2. The air intake pipe able to increase intake of air and bendable freely for assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said neck formed at the opposite ends of said flexible fit pipe is fitted thereon with a snap ring to tighten the end of said accelerating inner pipe and said air intake outer pipe, which is fitted in said neck, said snap ring able to be tightened and loosened so as to rotate and adjust said flexible fit pipe and said accelerating inner pipe and said air intake outer pipe.
3. The air intake pipe able to increase intake of air and bendable freely for assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said flexible fit pipe is made integral of rubber.
4. The air intake pipe able to increase intake of air and bendable freely for assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air intake outer pipe has a lower end connected with an air filter.
The claims below are in addition to those above.
All refrences to claim(s) which appear below refer to the numbering after this setence.
1. A surgical method, comprising:
inserting a retractor device transorally to a cavity of a stomach;
actuating the retractor device to smooth a lining of a wall of the stomach by removing wrinkles formed by rugae of the stomach, wherein actuating the retractor device comprises applying a vacuum to suction the lining onto a vacuum port in a distal portion of the retractor device, and then translating the vacuum port distally relative to a proximal portion of the retractor device positioned within the cavity of the stomach; and
after applying the vacuum and translating the vacuum port distally, applying a tissue treatment device to the smoothed lining, wherein translating the vacuum port distally comprises moving the vacuum port along a longitudinal axis of the proximal portion of the retractor device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the vacuum port is located at a distal tip of the retractor device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein translating the vacuum port comprises moving a rod at least partially positioned within the cavity to reposition the vacuum port within the cavity.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein applying the vacuum also suctions the lining onto at least one additional vacuum port in the proximal portion of the retractor device.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when the retractor device is inserted transorally to the cavity of the stomach, the vacuum port leads the retractor device transorally to the cavity of the stomach.
6. A surgical method, comprising:
inserting a retractor device transorally to a cavity of a stomach, the retractor device having an elongate body with a vacuum port located distal to a distal end of the elongate body;
applying a vacuum via the retractor device to suction stomach tissue onto the vacuum port;
with the stomach tissue suctioned onto the vacuum port, moving the vacuum port relative to the elongate body and away from the elongate body to move the suctioned stomach tissue; and
after moving the vacuum port and with the stomach tissue suctioned onto the vacuum port, moving the elongate body to reposition the suctioned stomach tissue, wherein moving the vacuum port comprises moving the vacuum port along a longitudinal axis of the elongate body.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein moving the vacuum port comprises moving the vacuum port in a distal direction relative to the elongate body to thereby apply axial tension to the suctioned stomach tissue.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein a vacuum pod at a distal end of the elongate body includes the vacuum port, and moving the vacuum port comprises actuating a rod that connects the vacuum pod to the elongate body such that the vacuum pod moves in the distal direction relative to the elongate body.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein applying the vacuum also suctions stomach tissue onto at least one additional vacuum port formed in the elongate body, and moving the elongate body moves the at least one additional vacuum port relative to the vacuum port.
10. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
inserting a tissue treatment device transorally to the cavity of the stomach; and
after moving the elongate body, applying a tissue treatment to the suctioned stomach tissue with the tissue treatment device.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein applying the tissue treatment comprises stapling the suctioned stomach tissue.
12. The method of claim 6, wherein when the retractor device is inserted transorally to the cavity of the stomach, the vacuum port is located external to the elongate body.
13. The method of claim 6, wherein when the retractor device is inserted transorally to the cavity of the stomach, the vacuum port leads the elongate body transorally to the cavity of the stomach.
