system, the device comprising:
means for inputting commands;
a display device for displaying a list showing commands to be used for operating the system;
memory means for memorizing usage frequencies of respective commands; and
a controller for controlling the display device so that the commands are displayed after eliminating those commands, the usage frequency of which is higher than a predetermined level.
4. The device as in claim 3, wherein:
an auxiliary list listing the eliminated commands is stored in the memory means and is displayed on the display device according to a user’s request.

the commands are voice commands inputted through a voice recognizer.

an auxiliary list listing the eliminated voice commands is stored in the memory means and is displayed on the display device according to a user’s request.
